Which are the legal instruments one can resort to in order to anticipate or organize mechanisms able to meet the special requirements of a disabled person? Teatro físico: foco na linguagem corporal no processo interpretativo: estágio na Companhia Produções Suplementares com o encenador Lee Beagley

Este relatório pretende evidenciar o trabalho desenvolvido durante o estágio na Companhia Produções Suplementares sob a orientação do encenador Lee Beagley. Era meu foco, nesta pesquisa, desenvolver enquanto intérprete o corpo como meio primordial de comunicação e para tal procurei pesquisar bibliografia referente ao termo Teatro Físico, assim como companhias e autores que desenvolveram trabalhos neste sentido. O estágio tinha como objectivo central pesquisar a linguagem corporal, voz, postura, locomoção, consciência na relação do corpo com o espaço, contracena na construção de personagem e criação de cena teatral no âmbito de ensaios desta companhia. Era também meu objectivo identificar influências de Teatro Físico no trabalho desenvolvido por Lee Beagley nas suas criações cénico-teatrais. Desta forma, pretendo, numa primeira fase, descrever e reflectir sobre uma experiência teatral académica com este encenador – o espectáculo “Ressurreição: Linhas de Vida”, que funcionou como um projecto pré-estágio e sobre todas as formações e experiências que tive a possibilidade de realizar durante o Mestrado que funcionaram como complemento para esta pesquisa. Numa segunda fase irei descrever os espectáculos que integrei durante o estágio nesta companhia – são eles “Idiota”, uma adaptação do livro “O Idiota” de Dostoiévski e “Sonho de S. João” uma adaptação da peça “Sonho de uma Noite de Verão” de William Shakespeare.This report aims to show clearly, the work done during my internship with the Produções Suplementares Company under the supervision of director Lee Beagley. In this research I intended to approach, as an actress, the body as a primary means of communication and to do so I have enquired both into literature regarding Physical Theatre, as well as companies and authors who have developed consequential performance work within that same area. The intership’s main goal was that of a research on body language, voice, posture, locomotion, body consciousness concerning its relation to space, character development while acting alongside your co-actors, and the creation of the theatrical scene under the context of the company’s rehearsals. I also aimed to identify influences of Physical Theatre under the work of Lee Beagley regarding his scenic theatrical creations. Hence, I intend, firstly, to describe and reflect upon this both academic and theatrical experience with this director – the performance of “Ressurreição: Linhas de Vida” that’s served as a pre-intership project, alongside all the background experiences that I’ve had the possibility to accomplish during this Master’s Degree Programme, which were meaningful complements to this research. EL LIDERAZGO DE MIGRANTES SENEGALESES VARONES EN LAS ASOCIACIONES CONFORMADAS EN ARGENTINA (2016-2020)

Las investigaciones sobre la migración senegalesa hacia la Argentina señalan la discriminación estructural que deben enfrentar los y las migrantes senegaleses/as una vez que llegan a Argentina, las dificultades que acarrea su inserción laboral informal, la violencia institucional por parte de funcionarios públicos y agentes policiales hacia ellos y ellas, las dificultades en torno al acceso al DNI y la ausencia de representación diplomática entre ambos países. Para resolver algunas de estas problemáticas los/as migrantes senegaleses/as han desplegado diversas agencias, entre ellas la conformación de asociaciones civiles locales y federales, en donde algunos varones han asumido un rol destacado en carácter de líderes. Los estudios sobre liderazgos de africanos y afrodescendientes en Argentina constituyen una línea de investigación reciente y aun en desarrollo. Estas indagaciones han mostrado que los líderes migrantes senegaleses cumplen importantes roles en el contexto migratorio; quienes insertos en asociaciones civiles, se desempeñan como los principales interlocutores entre la comunidad senegalesa y las autoridades estatales argentinas, brasileñas y senegalesas, los medios de comunicación, activistas comprometidos con los derechos de los migrantes, entre otros actores involucrados en la lucha contra el racismo. De allí la centralidad que estos actores adquieren a la hora de pensar políticas públicas y la necesidad de generar conocimiento sobre ellos. Las investigaciones en Argentina, sobre liderazgos migrantes en general, y liderazgos africanos en particular, es aún incipiente y resta profundizar los elementos que permiten comprender la emergencia y configuración de la diversidad de tipos de liderazgos de migrantes senegaleses. El abordaje de esta investigación es cualitativo, desde el año 2016 hasta el 2020 se han realizado observaciones participantes y entrevistas a migrantes senegaleses y senegalesas en distintas ciudades de la Provincia de Buenos Aires buscando comprender las acciones, pensamientos, sentimientos y discursos de los actores en torno al ejercicio del liderazgo en Argentina

