Análisis del contenido de la programación radiofónica dirigida a jóvenes del cantón Latacunga.

The radio programs in Latacunga produce a varied content that is directed to young people. It is foundationally the communication produced by the media. The radio programs of the city have messages according to the themes of entertainment, informational and educational. This Project hops to form a constructive critique of the youth radio programs of the city in order to obtain a better production of radio and content, according to the new challenges that radio to face at this time. The present research uses a qualitative and quantitative methodology in order to analyze the data of radio programming from young people in Latacunga. The childhood, in actuality, chose the programs according to their music and interests thematic. We analyzed if the programs and its content met the expectations of the listeners, keeping in mind the respective preferences of the audience in the local radio media. Finally, presented is this investigation are various alternatives, which allow a bettering of youth radio through programming, identification, knowledge, as well as an explanation of the newly introduced topics and music genders that support the needs of youth in Latacunga.Los programas radiales juveniles de la ciudad de Latacunga, emiten diferentes contenidos radiofónicos, dirigidos a un target específico que son los jóvenes quienes son una parte fundamente en la comunicación de los medios radiales. Los programas de la ciudad emiten contenidos de acuerdo a los objetivos de la radio como son: entretenimiento, informativas y educativas. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar una crítica constructiva a los programas juveniles de la ciudad para obtener una mejor producción radiofónica y un contenido comunicacional acode a los nuevos retos que enfrenta la radio en este momento. La presente investigación utilizamos una investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa para analizar los contenidos de la programación radiofónica dirigida a jóvenes del cantón Latacunga. Los jóvenes en la actualidad escogen los programas juveniles radiales, de acuerdo a las preferencias musicales y temáticas de interés social en ellos. Analizaremos si los programas y los contenidos cumplen con las expectativas de los oyentes juveniles, conociendo las respectivas preferencias de las audiencias en los medios radiales locales. Conoceremos si los contenidos emitidos en las programaciones radiales de los medios, están acordes a las expectativas de los jóvenes de la ciudad. Esta investigación permitirá generar nuevos contenidos y temáticas de acuerdo a la necesidad de los jóvenes cuando sintonizan sus medios favoritos. Finalmente se presenta una investigación con varias alternativas, que permitan el mejoramiento de los programas juveniles, identificando, conociendo y explicando las nuevas temáticas, contenidos, leguaje radial y géneros musicales acorde a la necesidad de la juventud del cantón Latacunga

A Mobile App to Manage Children Dental Anxiety: Context and Approach

Anxiety and fear related to dentistry interventions have been identified as problems affecting children. This reduces their quality of life and may have a negative impact on aspects such as sleep, self –esteem, mood, social relationships, and other psychological issues.The ARCADE project aims to design and develop a technological solution to manage children dental anxiety. This solution consists on a mobile system co-designed with children. An ecological momentary intervention is proposed using this solution before, during and after dentistry treatments. Social Work and Accessibility of Persons with Disabilities in Mexico: Hidden Barriers

This article proposes that a thorough understanding of the concept of diversity should facilitate the full inclusion of all people in society. Furthermore, it proposes that we should look at diversity and inclusion from a community perspective. Consistent with these premises, Mexico has recently taken a significant leap forward by developing programs to serve functionally diverse people. Most significantly, the federal government has created the National Program for the Wellbeing and Development of People with Disabilities that is sponsored by the executive branch of government. The creation of this program followed the dissemination by the National System for the Integral Development of Families, of the work conducted by the National Board for the Development and Inclusion of People with Disabilities (CONADIS, in Spanish), the Advisory Council for the People with Disabilities, other civic organizations, and people with disabilities and their families. The authors conclude that, in spite of the considerable progress observed, there are still invisible or hidden barriers to a full social integration of persons with disabilities

A lo largo del trabajo se hace hincapié en la naturaleza de estos instrumentos, así como el valor que tienen y la importancia práctica de los mismos. El mestizaje del relato: narrativa y personajes en la serie Lost

La migración cultural se ha convertido en un fenómeno incipiente que encuentra un reflejo directo en la ficción audiovisual. En estos últimos años se han visto incrementados los discursos narrativos que constituyen una muestra significativa de la migración y la mezcolanza entre mundos distantes entre sí, pero que encuentran en el terreno de la representación ficcional un universo que converge a través de la mezcla permanente de estilos, la imbricación de culturas y los conocimientos diferentes. Este universo representado halla en el personaje un modo de vehicular estilos que se unen, mestizajes de conocimientos superpuestos, que conforman una realidad diegética paralela a la fisonomía de las grandes urbes contemporáneas. Esta investigación analiza, a través de los elementos que conforman la narración audiovisual, los modos de construcción de identidades y los modelos de representación en la serie de ficción Perdidos (Lost).The cultural migration has turned into an incipient phenomenon. Analysis of the informal reasoning modes of preservice primary teachers when arguing about a socio-scientific issue on nuclear power during a role play

