ATIVIDADE DE INTELIGÊNCIA NO ÂMBITO DA PMTO E A NECESSIDADE DE IMPLANTAÇÃO DE UMA DIRETRIZ NORTEADORA

O presente artigo científico tem como escopo estudar a atividade de inteligência no âmbito da PMTO e a necessidade de implantação de uma diretriz norteadora. A pesquisa se assentou no método hipotético-dedutivo e em pesquisas bibliográfica e documental. Foi analisado o conceito de inteligência de segurança pública e um breve processo histórico da evolução da atividade. Num segundo momento, evidenciou-se o Sistema e o Subsistema de Inteligência no Brasil, bem como sua composição. Em seguida, fez-se também uma análise da atividade de inteligência no âmbito da PMTO e os principais documentos que a norteiam. Infere-se que a PMTO possui uma legislação que, em parte, abarca a atividade de inteligência, mas ela é insuficiente. Isso porque deixa de padronizar procedimentos operacionais e não prevê aspectos relevantes como treinamento e uso de viaturas descaracterizadas. À guisa de conclusão, sugere-se a instalação de uma comissão para confeccionar uma diretriz, documento mais abrangente. É apresentado, em anexo, modelo de diretriz da PMSC.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Serviço de Inteligência; Polícia Militar; Diretriz.     ABSTRACT The present scientific article has as scope to study the activity of intelligence in the ambit of the PMTO and the necessity of implantation of a guiding directive. The research was based on the hypothetical-deductive method and on bibliographical and documentary research. We analyzed the concept of public safety intelligence and a brief historical process of the evolution of the activity. In a second moment the System and the Subsystem of Intelligence in Brazil was evidenced, as well as its composition. Next, an analysis of the intelligence activity in the scope of the PMTO and the main documents that guided it. It is inferred that the PMTO has legislation that, in part, encompasses intelligence activity, but it is insufficient. This is because it fails to standardize operational procedures and does not provide for relevant aspects such as training and use of de-characterized vehicles. As a conclusion, it is suggested that a commission be set up to produce a guideline, a more comprehensive document. A informação gráfica como construtora de identidade visual de marca e sua comunicação nos meios impressos e digitais

RESUMO: Este artigo tem como objetivo propor uma reflexão acerca do papel do design na estruturação da informação gráfica que, veiculada como mensagem em produtos gráficos impressos ou digitais diversos, atuam de forma paralela como suporte a comunicação da marca, corroborando para a construção da sua identidade visual de forma coesa. Isso demonstra a importância da unidade visual em diferentes veículos de comunicação, fortalecendo a imagem da marca através do uso de elementos que estruturam a informação promovendo uma identidade gráfico visual. The 2.3-Mbp genome contains an extremely interesting AI-2 transporter and processing system related to the quorum-sensing signal response. This specific feature is described in this species for the first time and might be responsible for a new pathogenic behavior

Making the ecological brick using powder residues of Ceramic Tiles

The residues generated by the ceramic factories, among the most varied types, represent a large part of the waste produced and the one that comes from the production of red ceramics such as tiles and bricks, reflects in great part of all the constituents of these residues. The use of tailings is becoming an increasingly common practice, often because it does not have a correct final destination and in some places, there is a shortage of natural materials. The present work aims to study the addition of residues of ceramic tiles dust in the characteristics and properties of ecological brick. A literature review on the topic was carried out, in addition to granulometric characterizations, absorption tests, thermal comfort and simple compression. After carrying out the tests, the possibility of using it as a component of the ecological brick and using it in the region of Teresina-PI was studied. The samples produced with tile powder residue showed excellent results, therefore, through this study it was possible to prove that the reuse of these residues is valid for use in civil construction

Association Of Inflammation, Dyslipidemia, Obesity And Physical Activity Status In Children

The aim of this study was to verify the association between inflammatory biomarkers, dyslipidemia, obesity and physical activity status in 10-years old children. Ninety-four children participated in this study and were classified into eutrophic (n=36), overweight (n=34) or obese (n=24) according to their body mass index (BMI). The genic expression of interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and chemokine C-C motif ligand 2 (CCL-2) mRNA; the serum concentration of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) and triglycerides; BMI, percentage of body fat (% BF) and waist circumference; and the number of steps per day were determined. The expression of IL-6, TNF-α and CCL-2 were associated (p 0.05) between pro-inflammatory biomarkers and number of steps per day was found.222182

