For some scholars the Gospel according to St Matthew reflects two types of Church: a Judaeo-Christian one, which is still subject to the precepts of Mosaic law, and another which comes from the Christians converted from Paganism, who do not have to obey the law of Moses. A careful analysis of the text shows us clearly that all the Gospel is in clear consonance with the universal missionary message of Mt 28,20 and with the teachings of Mt 5,17-20, the hermeneutic key to the Sermon on the Mount. In short, throughout His public ministry, Jesus conserved the horizon of His universal dimension, and He did so with recourse to the Scriptures of Israel, which He fulfilled by opening them up to other nations

Pressure external root resorption (PERR) is a loss of dental root tissues (dentine and cementum) that begin in the
periodontal area caused by a impacted teeth. We show three cases with differents clinical situations and therapeutical
aspects. Pulpal injurie and difficulty in the post-endodontic cavity acces are characteristiques of these processes.
Depending on the level of tissue destruction we discusse the therapeutical orientation in each case. Some
treatments like class V type 5 cavities or fillings with cermet glass-ionomer in the more atipical situations (generally
after an endodontic treatment) are a good choice in these [email protected]

Kinetic and thermodynamic parameters for thermal denaturation of ovine milk lactoferrin determined by its loss of immunoreactivity
Lactoferrin is a protein with important biological functions that can be obtained from milk and by-products derived from the dairy industry, such as whey. Although bovine lactoferrin has been extensively studied, ovine lactoferrin is not quite as well known. In the present study, the effect of several heat treatments in 3 different media, over a temperature range from 66 to 75°C, has been studied on lactoferrin isolated from
sheep milk. Denaturation of lactoferrin was determined by measuring its immunoreactivity with specific polyclonal antibodies. Kinetic and thermodynamic parameters obtained indicate that lactoferrin denatures by
heat more rapidly in whey than in phosphate buffer or milk. The value of activation energy found for the denaturation process of lactoferrin when treated in whey is higher (390 kJ/mol) than that obtained in milk
(194 kJ/mol) or phosphate buffer (179 kJ/mol). This indicates that a great amount of energy is necessary to start denaturation of ovine lactoferrin, probably due to the interaction of this protein with other whey proteins.
The changes in the hydrophobicity of lactoferrin after heat treatments were determined by fluorescence measurement using acrylamide. The decrease in the hydrophobicity constant was very small for the treatments
from 66 to 75°C, up to 20 min, which indicates that lactoferrin conformation did not experienced a greatchange. The results obtained in this study permit the prediction of behavior of ovine lactoferrin under several heat treatments and show that high-temperature, short-time pasteurization (72°C, 15 s) does not cause loss of its immunoreactivity and, consequently, would not affect its conformation and biological activity
Association of socioeconomic deprivation with life expectancy and all-cause mortality in Spain, 2011-2013
Life tables summarise a population's mortality experience during a time period. Sex- and age-specific life tables are needed to compute various cancer survival measures. However, mortality rates vary according to socioeconomic status. We present sex- and age-specific life tables based on socioeconomic status at the census tract level in Spain during 2011-2013 that will allow estimating cancer relative survival estimates and life expectancy measures by socioeconomic status. Population and mortality data were obtained from the Spanish Statistical Office. Socioeconomic level was measured using the Spanish Deprivation Index by census tract. We produced sex- and age-specific life expectancies at birth by quintiles of deprivation, and life tables by census tract and province. Life expectancy at birth was higher among women than among men. Women and men in the most deprived census tracts in Spain lived 3.2 and 3.8 years less than their counterparts in the least deprived areas. A higher life expectancy in the northern regions of Spain was discovered. Life expectancy was higher in provincial capitals than in rural areas. We found a significant life expectancy gap and geographical variation by sex and socioeconomic status in Spain. The gap was more pronounced among men than among women. Understanding the association between life expectancy and socioeconomic status could help in developing appropriate public health programs. Furthermore, the life tables we produced are needed to estimate cancer specific survival measures by socioeconomic status. Therefore, they are important for cancer control in Spain.Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII): I18/01593 & CP17/00206-EU/FEDER. Antibacterial activity of bovine milk lactoferrin on the emerging foodborne pathogen Cronobacter sakazakii: Effect of media and heat treatment
Cronobacter sakazakii is a pathogen transmitted by food, with high osmotic resistance and tolerance to desiccation, which affects mainly to newborns, infants and immunocompromised adults. C. sakazakii infection in infants has been associated with consumption of powdered milk. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial activity of native and iron-saturated bovine lactoferrin (bLF) (from 0.5 to 5 mg/ml) on non-desiccated and desiccated C. sakazakii (104 CFU/ml) in different media (phosphate buffer, bovine skim milk and whey). In general, native bLF was the only effective form that inhibited growth of C. sakazakii in all media, its activity increasing with concentration and time of incubation. These results suggest that the antibacterial effect of bLF on C. sakazakii is mainly due to iron sequestration. However, iron-saturated bLF showed some effect by reducing the viability of C. sakazakii in whey. There has not been observed an increased sensitivity of desiccated bacteria to native bLF in phosphate buffer. However, although the antibacterial activity of native bLF against non-desiccated C. sakazakii was drastically reduced in milk or whey compared to phosphate buffer, there was a certain activity when it was assayed against desiccated cells in those media. The effect of some heat treatments on the antibacterial activity of native bLF was evaluated and only those of 72 °C for 15 s, 85 °C for 15 s, and 63 °C for 30 min maintained its whole activity
Evidence of strong antiferromagnetic coupling between localized and itinerant electrons in ferromagnetic Sr2FeMoO6
Magnetic dc susceptibility () and electron spin resonance (ESR)
measurements in the paramagnetic regime, are presented. We found a Curie-Weiss
(CW) behavior for (T) with a ferromagnetic K and
, this being lower than that expected for
either or ions. The ESR g-factor , is associated with . We obtained an excellent description
of the experiments in terms of two interacting sublattices: the localized
() cores and the delocalized electrons. The coupled equations
were solved in a mean-field approximation, assuming for the itinerant electrons
a bare susceptibility independent on . We obtained
emu/mol. We show that the reduction of for
arises from the strong antiferromagnetic (AFM) interaction between the two
sublattices. At variance with classical ferrimagnets, we found that is
ferromagnetic. Within the same model, we show that the ESR spectrum can be
described by Bloch-Hasegawa type equations. Bottleneck is evidenced by the
absence of a -shift. Surprisingly, as observed in CMR manganites, no
narrowing effects of the ESR linewidth is detected in spite of the presence of
the strong magnetic coupling. These results provide evidence that the magnetic
order in does not originates in superexchange interactions,
but from a novel mechanism recently proposed for double perovskites
