    This research evaluate the second data coming from operator report daily. The second data obtained from glue winding machine group, the calculation is conducted by calculating mean production capacities in 1 shift work during 6 month. This calculation uses the assumption that mean production capacities executed by the same raw material in producing manner of geometry of design product done by worker. Approach model uses the graeco-latin square to test anova at level significance 5% from worker skill. The result from this research that worker evacuation from machinery facility to other machinery facility at same job station, have to pay attention to the skilled ability of worker.     Praktik Lapangan Terbimbing (PLT) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta semester Ganjil 2017 yang berlokasi di SMK Negeri 3 Wonosari telah dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa pada tanggal 15 September 2017 sampai 15 November 2017. Kelompok PLT di lokasi ini terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa dari program studi pendidikan teknik elektronika dan informatika, pendidikan teknik mekatronika. Selama kegiatan PLT, praktikan melakukan praktik mengajar mandiri dan terbimbing di XI AV 4. Secara umum, program - program yang telah direncanakan dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Praktikan telah berusaha untuk menekan semua hambatan yang terjadi selama melaksanakan program kerja, sehingga program tersebut akhirnya berhasil dilaksanakan. Munculnya hambatan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan merupakan hal yang wajar. Praktikan berharap, semoga laporan ini dapat bermanfaat bagi semua pihak yang terkait

    Abstrak Pengelolaan data Kerja Praktek (KP) dan Tugas Akhir (TA) yang sekarang dilakukan di Jurusan Teknik Industri Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) masih bersifat manual sehingga proses penyampaian informasi menyita banyak waktu dan tenaga. Hal ini memperbesar peluang terjadinya kesalahan manusia dalam penyampaian informasi yang pada akhirnya informasi yang disampaikan menjadi tidak akurat. Informasi yang dibutuhkan namun sulit didapatkan antara lain penyebaran minat KP dan TA, progress pengerjaan KP dan TA, serta rekapitulasi beban dosen pembimbing KP dan TA. Pada penelitian ini digambarkan alur aktivitas sistem sekarang, pemodelan sistem, dan kemudian dilakukan perancangan sistem. Alur aktivitas sistem sekarang digambarkan dalam bentuk flowchart untuk mengetahui tahapan aktivitas yang harus dilalui. Sistem dimodelkan menggunakan data flow diagram (DFD) untuk mengetahui data yang mengalir pada setiap proses. Sedangkan tahap perancangan sistem terdiri dari perancangan database, perancangan user interface, dan pembuatan program aplikasi menggunakan Visual Basic 6.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi KP dan TA berbasis komputer yang dapat menyajikan informasi minat pengerjaan KP dan TA, progress pengerjaan KP dan TA, rekapitulasi beban dosen pembimbing KP dan TA, serta fasilitas yang memudahkan mahasiswa dan bagian administrasi dalam membuat kelengkapan administratif KP dan TA. Sistem yang dirancang memiliki database untuk menyimpan data serta aplikasi untuk memasukkan dan mengambil data yang diperlukan. Aplikasi dapat diakses oleh beberapa user secara bersamaan melalui koneksi internet. Melalui sistem informasi berbasis komputer, informasi dapat disajikan dengan cepat, relevan, akurat, dan up to date.     Increasing energy demand, depleting fossil fuel reserves, and environmental concerns have put renewable energy sources in the spotlight in Indonesia. Wind energy in particular, which has received a lot of attention because it is inexhaustible and friendly to the environment. The main problem of the two generating systems is not continuously available. Wind turbines are the main medium used to convert wind energy into electrical energy. A good wind turbine design will determine the performance of a wind power plant (PLTB). This tool is to control the electric power generated from the wind generator, the electric power generated from the generator will be measured the current and voltage. The way the tool works when the generator wheel rotates, the generator will produce electrical power which has been connected to the charger controller before the electric power is stored in the battery. The use of electric power from the battery will be converted using an inverter to convert the DC current to AC.     Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Operator melalui Perbaikan Alat Material Handling dengan Pendekatan Ergonomi

    Abstract The method is being used in anthropometry approach. Anthropometry approach is needed to determine material handling appliance dimension. This research also assess productivity from material handling appliance, use result from material handling simulation model. Simulation model meant as information from material handling condition after conducted redesigning. The result of this research indicate that redesigning material handling appliance assist by using anthropometry approach can reduce processing time become 48,873.6 second. Besides that also make improvement a productivity index value, that is for the index of material productivity occured improvement equal to 22% and time productivity index occured improvement equal to 38%.     This research has been done to know psychological, environmental, marketing mix to influence 4 stroke bebek motorcycle (Honda and Suzuki) buying in Banjarmasin, and also to know the dominant variable on buying decision. This research has been done in Banjarmasin. Writer uses non random sampling technique with convenience sampling method. The total samples are 706 respondents (355 Suzuki consumers and 351 Honda consumers). A standard significant level in this research is 5%. All 12 variables of psychological, environmental, and marketing mix factors are being asked into 49 question items. The test of all instruments research show the reliability and validity levels are high. The results of this research are all free variables, that are perception (XI), attitude (X2), life style (X3), personality (X4), culture (X5), social class (X6), reference group (X7)situational determinants (X8), product (X9), price (X10), promotion (X11), and distribution (X12), have a significant correlation to buying decision of Suzuki and Honda 4-stroke bebek motorcycle. Among 12 variables, perception variable (X1), attitude (X2), life style (X3), referent group (X7), situational determinants (X8), and product (X9) are really influence to buying decision of 4-stroke Bebek Motorcycle (Suzuki and Honda) in Banjarmasin. Determination coefficient (R2) is 0.591, it shows the contribution of independent variables to explain the dependent variable, that is 59.1%. While the most dominant variable to influence the research is the Attitude (X2), that is 39.6%

The importance of Honey Lemon Silina products has a business development focused on Generation Z (Gen. Z). This paper aims how to identify the results of socialization through focus group discussions on several questions from the questionnaire to Gen. Z in Surakarta City on aspects of consumer preference and the purchase price of Honey Lemon Silina brand honey drink products, including price, taste, product design, brand influence, and accessibility of sales locations.     Abstraksi Salah satu proses produksi shuttle cock yang kritis dalam arti dapat mempengaruhi kualitas produk adalah pada waktu pemotongan bulu ayam. Hal ini dikarenakan bentuk bulu hasil potongan dapat mempengaruhi bentuk cock itu sendiri. Selama ini pemotongan bulu ayam untuk produk cock dilakukan secara manual dengan bantuan alat gunting satu persatu sehingga hasil yang diperoleh sangat lambat dan memiliki bentuk cenderung beragam. karena itu pengusaha industri kecil memerlukan alat bantu pemotong bulu yang dapat digerakkan secara manual. Kegiatan ini mencoba membuat alat potong yang dapat membantu proses pemotongan bulu. Nilai tambah dari alat yang digunakan adalah adanya alat pemanas untuk membantu proses pemotongan bulu. Dengan alat pemanas ini bentuk potongan menjadi lebih rapi, dan dapat memotong tiga hingga lima buah bulu ayam. Kata kunci: ergonomi, shuttle coc
