EL USO DE LAS DIAPOSITIVAS PARA MEJORAR LA PRODUCCIÓN DE TEXTOS NARRATIVOS DIGITALES EN LOS ALUMNOS DE 4° GRADO DE LA I.E.I. SAN LORENZO AMBO - HUÁNUCO 2016

El trabajo de investigación fue realizado en la IE San Lorenzo de Ambo, con alumnos del cuarto grado de primaria donde el objetivo general fue el de mejorar la producción de textos en los niños a través de la observación de imágenes emitidas por un medio audiovisual como un proyector multimedia. Este medio audiovisual se convirtió en la actualidad un gran aliado para el docente ya que facilita al docente para impartir nuevos conocimientos a través de el, de manera práctica. En la aplicación del proyecto se apreció que dicho medio despertó gran expectativa en los estudiantes para su trabajo, por lo interesante que fueron las imágenes emitidas, generar inspiración en los estudiantes y consolidar sus ideas y conocimientos previos para producir distintas clases de textos, de manera congruente y coherentes. La presente investigación se desarrollo con 16 estudiantes de aproximadamente diez y once años los cuales despertaron gran imaginación gracias a las imágenes observadas y que fueron plasmadas y digitalizadas en un papel a través de la escritura de manera amena y recreativa. Posteriormente fueron editados a través de un procesador de textos y evaluados de manera satisfactoria en su mayoría. Esto podría ser un indicador positivo que si empleamos materiales audiovisuales con los estudiantes se podría intensificar la producción de textos y otras capacidades con ellos.Tesi

Luxury Consumption: Staging Experiences & Creating Value for Millennials using a Customer-Dominant Logic.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of luxury brands in the Millennial luxury consumers’ lifeworld and to understand the importance of the customer experience for the Millennial luxury consumers within the value creation process. Moreover, this research aims to fill the gap in the present literature between the existing luxury brand management and value creation process literature incorporating the Millennial consumers lifeworld. While the existing literature about luxury brands generally discusses its management and insights about the industry, the literature about the value creation process it is mainly about the different approaches to create value. Although some attention has been paid to value creation for luxury brands, little is known about how this take place within the Millennial generation and their lifeworld. This study adopts a Customer-Dominant Logic perspective to understand how luxury brands should create value for Millennials through value in the experience within their lifeworld. Thus, this research aims to contribute to the literature by generating insights and new knowledge that can help brands to perform better when approach this particular age cohort. In order to find out these insights, ten Millennials, aged between 20-25 years, who have purchased luxury brands or are likely to engage in future luxury consumption were interviewed using face to face semi-structured interviews by asking them about luxury. Moreover, the findings of the research were interpreted through the hermeneutic spiral of individual and collective sense making of value in the experience to understand how Millennials iteratively seek to make sense of value in the experience in a luxury context. Finally, the key findings and implications of the research suggest that Millennials find value in luxury brands that fit into their lifestyles and that provide them with valuable experiences

A field evaluation of the Hardy TB MODS Kit™ for the rapid phenotypic diagnosis of tuberculosis and multi-drug resistant tuberculosis.