The use of nuclear power is a socio-scientific issue that is controversial in many areas. Concerns of nuclear power touch on health effects, environmental impacts, employment concerns and energy supply; arguments both for and against it are easily generated. This paper examines the specific aspects addressed by preservice primary teachers in their arguments during their participation in a roleplaying activity on the SSI of nuclear power stations closures in Spain. This was done in order to better understand informal reasoning modes, as well as the possible effect of the roles defended and the design of the staging of the role play. To this end, the transcripts of four role plays were analysed. The data analysis was carried out by open coding, extracting different categories of analysis that were classified into three different informal reasoning modes: environmental, financial and social. The results showed that participants used more environmental-oriented arguments than financial and social ones. Differences in informal reasoning modes were found between some roles and between the two parts of the staging. Some educational implications of these results are discussed, such as providing more information to the participants before the roleplaying activity and emphasising the scaffolding of the social aspects when designing the role play.Partial funding for open access charge: Universidad de Málag

Preservice secondary science teachers' teaching proposals to address a socially acute question

Teaching about socially acute questions seems beneficial for different aspects of student learning and its use in classrooms can be encouraged by including it in future teachers’ training. This paper analyses teaching proposals made by preservice secondary teachers to address the socially acute question of the dominant model of meat production and consumption. The analysis was carried out in terms of the phases addressed for the inquiry and the conceptions of knowledge and pedagogical strategies adopted. The results show that the proposals are focused on information gathering and analysis, highlighting the controversies (engaged conception of knowledge) with the aim to develop critical thinking by teaching students to argue through the exploration of different positions on the SAQ (critical pedagogical strategies). Pre-service teachers’ ideas about obtaining electricity in nuclear power stations in a role play context

This study examined whether participation in a role play on the socio-scientific issue of the use of nuclear power had an impact on pre-service primary teachers’ ideas regarding the process of obtaining electricity in a nuclear power station. Before and after the role play, 78 pre-service primary teachers were asked to describe this process to analyze the ideas they displayed about the stages involved in it. The results showed, overall, an increased presence of more scientifically informed ideas in some of these stages following the role play, although a number of nonscientifically informed ideas persisted, for example, regarding the way in which heat is obtained or the final transformation of energy into electricity. El proceso de maduración del turismo rural en Andalucía

La ponencia que se presenta es resultado de un periodo amplio de análisis desde que en 1998 y a través de un proyecto con el Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación trabajamos para la Unidad Española del Observatorio Europeo en España. Esta experiencia de visitar a los grupos LEADER y PRODER de Andalucía y Extremadura, permitió tener una aproximación a la realidad vivida por la sociedad rural. Y parte de este aprendizaje quedó plasmado en la tesis doctoral (2002) “Turismo rural: repercusiones de las políticas de desarrollo en el territorio andaluz”. El objeto de este estudio es mostrar la clasificación de actuaciones turísticas (formación, alojamiento y restauración, oferta complementaria, planificación y promoción, conservación del patrimonio natural y cultural) efectuadas desde la acción piloto Leader I a la estrategia integral de Leader+, como han ido cambiando porque el propio escenario ha ido madurando a pesar de la juventud del turismo rural

Lectura de imágenes para mejorar la producción de textos narrativos en 2° de la Institución Educativa “Augusto Alva Ascurra”-2018

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general: determinar si la lectura de imágenes mejora la producción de textos narrativos en 2º grado de primaria de la I.E Nº 80891 “Alberto Alva Ascurra”. El tipo de investigación es Experimental y el diseño Pre-Experimenta, contando con una población de 60 estudiantes con una muestra de 30 alumnos de 2º grado de primaria, realizando un tipo de muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Asimismo se utilizó como técnica la observación y como instrumentos para recoger datos de la variable independiente una Rúbrica y para la variable dependiente una Lista de Cotejos, validado con el método a juicio de expertos, y para aplicar la confiabilidad se aplicó el procedimiento por coeficiente el Alfa de Cronbach obteniendo como resultado que la prueba alcanzo un valor de α= 0,858, por lo que se concluye que el instrumento es muy bueno. Para la contratación de hipótesis se utilizó la prueba estadística T-Student aportando resultados óptimos con respecto al progreso continuo de los estudiantes, donde p= 0.000 (significancia) menor a p=0.05, por lo tanto, se acepta la Hipótesis de investigación (H1 ): La lectura de imágenes mejora la producción de textos narrativos a los alumnos de 2º grado de primaria de la I.E Nº 80891 “Augusto Alva Ascurra” Luego de procesar los resultados se llegó a la conclusión de que la estrategia de lectura de imágenes mejoro significativamente la producción de textos narrativos de los estudiantes de 2º grado de la I.E Nº 80891 “Augusto Alva Ascurra”, debido al resultado mostrado al aplicarse la prueba estadística T de student la cual lanzó un valor de -15, 425, por lo tanto se confirma que la hipótesis alternativa fue aceptada y por ende rechazando la hipótesis nula
