Potential of Lactobacillus plantarum ccm 3627 and Lactobacillus brevis ccm 1815 for fermentation of cereal substrates

Lactobacillus is the most representative strain in a group of lactic acid bacteria, which perform an essential role in the preservation and production of wholesome foods. Lactic acid fermentation is the oldest traditional method for preparation of fermented vegetables, meat products, dairy products and cereal foods. Cereal grains are considered to be one of the most important sources of dietary proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fibre for people. The main exploitation of cereals is to prepare sourdough, which is a mixture of wheat, rye or other cereal flour with water and contains yeasts and lactobacilli. The basic biochemical changes that occur in sourdough bread fermentation are acidification of the dough with organic acids produced by the lactobacilli and leavening with carbon dioxide produced by the yeast and the lactobacilli. Acidification perhaps initiate enzymatic processes of proteins and phytates degradation. Lactobacilli produce various enzymes which make flavour precursors, improve of mineral bioavailability or degrade celiac active peptides, because some species of lactobacilli produce specific peptidases during growth, which are capable to hydrolyze hardly cleavable, celiac-active proline-rich peptides. Microbial fermentation with selected strains of lactobacilli may be new alternative approach for modification of gluten by hydrolysis. In this paper are described growth characteristics and intracellular aminopeptidases activities of Lactobacillus plantarum CCM 3627 and Lactobacillus brevis CCM 1815. Praktická časť je zameraná na stručnú charakteristiku podniku spolu s popisom súčasného stavu v podniku, kde sú zachytené najdôležitejšie ekonomické ukazovatele. Proteomics based approach for identification of enzymes degrading the plant biomass

Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na problematiku biomasy využitelné pro energetické účely, zejména na zemědělské odpady, které se dají využít jako substrát pro bioplynové stanice. Dále se zabývá proteomikou, jejími cíly a přístupy, metodami a separačními metodami. Cílem práce bylo proměřit jednotlivé enzymové aktivity vzorků biomasy, které jsou používány jako suroviny pro výrobu bioplynu a jejich proteomická identifikace.The theoretical part of work is focused on the issue of biomass which can be used for energy purposes, inparticular agricultural waste, as well as can serve as a substrate for biogas station. It also deals with proteomics, its goals and approaches, separation methods. The aim of this work was to measure each sample of enzyme activity of biomass, which are used as a raw materials for biogas plants and their proteomic identification.

V části experimentální je navržen experiment samotný, popsána jeho příprava a jsou sledovány a zaznamenány teplotní změny u zkoumané textilie za pomocí metody termovize. Závěrem je pojednáno o tom, jak struktury jednotlivých textilních materiálů ovlivňují tepelné efekty, které jsou spojeny s navlhčením textilie.The dissertation is divided to two basic parts - a theoretical part, in which a research on absorbability of the surface textiles as well as a description of relevant occurences and the observation of thermal effects is included. Attention in this part is also given to the fundamentals of thermography and non-contact measuring systems. In the experimental part the design of the experiment itself is included, its preparation is described and the changes in temperature of the examined fabric are observed and recorded through the thermovision method. Bound and unbound writing on the first grade of elementary school and the pedagogical faculties of universities: Teacher's opinion on the both scripts from the perspective of an experienced practitioner The work follows up bound and unbound writing and their percentage representation in the 1st grade of primary schools. It also focuses on the opinions of teachers from practice and their experience during their own studies at pedagogical faculties of universities. In the theoretical part, I define the basic terms. I examine the goals of preparation for teaching writing and the teaching of writing itself and which precedes it, with what a child should bring from attending kindergarten. I present some methods of teaching writing in history and the present, their origin and development of the writing, the creation of bound and unbound writing, the development of the alternative Comenia Script and several others, the characters of the writing and its evaluation. One of the chapters is also devoted to left-handed writing. In the practical part, using a questionnaire, I find out the opinion of primary school teachers and their practical experience. Bakalářská práce " Uspokojování potřeb a požadavků seniorů žijících v rezidenčním zařízení dlouhodobé péče Malešice". V teoretické části je obecně pojednáno o problematice stárnutí, o změnách, které proces provázejí a také o adaptaci seniorů na tyto změny. Zmiňuje se o postavení seniora ve společnosti, podpoře státních soukromých a církevních institucí v procesu aktivního stárnutí a obecně pojednává o problematice této věkové kategorie. Odkrývá specifické i obecné potřeby klientů a jejich uspokojování v návaznosti na konkrétní zařízení dlouhodobé péče - Domov pro seniory Malešice. V metodologické části jsou na základě teoretických poznatků podrobněji vymezeny výzkumné otázky. Praktická část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem, na základě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s vybraným vzorkem probandů. He mentions a senior position in society, support government and private religious institutions in the process of active aging and generally deals with the problems of this age group. It reveals both specific and general needs of clients and their satisfaction following a specific long-term care - Home for the Elderly Plant.. The methodology section are based on theoretical knowledge specifies research questions. The practical part deals with the qualitative research based on semi-structured interview with a selected sample of probands. Utilization of biomass for the energy purposes

Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na problematiku biomasy využitelné pro energetické účely, zejména na zemědělské odpady, které se dají využít jako substrát pro bioplynové stanice. Dále rozebírá složení polymerních substrátů, které bioplynový proces ovlivňují nejvíce. Cílem práce bylo proměřit jednotlivé enzymové aktivity vzorku biomasy, který je používán jako surovina pro výrobu bioplynu.The theoretical part of work focuses on the issue of biomass used for energy purposes, in particular agricultural waste, which can be used as a substrate for biogas station. Furthermore, examines the composition of polymer substrates, which affects most biogas process. The aim of this work was to measure each sample of enzyme activity of biomass, which is used as a raw material for biogas plants.