Potential biological control pseudomonas sp. PCI2 against damping-off of tomato caused by Sclerotium Rolfsii

Fluorescent Pseudomonas spp. isolated from the roots of healthy tomato plants were screened for their antagonistic activities against Sclerotium rolfsii, Alternaria alternata and Fusarium solani, three phytopathogenic fungi of tomato and pepper. They were tested for phosphate solubilization ability and production of siderophores, hydrolytic enzymes, indole 3-acetic acid and hydrogen cyanid. The isolates were also characterized based on biochemical (API 20NE test) and genotypic (ERIC-PCR fingerprinting) features. A Pseudomonas sp. strain denoted PCI2 was chosen as a potential candidate for controlling tomato damping-off caused by Sclerotium rolfsii. PCI2 was identified at the genus level with a 16S rDNA partial sequence analysis and its phylogenetic relationship with previously characterized Pseudomonas species was determined. PCI2 clustered with the P. putida species. Growth chamber studies resulted in statistically significant increases in plant stand (29%) as well as in root dry weight (58%). PCI2 was able to establish itself and survive in tomato rhizosphere after 40 days, following planting of bacterized seeds. PCI2 is a potential biological control agent that may contribute to the protection of tomato plants against damping-off caused by S. rolfsii.Fil: Pastor, Nicolás Alejandro. Comparison of melting frost layers after 2 frozen methods in pork cuts (longissimus dorsi)

AbstractThe frost formation and fusion of ice crystal on complex materials have a great importance, since they modify quality meat characteristics. Furthermore, changes take place in fiber morphology by formation of ice crystal during freezing. The aim of this work was to measure the frost formation and melting. Morphological frost difference was found, and the fusion times were different too. All the results can be useful to complement and understand the complex thermal processes with phase change at low temperatures. This study implicates thermal and mass concepts; they explain the frost formation and the melting process as an opposing phenomenon

Parametrization of a Modified Friedman Kinetic Method to Assess Vine Wood Pyrolysis Using Thermogravimetric Analysis

[EN] Common kinetic parameters were obtained for leached and non-leached samples of vine wood biomass. Both samples were considered to have different proportions of cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin compositions as a result of the leaching process. The two samples were analyzed in terms of pyrolysis kinetic parameters using non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis. Furthermore, the classic Friedman isoconversional method, a deconvolution procedure using the Fraser–Suzuki function, and a modified Friedman method from a previous study on the delay in conversion degree were satisfactorily applied. The observed difference when the deconvolution technique was applied suggests that the classic Friedman method is not adequate for studying the pyrolysis of individual vine wood biomass components. However, this issue was solved by studying the delay in conversion degree of both biomasses and calculating the kinetic parameters using the resulting information. This procedure was found to be useful for studying and comparing the kinetics of heterogeneous biomasses and has a sound scientific explanation, making this research a basis for future similar studies.S

Evaluation of Joint Management of Pine Wood Waste and Residual Microalgae for Agricultural Application

[EN] This work addresses the joint management of residual microalgae and pine wood waste through pyrolysis to obtain a solid product for its use as soil amendment and two other by-products (liquid and gaseous) that can be used for energy purposes. Two management routes have been followed. The first route is through the co-pyrolysis of mixtures of both residual materials in several proportions and the later use of their solid fraction for soil amendment. The second route is the pyrolysis of pine wood waste and its direct combination with dried residual microalgae, also using it as soil amendment. The solid fraction assessment shows that from seven solid products (biochar) three stand out for their positive applicability in agriculture as soil amendment. In addition, they also present the benefit of serving as carbon sink, giving a negative balance of CO2 emissions. However, caution is suggested due to biochar applicability being subject to soil characteristics. To ensure the sustainability of the overall process, the energy available in liquid and gaseous fractions has been assessed for covering the drying needs of the residual microalgae in both cases. These results suggest that the pyrolysis process is a sustainable way to manage specific evaluated residues and their products.S