BACKGROUND: Even though the WHO-endorsed, non-commercial MODS assay offers rapid, reliable TB liquid culture and phenotypic drug susceptibility testing (DST) at lower cost than any other diagnostic, uptake has been patchy. In part this reflects misperceptions about in-house assay quality assurance, but user convenience of one-stop procurement is also important. A commercial MODS kit was developed by Hardy Diagnostics (Santa Maria, CA, USA) with PATH (Seattle, WA, USA) to facilitate procurement, simplify procedures through readymade media, and enhance safety with a sealing silicone plate lid. Here we report the results from a large-scale field evaluation of the MODS kit in a government service laboratory. METHODS & FINDINGS: 2446 sputum samples were cultured in parallel in Lowenstein-Jensen (LJ), conventional MODS and in the MODS kit. MODS kit DST was compared with conventional MODS (direct) DST and proportion method (indirect) DST. 778 samples (31.8%) were Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture-positive. Compared to conventional MODS the sensitivity, specificity, positive, and negative predictive values (95% confidence intervals) of the MODS Kit were 99.3% (98.3-99.8%), 98.3% (97.5-98.8%), 95.8% (94.0-97.1%), and 99.7% (99.3-99.9%). Median (interquartile ranges) time to culture-positivity (and rifampicin and isoniazid DST) was 10 (9-13) days for conventional MODS and 8.5 (7-11) for MODS Kit (p<0.01). Direct rifampicin and isoniazid DST in MODS kit was almost universally concordant with conventional MODS (97.9% agreement, 665/679 evaluable samples) and reference indirect DST (97.9% agreement, 687/702 evaluable samples). CONCLUSIONS: MODS kit delivers performance indistinguishable from conventional MODS and offers a convenient, affordable alternative with enhanced safety from the sealing silicone lid. The availability in the marketplace of this platform, which conforms to European standards (CE-marked), readily repurposed for second-line DST in the near future, provides a fresh opportunity for improving equity of access to TB diagnosis and first and second-line DST in settings where the need is greatest

Combined treatment with niclosamide and camptothecin enhances anticancer effect in U87 MG human glioblastoma cells

Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is one of the deadliest cancers of the brain. Its ability to infiltrate healthy brain tissues renders it difficult to remove surgically. Furthermore, it exhibits high rates of radio- and chemoresistance, making the survival rates of patients with GBM poor. Therefore, novel effective therapies for GBM remain urgently in demand. Niclosamide is an anti-helminthic drug and recently it has been receiving attention due to its reported anticancer effects in cancer models, including GBM. Furthermore, camptothecin (CPT) is a naturally-occurring alkaloid and has been previously reported to be a potential chemotherapeutic agent by targeting the nuclear topoisomerase I. In the present study, the possible combined chemotherapeutic effects of niclosamide and CPT on the human glioblastoma cell line U87 MG was investigated by MTT assay and western blot analysis. Niclosamide exhibited synergistic activities with CPT to suppress the proliferation of U87 MG cells. Additionally, niclosamide suppressed cell proliferation and induced cell death mainly by triggering ER stress and autophagy, whilst CPT induced cell apoptosis mainly through p53-mediated mitochondrial dysfunction and activation of the MAPK (ERK/JNK) pathways. Overall, these findings suggest that co-administration of niclosamide and CPT may provide a novel therapeutic treatment strategy for GBM

Efecto de las fusiones de plataformas (two sided markets) en el bienestar: experiencias desde el retail online

En años recientes, la literatura de competencia y regulación ha empezado una línea de investigación basada en un fenómeno relacionado a las innovaciones tecnológicas de los últimos tiempos: los mercados de dos o más lados. El surgimiento de este tipo de mercados pone la pregunta sobre la mesa de si a pesar de todos los beneficios que representa, podría abrir espacio para prácticas anticompetitivas que afecten al bienestar de los participantes en la plataforma. En ese sentido, el presente ensayo se centra en analizar las implicancias en el análisis de antitrust para mercados de dos o más lados, estudiando sus particularidades en la determinación del mercado relevante, la estrategia de definición del nivel de precios y sus implicancias sobre el poder de mercado y bienestar. Asimismo, se presenta la revisión de tres casos de fusiones en plataformas de retail en línea a nivel internacional y a nivel local. A partir de esta revisión, se puede concluir que el efecto de estas fusiones en plataformas es incierto y, si el efecto es positivo o negativo, dependerá de factores inherentes a cada caso particular como la estructura del mercado, las elasticidades de demanda y la posición de dominio.In recent years, literature on regulation and competition has started a research field in a phenomenon related to technological innovations in the past years: two or more sided markets. The proliferation of this kind of market has economists and competition authorities wondering if, in spite of all the benefits that could be withdrawn from the existence of this kind of market, it could also open up space so that anti-competitive practices may appear within these platforms, negatively affecting welfare. Regarding this, the present essay is centered upon analyzing the implications that antitrust studies may have to take in consideration while addressing multi sided markets, reviewing the particularities involved in the determination of the relevant market, the price definition strategies, and the implications over market power and welfare. Also, this study reviews three cases of merger in multisided platforms in the online retail segment on an international and local level. From these experiences we conclude that the effect of mergers on welfare is uncertain, and direction of the effect (hence positive or negative) will depend on inherent factors for each specific case such as market structure, demand elasticities, and dominance position

