The Effect of Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Bumi Rajawali in Tangerang

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bumi Rajawali in Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 90 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 45.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Leadership and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 52.1%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05

Hierarki Ilmu Pengetahuan Al-Ghazali : Suatu Tinjauan Filosofis

Abstract &nbsp; Al-Ghazali was a complete Muslim thinker. His thinking included almost all the discipline of knowledge from theology, fiqh, philosophy, mysticism, to education. This study attempts to explore the ideas of al-Ghazali in mapping science according to its hierarchy in this application of life, as well as explicitly the practice of learning in the world of education (Islam). He divided the science on three global scales by way of epistemologists, ontologists and axiologists approaches. This classification is then translated into four classification systems. First, it cascades its sciences into a theoretical and practical science. Second, huduri knowledge and husuli knowledge. Third, religious (Syari'ah) and rational ('aqliyah), and fourth fard 'ain (compulsory over each individual) and fard kifayah (compulsory over people). From this hierarchy of al-Ghazali's hierarchy also reveals the value of science, which was briefly embodied in mahmudah (good), madzmumah (reprehensible), and neutral-sometimes praiseworthy, sometimes reprehensible, depending on the circumstances and conditions of the background. Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir Dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Serang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 47,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,902 > 1,995). Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 48,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,973 > 1,995). Pengembangan karir dan pelatihan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,909 + 0,396X1 + 0,449X2. This article discusses the living of hadith, namely the study of the phenomena of practice or ritual originating from hadith. The tradition of Shalawat Nariyah which is one of the popular prayers that has taken root in Indonesian society. In Kroya Village, the Shalawat Nariyah Tradition is held every Wednesday night with 4444 congregations. The congregation is spread throughout the Kroya village mosque and takes turns every week. They believe that reading Shalawat Nariyah is able to facilitate sustenance. As generally the Shalawat Nariyah Tradition in some places is held on Friday nights, this is in line with the recommendations of the Prophet's hadith. Perspektif Pendidikan Aswaja : Usaha Penjernihan Konseptual

Kebutuhan akan konseptualisasi yang utuh mengenai apa sebenarnya pendidikan khas Aswaja dirasa mendesak, mengingat konsep dan penerapan pendidikan Aswaja sejauh ini masih bersifat artifisial dan cenderung terasing dari dirinya sendiri. Merumuskan seperti apa pendidikan dalam perspektif Aswaja tentu bukan hal yang mudah, maka salah satu langkah yang bisa dilakukan adalah usaha penjernihan konsep-konsep untuk kemudian ditransformasikan ke dalam konsep pendidikan, tentang apa sebenarnya Aswaja, prinsip ajaran, termasuk komentar-komentar tokoh utama Aswaja tentang pendidikan yang tentunya tidak hadir dalam bentuk yang utuh. Tetapi apapun yang terjadi, kondisi semacam ini tidak boleh menjadi penghalang untuk terus menemukan komposisi praktis pendidikan ala Aswaja sehingga ke depan penerapan pendidikan Aswaja tidak kontraporduktif dengan manhaj-nya sendiri. RADIKALISME AGAMA DALAM PERMAINAN BAHASA: (Perspektif Language Games Ludwig Wittgenstein)

All religion have different expressions in articulating the truth of their teachings. The differences occur not onlyamongst different religions, but also in school of thoughts, sects, and ideologies in the same religion. Thismeans that the use of religious language amongst the groups is not necessarily lead to one goal and to thesame meaning. This paper aims to examine the use of religious language from the perspective of its usageusing ordinary language philosophy approach (language philosophy) or more specifically known as languagegames intiated by the Austrian-born philosopher Ludwig Josef Johann Wittgenstein (1889). Such study is veryimportant to compenstate for current analysis which tends to be empirical-positivistic. This trend emphasizesthe pragmatic aspects of the language than the grammatical aspect. Thus, in the context of religious language,one the same language of riligous language is used not for one purpose only. This means that there is no onlyone way for religious sentences to gain the meaning, but it can discribe some realities depending on the users.Key Word: Language, Bahasa Agama, Makna AbstrakSemua agama memiliki ekspresi berbeda dalam mengartikulasikan kebenaran ajarannya. Cara pengungkapanyang berbeda ini bahkan tidak hanya terjadi antar-agama yang berbeda, tetapi terjadi juga dalam aliran,mazhab, dan ideology dalam satu agama yang sama. Artinya bahwa penggunaan bahasa agama antarkelompokbelum tentu megarah pada satu sasaran makna yang sama. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengkaji bahasaagama dari perspektif penggunaannya melalui pendekatan filsafat bahasa biasa (language philosophy) ataulebih spesifik dikenal dengan language games yang digagas oleh filsuf kelahiran Austria, Ludwig Josef JohannWittgenstein (1889). Studi semacam ini dipandang sangat penting guna mengimbangi analisis yang selama inicenderung empiris-positivistik. Kecenderungan ini menekankan bahasa pada aspek pragmatic daripada aspekgramatikalnya. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan dalam konteks bahasa agama, bahwa satu bahasa yangsama dari bahasa agama dipakai tidak hanya untuk satu tujuan saja. Pelestarian Bangunan Hunian di Kawasan Perumahan Dinas Pabrik Gula Semboro Jember

"Kabupaten Jember memiliki latar belakang Industrialisasi yang dilakukan pihak swasta pada masa Pemerintahan Hindia Belanda. Tiga kawasan pabrik gula merupakan peninggalan sejarah dari masa Pemerintahan Hindia Belanda yang tidak menua dengan cukup baik hingga saat ini. Pabrik Gula Semboro merupakan satu-satunya kawasan pabrik gula yang masih bertahan dan kental dengan karakter Arsitektur Hindia Belanda. Perubahan yang terjadi pada bangunan huniannya menjadi dasar dari perlunya pelestarian bangunan. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada analisis terhadap karakter spasial, visual dan struktural dari lima tipe hunian di kawasan pabrik. Dari analisis tersebut kemudian dikembangkan menjadi strategi pelestarian yang disesuaikan pada hasil penilaian makna kultural dalam rangka menentukan potensi pelestarian dari tiap variabel analisis. Penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan tiga metode penelitian yaitu metode analisis-deskriptif, metode evaluasi dan metode development. Analisis pada hunian didasarkan pada variabel yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan tiga karakter bangunan. Metode pelestarian yang digunakan yaitu rehabilitasi, konservasi dan preservasi bangunan bersejarah.

Pemberian Pakan Bentuk Cramble dan Mash TerhadapProduksi Ayam Petelor

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of feeding the form of crumble and mash on the production of laying hens from the pre layer phase. This research was conducted from November 11, 2015 to January 11, 2016, in laying chicken coop owned by Mr. Mahmud Kerajan Village Sumber Danti Village Sukowono District Jember District. The materials used in the study of laying pre layers (age 20 weeks) strains of Isa Brown, maize, concentrate, bran. Data analysis used was t test between (P1) chicken feed in the form of mash and (P2) chicken feed in with crumble form.The results showed that the feeding of Crumble form showed no significant difference to feed consumption ratio and feed egg ratio, and significantly different to HDP (Hen Day Production) laying hens. so it can be concluded that feeding of Crumble form can be given to increase egg production, giving advantage of difference of egg number during maintenance (age 20-28 weeks) that is 1213 grain