Síndrome HELLP com descolamento placentário e óbito fetal: relato de caso

The HELLP syndrome – defined as haemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and thrombocytopenia – consists of an advanced stage of preeclampsia (PE), which can affect 0.6% of pregnancies and 4-12% of patients with severe PE. Being responsible for elevated maternal and perinatal mortality rates, it can present with general malaise, epigastralgia, right hypochondrium pain, nausea and vomits, headache, scotomas, associated with hypertension and proteinuria. Woman, 19 years old, primigest, admitted with 29 weeks of gestational age presenting with arterial hypertension (160/120 mmHg), headache, scotomas, nausea and vomits. She showed regular health status, pallid, closed, anterior and soft cervix, with no fluid losses, and inaudible fetal heart rate on the sonar. She was stabilized with intravenous hydration and antihypertensive drugs, the ultrasonography showed placental abruption and fetal death. An uneventfully caesarean operation was performed under general anaesthesia. Due to the low haemoglobin, haematocrit and platelet levels, she received blood transfusion, progressing with clinical and laboratory improvement. The pressure control was met by the use of methyldopa, nifedipine and pindolol, and she was discharged with a good health status at the 10th day of hospitalization, with scheduled return for reassessment.   Keywords: HELLP syndrome, severe preeclampsia, fetal death, placental abruption. A síndrome HELLP – definida por hemólise, enzimas hepáticas elevadas e plaquetopenia – consiste em estágio avançado de pré-eclâmpsia (PE), podendo afetar 0,6% das gestações e 4-12% das pacientes com PE grave. Responsável por elevados índices de mortalidade materna e perinatal, pode se apresentar com mal estar geral, epigastralgia, dor em hipocôndrio direito, náuseas ou vômitos, cefaleia, escotomas, assoaciado a quadro hipertensivo e proteinúria. Mulher de 19 anos, primigesta, admitida com 29 semanas de idade gestacional com quadro de hipertensão arterial (160/120 mmHg), cefaleia, escotomas, náuseas e vômitos. Apresentava regular estado geral, hipocorada, colo uterino fechado, anterior, amolecido e sem perdas e batimento cardiofetal inaudível ao sonar. Estabilizada com hidratação venosa e anti-hipertensivos, foi realizada ultrassonografia que evidenciou descolamento prematuro de placenta e óbito fetal. Realizada cesariana sob anestesia geral sem intercorrências. Devido a baixos níveis de hemoglobina, hematócrito e plaquetas, foi hemotransfundida, apresentando melhora clínica e laboratorial. O controle pressórico foi atingido com uso de metildopa, nifedipina e pindolol, recebendo alta em bom estado geral no 10º dia de internação hospitalar com programação de retorno para reavaliação. Estresse oxidativo e fenilcetonúria: uma revisão integrativa

Phenylketonuria is an autosomal recessive disease. It is caused by an innate error that occurs in individuals where there is a change in the PAH chromosome 12q22-q24.2 gene, which encodes phenylalanine hydroxylase. Also known as PKU, the pathology consists of the absence of this enzyme or the lack of its full functionality, which can be detected in the first days of life. Treatment for PKU is essentially dietary and should be started as soon as it is diagnosed. The dietary restriction of phenylketonuric individuals is extensive, based on a limited diet that offers low content of, or free from phenylalanine. The decrease in phenylalanine levels in the blood aims to protect the patient from neurological damage caused by high levels of this amino acid. Commonly, diets are based on fruits and vegetables with low Phe levels accompanied by food formulas to achieve the necessary protein intake. Based on scientific studies, there is evidence that the restrictive diet, to which these patients have been submitted, results in a decrease in the body's antioxidant capacity and, consequently, contributes to the increase in oxidative stress caused by the presence of reactive oxygen species. Thus, the objective of the present study was to conduct an integrative review based on scientific studies regarding the correlation between oxidative stress in phenylketonuric patients and pathology. The analysis of selected studies showed a strong correlation between oxidative stress and neurological disorders in individuals diagnosed with PKU, being more common in patients with delayed diagnosis, showing that the restrictive diet is an essential factor in protecting patients.A fenilcetonúria é uma doença autossômica recessiva. É causada por um erro inato que ocorre em indivíduos onde há uma alteração no gene 12q22-q24.2 do cromossomo PAH, que codifica a fenilalanina hidroxilase. Também conhecida como PKU, a patologia consiste na ausência dessa enzima ou na falta de sua plena funcionalidade, que pode ser detectada nos primeiros dias de vida. O tratamento da PKU é essencialmente dietético e deve ser iniciado assim que for diagnosticado. A restrição alimentar de indivíduos fenilcetonúricos é extensa, baseada em uma dieta limitada que oferece baixo teor ou isento de fenilalanina. A diminuição dos níveis de fenilalanina no sangue visa proteger o paciente de danos neurológicos causados por níveis elevados desse aminoácido. Comumente, as dietas são baseadas em frutas e vegetais com baixos níveis de Phe acompanhados de fórmulas alimentares para atingir a ingestão proteica necessária. Com base em estudos científicos, há evidências de que a dieta restritiva, à qual esses pacientes têm sido submetidos, resulta na diminuição da capacidade antioxidante do organismo e, consequentemente, contribui para o aumento do estresse oxidativo causado pela presença de espécies reativas de oxigênio. Assim, o objetivo do presente estudo foi realizar uma revisão integrativa baseada em estudos científicos sobre a correlação entre estresse oxidativo em pacientes fenilcetonúricos e patologia. A análise dos estudos selecionados mostrou forte correlação entre estresse oxidativo e distúrbios neurológicos em indivíduos diagnosticados com PKU, sendo mais comum em pacientes com diagnóstico tardio, mostrando que a dieta restritiva é um fator essencial na proteção dos pacientes
