    Workload Performance Evaluation Of Large Spatial Database For DSS Based Disaster Management

    Workload performance evaluation can be implemented during Disaster Management and especially at the response phase to handle large spatial data in the event of an eruption and in this study it is involves the merapi volcano of Indonesia. Merapi volcano is known for its biggest eruption in the world. After the occurrence of an eruption, the affected areas are isolated, and thus it is difficult to be accessed by the rescuers. It is indeed very difficult to reach the isolated area as well as to rescue the victims from the affected areas. Although specific researches have resulted in solutions to the issue, other aspects that include the sending of workload to the database needs to be taken into consideration and it is viable to result in an effective and efficient process. Besides, the shortest route could be defined timely and accurately hence enabling the victims to leave the isolated area and to reach the evacuation point safely. This research intends to study on workload performance which is crucial to support the working mechanism of Database Management System (DBMS). Literature on recent studies has made it clear that research in this particular area of interest is scarce. Therefore, the general objective of this research is to evaluate and predict workload performance of spatial DBMS associated with PostgreSQL which is different from MySQL. Based on incoming workload, this research is able to predict the associated workload into OLTP and DSS workload performance types. From the SQL statements it is clear that the DBMS is able to obtain and record the process, measure the analyzed performances and the workload classifier in the form of snapshots from the DBMS. For example, it has been proven that Dijkstra Algorithm is able to determine the shortest and the safest path. Then, all the workload that are obtained to determine the processes are recorded into one excel file. The Case Based Reasoning (CBR) optimized with Hash Search Technique has been adopted in this study for the purpose of evaluating and predicting the workload performance of PostgreSQL DBMS. Data recorded in the shortest path analysis process reveals that the evaluation and the prediction on workload performance of shortest path analysis using Dijkstra algorithm has been well implemented. It has been proven that the proposed CBR using Hash Search technique has resulted in an excellent prediction of the accuracy measurement. Besides, the results of the evaluation using confusion matrix has resulted in excellent accuracy as well as improvement in execution time. Additionally, the results of the study indicated that the prediction model for workload performance evaluation using CBR that is optimized with Hash Search technique for determining workload data on Shortest Path analysis via the employment of Dijkstra algorithm can be useful for the prediction of incoming workload based on the status of the DBMS parameters. In this way, information is delivered to DBMS hence ensuring incoming workload information is very crucial for the purpose of determining the smooth works of PostgreSQL DBMS

    Optimasi Model Algoritma Klasifikasi menggunakan Metode Bagging pada Stunting Balita

    Stunting is a serious problem for the health of toddlers, who experience malnutrition during their development. Poor nutritional intake or a lack of knowledge about nutrition can be a factor in stunting. This study aims to optimize the stunting classification algorithm in toddlers using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm, Support Vector Machine, and Naïve Bayes by using bagging optimization. This study uses toddler data totaling 10,000 records, 7 attributes, and 2 classes taken from Krobokan Health Center, Semarang City. Based on the findings of this study, the Bagging Method shows excellent performance with 89.77% accuracy, 95.57% precision, 85.45% recall, and a 90.27% F1-score. This shows great potential for improving the model's ability to classify data with a high degree of accuracy, completeness, and balance. The SVM model has a high recall of 80.59%, while the Naïve Bayes model gets an F1-score of 71.84%, indicating that Naïve Bayes has a good balance between precision and recall. Overall, the Bagging Model is the best choice, with far superior performance compared to other models. Based on the results obtained, the Bagging Method can predict stunting data accurately, showing a very good level of truth in stunting prediction efforts

    Dalam dunia investasi, terdapat hubungan yang erat diantara risk dan return. Risk dan return merupakan suatu kondisi yang dialami oleh investor yaitu dapat berupa perusahaan, institusi dan individu atas keputusan investasi yang telah dibuat, baik berupa kerugian maupun keuntungan. Tingkat keuntungan saham yang disyaratkan oleh investor merupakan tingkat imbal hasil yang diinginkan oleh investor untuk bersedia menanamkan dana yang dimiliki pada perusahaan yang disebut dengan biaya modal ekuitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji kembali dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen laba, ukuran perusahaan dan risiko pasar terhadap biaya modal ekuitas pada perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor property, real estate dan konstruksi bangunan dengan jangka waktu pengamatan selama empat tahun (2014-2017). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam teknik pengambilan sampil. Jumlah sampel 40 perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor property, real estate dan konstruksi bangunan. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Tahunan emiten/perusahaan dalam Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) maupun situs perusahaan terkait, Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), IDN Financial dan data harga saham yang diperoleh dari Yahoo Finance yang dipublikasikan di internet, serta return bebas risiko yang diproksikan dengan tingkat suku bunga Bank Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen laba dan risiko pasar berpengaruh positif terhadap biaya modal ekuitas, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap biaya modal ekuita

    Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh layanan informasi menggunakan media audiovisual dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik XI MIA MA Ma‟arif Sukoharjo Pringsewu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan informasi menggunakan media audiovisual dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik XI MIA MA Ma‟arif Sukoharjo Pringsewu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, peneliti menggunakan metode exsperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest dengan memberikan treatment (layanan informasi). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MIA MA Ma‟arif Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 60 peserta didik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Teknik analisa data yang digumakan dengan analisa statistik dengan rumus Uji-t dan taraf signifikan yang digunakan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif layanan informasi menggunakan media audiovisual dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik XI MIA MA Ma‟arif Sukoharjo Pringsewu, dilihat dari mean sebelum diberikan treatment sebesar 85,26 dan mean setelah diberikan treatment sebesar 97,54. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian minat belajar peserta didik XI MIA MA Ma‟arif Sukoharjo Pringsewu mengalami perubahan setelah diberikan layananin formasi. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan informasi menggunakan media audiovisual berpengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik XI MIA MA Ma‟arif Sukoharjo Pringsewu. However, they can also find collections of books, periodicals, movies and recorded music to be borrowed by members of library, e.g., a university library. Currently, most of students, faculty, and librarians are still being limited within the scope of the local library. One of the troubles is while searching academic papers or books that are not available within a specific university, they was finally forced to look for references in other the University library. So based on the condition it is necessary to develop an approach for integrating the universities library catalog. The prototype system that based on university library OPAC web by using two sample databases universities library, especially in the Author research study place, which are represents as public and private universities analyze and implement a system concept that is applied to the library OPAC universities and thus creating an integrated online catalog system to facilitate the user in search of information each library collections.     Prediction Stunting Analysis Using Random Forest Algorithm and Random Search Optimization

    Stunting is a nutritional problem experienced by toddlers, characterized by a height below the average. This condition arises due to various factors, one of which is the nutritional issues faced by toddlers. Stunting cases in Indonesia are relatively high, reaching 21.6% in 2022, indicating a significant prevalence of stunting. The identification of stunting is carried out through a data mining approach, deemed more efficient. However, the classification algorithm in data mining often encounters data imbalance, leading to low accuracy and inaccurate prediction results. To address this, the study employs the Random Forest algorithm with optimization using the random search method. The test results demonstrate that Random Forest achieves a relatively high accuracy of 90.7%. After optimization using random search, accuracy further increases to 96.33%. The combination of the algorithm and optimization proves to be highly effective, resulting in a 5.63% increase in accuracy. These findings hold crucial implications in supporting decisions for preventing stunting in toddlers. This research serves as a valuable source of information for the Health sector in identifying and implementing more effective strategies for stunting prevention.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji kembali dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen laba, ukuran perusahaan dan risiko pasar terhadap biaya modal ekuitas pada perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor property, real estate dan konstruksi bangunan dengan jangka waktu pengamatan selama tahun 2014-2017. Jumlah sampel 40 perusahaan menurut purposive sampling. Data sekunder diolah menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Data diperoleh melalui observed dan documented dari laporan keuangan tahunan emiten di IDX maupun situs perusahaan terkait, ICMD, IDN Financial dan data harga saham yang diperoleh dari Yahoo Finance yang dipublikasikan di internet, serta return bebas risiko yang diproksikan dengan tingkat suku bunga Bank Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen laba dan risiko pasar memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap biaya modal ekuitas, namun tidak oleh variabel ukuran. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi keilmuan dan bahan kajian bagi perusahaan, peneliti selanjutnya, dan investor/masyarakat. Perusahaan dapat memperhatikan penerapan manajemen laba dan risiko pasar untuk menentukan strategi kebijakan ekuitas.     Location Based Service (LBS) is a service on smartphones that functions as a navigation device based on the user's position to determine the location where the user is. LBS utilizes GPS capabilities in finding geolocation information and sometimes using Google maps to display a complete map of the location. But the results of previous research studies Google Map does not give shortest and accessible routes. Furthermore, to improve work of LBS, Floyd Warshall algorithm is used because the algorithm has the principle of optimality in calculating the total of all routes optimally. According to data recorded by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia there have been 1,304 Mosques in the City of Semarang, but with this much data it should be easier to find places of worship for Muslims. Most mosques that are visited are mosques on the highway because it is more visible even though there are many other mosques that can be accessed. By using the White Box and Black Box tests, finding shortest path to find places of worship in the city of Semarang can be given accurately. The result was the Floyd Warshall algorithm could provide shortest path route and it was more accessible better than Google Map navigation
