Pengaruh Kinerja Manajemen Rantai Pasokan, Kualitas Produk dan Inovasi Produk Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing (Studi Pada UMKM Batik Banyumas)

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei pada UMKM Batik Banyumas yang berada di Desa Sokaraja Kulon. Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Pengaruh Kinerja Manajemen Rantai Pasokan, Kualitas Produk, dan Inovasi Produk terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing (Studi Kasus Pada UMKM Batik Banyumas)” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja manajemen rantai pasokan, kualitas produk, dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM Batik Banyumas di Desa Sokaraja Kulon. Peneliti menggunakan sampel sebanyak 38 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kinerja manajemen rantai pasokan berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (2) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (3) inovasi produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu dalam upaya meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing, perusahaan sebaiknya terus menjaga serta meningkatkan kinerja manajemen rantai pasokan, kualitas produk, dan selalu melakukan inovasi pada Batik Banyumas. Bagi perusahaan perlu memperbaiki dan memprioritaskan dari variabel kinerja manajemen rantai pasokan agar kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen akan terpenuhi dengan baik. Perusahaan perlu memperbaiki dan memprioritaskan variabel kualitas produk agar estetika/keindahan motif kain batik dan kualitas produk batik yang di produksi. OPTIMALISASI PRODUKSI MENGGUNAKAN METODE INTEGER PREEMPTIVE GOAL PROGRAMMING (Studi Kasus: UD Citra Ayu Bali)

One of the home industry in Bali that produces beauty products is UD Citra Ayu Bali. This company has five types of body scrub scent, where the five types of body scrub has a different number of requests. UD Citra Ayu Bali has been doing production activities only when there is demand, so the production process is still less than optimal because it is still done randomly or unplanned. Therefore, this research is done to make production planning body scrub UD Citra Ayu Bali by determining the prediction of the number of products that must be produced every week so that the production process becomes optimal. By using the integer preemptive goal programming method, the optimal production number of the five types scrubs for 12 consecutive weeks is 212 pieces, 548 pieces, 328 pieces, 474 pieces, 506 pieces, 455 pieces, 103 pieces, 381 pieces, 63 pieces, 547 pieces, 59 pieces, and 454 pieces

Does aging affect the immune status? A comparative analysis in 300 healthy volunteers from France, Austria and Spain

Background: As the European population is getting older, there is growing need in scientific data on how to achieve healthy and successful aging. A decline in immune function with age is unanimously supported by many epidemiological and clinical observations, with a decrease in T-cell mediated function encompassing a large part of this alteration. In the EU-funded VITAGE project, the effects of aging on biomarkers of immune status are being studied in three European countries. According to strict inclusion/exclusion criteria, a cohort of 300 healthy male non-smoking 20-75 years old volunteers were enrolled in France (n = 99), Spain (n = 100) and Austria (n = 101). In each country, the volunteers were classified as a function of age (one age group per decade). Biomarkers of immune status were determined including delayed-type hypersensitivity tests, measurement of lymphocyte surface markers, and serum determinations of interleukin-2, complement fractions and immunoglobulins. [br/] Results: There were moderate differences in the biomarkers of immune status of the VITAGE study volunteers among the three European centres. The percentage of Natural Killer (NK) cells was 156% and 142% higher in Spain as compared to France and Austria, respectively (p < 0.0001), and this increase was observed at any age group above 30 years. Comparison between age-groups showed that in Spain, but not in France or Austria, older individuals had significantly a lower B lymphocyte distribution and conversely, a higher NK cell distribution. Moreover, the CD4/CD8 ratio was positively correlated with age in Austrian subjects (p < 0.0001). [br/] Conclusion: Our results provide evidence of an increased NK cell distribution in the elderly, especially in the Spanish population. NK cell status may predict morbidity and mortality in the elderly, emphasizing the importance of innate as well as adaptive immunity in ensuring healthy longevity and cancer resistance, possibly in link with the Mediterranean diet

Du désir d’enfant au projet conceptionnel : exploration des préoccupations et besoins en santé de couples par une étude qualitative

Preconception health is fundamental for both baby and parents. Preconception care is effective and recommended but is not carried out optimally in France. This work focuses on the concerns and needs of prospective parents. The main goal is to develop new methodologies in preconception care based on the experiences of couples who intend to have a baby. Qualitative research was carried out on 8 couples intending to have a baby. Semi structured interviews were conducted in the Rhone-Alpes area from November 2018 to July 2019. Even though the couples expressed a desire to conceive autonomously, they also expressed their need to be informed and reassured by healthcare professionals. This study confirms that preconception health is not well enough understood. The couples were in favour of the idea in principle, but would more inclined to take it up if it matched their needs more closely. Certain suggestions which they made as service users are also worth exploring. An increase in the budget for public awareness and education, as well as facilitating access to authoritative and reliable information would also likely improve take-up rate. There emerge a clear need to highlight the role of the father’s and health in preconception care.Introduction : La santé préconceptionnelle est le pilier de la prévention primaire pour l’enfant à naître ainsi que pour ses parents. Les soins préconceptionnels sont efficaces et recommandés mais ne sont pas réalisés de manière optimale en France. Ce travail s’intéresse aux préoccupations et besoins des futurs parents à ce sujet. Objectif : L’objectif principal est de faire émerger de nouvelles pistes d’action à promouvoir en soins préconceptionnels élaborées à partir du vécu de couples ayant un désir d’enfant. Méthode : Une étude qualitative a été menée auprès de 8 couples en désir de parentalité par entretien semi-dirigés au sein de la région Rhône-Alpes de novembre 2018 à juillet 2019. Résultats : Si les futurs parents prônent leur besoin d’autonomie dans la conduite de leur projet, ils expriment un besoin d’être rassurés et informés par des professionnels compétents. Cette étude confirme que la CPC n’est pas assez connue. Les couples, plutôt favorables à sa réalisation, pourraient se sentir plus concernés si elle s’adaptait à leurs problématiques. Des pistes sont à explorer selon leurs propositions en tant qu’usager du soin. Une majoration des moyens de communication d’ordre publique et la possibilité d’avoir accès à des sources d’informations fiables et certifiées pourraient faciliter sa réalisation. Il apparait crucial également de valoriser la place et la santé du futur père en période préconceptionnelle

Fonction du sélénium dans la lutte contre le stress oxydatif

Le sélénium tient une place considérable dans notre système de défense antioxydant et ce, à travers les multiples protéines qui le composent. Cette thèse présente, à partir des connaissances scientifiques actuelles, les fonctions du sélénium et ses applications dans la lutte contre le stress oxydatif. Les propriétés du sélénium sont abordées dans un premier temps afin de s'étendre, ensuite, sur l'intérêt d'un équilibre entre oxydants et antioxydants et, sur la fonction du sélénium dans cet équilibre.
