    The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in integrated content thematic learning of Indonesian through the picture and picture method on the theme of 2 sub-themes of the family. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) with 2 cycles, namely cycle I and Cycle II. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were all 31 students in class I-B SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Sumbawa for the academic year 2019/2020, with details of 12 male students and 19 female students. Data analysis in this study will be carried out through several stages, namely by presenting data and drawing conclusions. The indicator of the implementation of this learning is determined by the completeness score of 75% and the maximum score obtained is 100%. The results showed that the Classroom Action Research entitled "Improvement of Student Learning Outcomes in Indonesian Language Integrated Thematic Learning through the Picture and Picture Method in Theme 2 Family Subtheme in Class I-B SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Sumbawa Odd Semester 2019/2020 Academic Year", in terms of this shows an increase in the average learning outcomes of each aspect during cycle I and cycle II. The learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 74.91% KKM, while in the second cycle it reached 87.10%. Student activity in learning in cycle I with an average percentage of 61.83% was sufficient and experienced an increase in activity in cycle II reaching an average percentage of 79.52% in good criteri

Pendidikan karakter sesungguhnya dapat diintegrasikan kedalam setiap mata pelajaran, termasuk mata pelajaran matematika. Pergeseran pandangan dalam pembelajaran matematika dari sekedar belajar matematika secara prosedural menuju belajar berpikir secara matematik, akan menggiring pada ketercapaian tujuan nasional kita karena pembelajaran matematika tidak hanya untuk mendukung pengembangan ranah kognitif saja tetapi juga untuk mengembangkan ranah afektif. Sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Pasal 3 Undang-Undang No 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, yang menyebutkan bahwa pendidikan nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk karakter serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa.     The existence of a home library in every family provides easier and guaranteed access to information from information that isn’t needed, can grow and develop children's reading interest and culture from an early age, and develop positive brushes and develop children's skills through quality reading. In the context of the Covid 19 pandemic, home libraries are a good alternative in improving children's literacy. This study aims to determine the role of the home library in improving children's literacy (study at Muhammadiyah University of Mataram). The research method uses a qualitative approach. Sources of data obtained through primary sources (direct informants) and secondary sources (books or journals) related to the research. The data collection procedure was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed and interpreted. The results showed that the home library plays a role in growing and improving children's literacy such as reading, writing and arithmetic literacy. children's character literacy such as discipline, honesty, responsibility, manners, mutual love, and respect for each other .The role of the home library, among others; first, the home library as a source of children's reading. Second, as a child's learning media. Third, as a place for children's recreation. Fourth, as a medium for children's cultural education. And fifth, as a medium for children's character education.

    This study aim to examine the enhancement of mathematical reasoning ability through application of reflective learning. This study use quasi-experiment method by non equivalent pretest and posttest control group design. Subject of this study are 155 students of mathematics education study program in one of Private Higher Education in Palembang. Subject of study is differentiated into two classes namely experiment class who get reflective learning and control class who get conventional learning. This study is conducted in odd semester academic year of 2013/2014. Instrument in this study are mathematical reasoning ability test, observation sheet, and interview guidance. By using Mann-Whitney test, the conclusion is obtained that mathematical reasoning ability achievement and enhancement of student teacher who get reflective learning is better than student teacher who get conventional learning