La edificación en terreno ajeno contra quien levanto de buena fe en el inmueble, se realizó en el Chongos Bajo, por ende, se plantea como objetivo general explicar de qué manera la buena fe del edificador influye en la accesión y transferencia del dominio del inmueble en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano. Asimismo, la investigación se sustenta en el marco metodológico, en el que se establece que es de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, de nivel explicativo, de diseño no experimental de tipo transversal; en cual se aplicó a una población y muestra a 23 hogares del Chongos Bajo. En cuanto al proceso, el método de investigación general es el científico, para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica es la encuesta con su instrumento, el cuestionario. donde se obtuvieron resultados favorables que confirmaron la hipótesis planteada; La buena fe del edificador SI influye de manera directa y significativa en la accesión y transferencia del dominio del inmueble en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano, con un nivel de significancia de 0,872 y t calculada es mayor que la t teórica (8.16 > 1,98)

Gestión de cuentas por cobrar y su incidencia en la liquidez de la empresa Génesis Inversiones Servicios Generales SAC Trujillo 2020

El presente trabajo de investigación tiende a demostrar el tratamiento de las cuentas por cobrar y su incidencia en la liquidez de la empresa Génesis Inversiones Servicios Generales SAC durante el año 2020. Durante la ejecución de la investigación se ha desarrollado la investigación aplicada y descriptiva. Para tal efecto; se ha procedido a realizar el análisis de situación financiera y el estado de resultados, tomando como muestra la documentación necesaria de las cuentas por cobrar comerciales y el movimiento de las operaciones del efectivo con que cuenta la empresa en el año 2020. Por medio de la observación, encuesta, investigación bibliográfica y el análisis detallado se estableció la relación de las variables estudiadas. Asimismo; los datos estadísticos que fortalecen esta investigación son medidos a través de los ratios de liquidez, gestión, análisis horizontal y vertical. Es por ello que los resultados demuestran que, si existe una relación directa entre ambas variables, por lo que podemos concluir que nuestro trabajo es incidente entre las cuentas por cobrar y la liquidez en el año 2020

Gestión directiva y supervisión educativa en docentes de la Institución Educativa Mariscal Oscar R. Benavides Iquitos-2018

Esta investigación establece la relación de la gestión directiva y la supervisión educativa en los docentes de la Institución educativa “Mariscal Oscar R. Benavides” de Iquitos en el año 2018. La investigación corresponde al tipo cuantitativo, y se sustenta en los métodos de investigación hipotético – deductivo. La población estuvo conformada por 176 docentes, la muestra se calculó mediante el uso de un muestreo aleatorio simple siendo la muestra de 120 docentes, la técnica de investigación fue la encuesta. El instrumento de recolección de datos que se utilizó fue el cuestionario que se aplicó a la gestión directiva y la supervisión educativa. Para el procedimiento de datos, se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 23, obteniéndose los siguientes resultados: variable gestión directiva, el 63,3% manifiesta que la gestión directiva fue deficiente y el 36,7% manifiesta que fue eficiente. Variable supervisión educativa, el 17,5% manifiesta que la a veces hubo supervisión educativa y el 82,5% manifiesta que nunca hubo supervisión educativa. Se concluye: Existe relación significativa entre la gestión directiva y la supervisión educativa en los docentes de la Institución Educativa “Mariscal Oscar R. Benavides” – Iquitos (p= 0,000 < 0,05, Rho Spearman =0,831 correlación positiva muy fuerte).This research establishes the relationship of management and educational supervision in the teachers of the educational institution "Mariscal Oscar R.