    This journal discusses the learning model in the subject of Islamic Religious Education in Elementary Schools. In the learning process, a model is very important, an Islamic Religious Education teacher in elementary school must be able to adjust the model and learning material. This writing aims to discuss learning models that are in accordance with the material taught by teachers, even though elementary schools generally use thematic learning models which are mandatory in the implementation of learning in all subjects in grades I – IV. The writing method used is library research by looking for books and discussions, theories that are relevant to the problem to be studied. The results of the study of this article show that the PAIKEM learning model is theoretically suitable to be applied in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education in Elementary Schools.Jurnal ini membahas tentang model pembelajaran  pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar. Dalam proses pembelajaran sangat penting   sebuah model,  seorang guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar harus mampu     menyesuaikan antara model dan materi pembelajaran. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan oleh guru, walupun di Sekolah Dasar secara unum menggunakan model pembelajaran tematik yang menjadi keharusan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di semua mata pelajaran pada kelas I – IV.  Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah kajian Pustaka dengan mencari buku-buku  dan pembahasan-pembahasan, teori-   teori  yang relevan dengan masah yang akan di kaji.     Penelitian ini didasarkan pada masalah yang dihadapi generasi milenial yang dihadapkan pada ledakan informasi yang melimpah ruah di internet. perpustakaan sebagai lembaga pegiat literasi memiliki andil yang cukup besar dalam menjawab tantangan bagi setiap generasi agar informasi yang diperoleh bisa dimanfaatkan sesuai kebutuhan. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana orientasi pengembangan perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram di era milenial dan peran perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan literasi informasi bagi generasi milenial. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari sumber primer yaitu pustakawan dan pemustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, pertama Orientasi pengembangan perpustakaan saat ini menitikberatkan pada peningkatan literasi informasi pemustaka yang dilandasi tri dharma perguruan tinggi yaitu pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan tetap memegang teguh nilai-nilai keislaman. Peningkatan literasi ini direalisasikan dengan cara pelatihan, kerjasama, dan penyediaan sumber-sumber informasi. Kedua,  Peran perpustakaan UMMAT antara lain; pertama memberikan research skill sebagai modal pemustaka menghadapi ledakan informasi yang disediakan internet.  Kedua, berperan sebagai pendidik yang diwujudkan dalam user education (pendidikan pemustaka).     ABSTRAK The research was conducted on Jalan Cendana, Kisaran Naga Village, Kisaran Timur District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province with a flat topography ± 10 m above sea level. This research was conducted from January to March 2020. The materials used in this study were old ginger rhizome, top soil, sand, cow manure and water, while the tools used were polybags 25 cm x 20 cm in size, white and black shading plastic, rope bamboo for shade frames, Plastic rope and tarpaulin, hoe, shovel, gembor, knife, paranet, transparent white plastic and jet black plastic and stationery, calculator, meter. This research was prepared based on a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 treatment factors and 3 replications, where the first factor was various types of growing media consisting of 3 levels, namely: M1 = soil, M2 = sand + cow dung (1: 1) and M3 = soil + sand + cow dung fertilizer (1: 1: 1) and the second factor is the effect of shade which consists of 3 levels, namely: N1 = no shade, N2 = black and N3 = white. There is an effect of the planting medium on the percentage of growth, plant height and number of leaves of red ginger. The best planting medium was obtained from topsoil growing media + sand + cow chalk fertilizer (M3) with a growth percentage of 94.44%, plant height at 7 MST15.89 cm and number of leaves 10.17. There is an effect of shade color on the percentage of growth, number of shoots, plant height and number of leaves of red ginger. The best shade color was obtained from transparent white (N3) with a growth percentage of 97.22%, the number of shoots 1.89 shoots, 16.89 cm plant height and 10.67 leaves number and there was an influence of the interaction between planting medium and shade color on the number of shoots and number of leaves at the age of 3 MST and 7 MST. The best interaction was shown by the treatment of topsoil growing media + cow dung fertilizer and transparent white shade (M2N3) with 2.50 shoots and topsoil + sand + cow dung fertilizer and transparent white shade (M3N3) with 10 leaves. 83 strands. Kata kunci: Growing medium, Shade color, Ginger re

    STUDENTS’ STATISTICAL REASONING IN STATISTICS METHOD COURSE

    The role of statistics is wide and crucial in daily life, making statistics important. Many students have difficulty understanding statistics. This study aims to determine students' statistical reasoning about inference statistics, which is limited to the subject matter of the testing hypotheses about two-sample hypotheses testing. This study used descriptive research method. The subjects were 25 students of third-year Mathematics Education Departement at Universitas PGRI Palembang in the academic year 2018/2019. Data were collected through tests and interviews. Data were analyzed through descriptive quantitative. The results of data analysis showed that 32% of students had level 1 statistical reasoning (the lowest level), 20% were at level 2, 28% at level 3, 12% at level 4 and 8% at level 5 (highest level). Based on the result, it can conclude that students' statistical reasoning ability in learning statistical method is not satisfactory, students are still very lacking in reasoning
