Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Internal Bank Terhadap Non Performing Loan Berdasarkan Generalized Method of Moment

This research aims at finding out the effect of bank internal factor towards Non-Performing Loan (NPL). The internal factors of bank used in this study cover credit expansion level, operational efficiency level, credit interest level, and the percentage of credit with problems in the previous period as dynamic effect. The research was very important to conduct considering in some recent periods, the ratio of NPL owned by the bank group tend to show an increase. If compared to some previous research (especially the research that took the study case in Indonesia), this study had some strengths such as the sample used was relatively bigger in number (used 97 banks as sample during quarterly period II of 2013 until quarterly period II of 2015) and the use of Generalized Method of Moment Model to analyze the effect of bank internal factor towards NPL. Based on the analysis result of Generalized Method of Moment, it could be concluded that the level of credit expansion, operational efficiency, credit interest and the percentage of credit with problems in one previous period individually gave positive effect towards NPL. Meanwhile, the percentage of credit with problems in two previous periods gave negative effect towards NPL

Nowadays, the development of fisheries strategic issues is related to poverty and welfare of fishermen. In 2010 - 2014, Ministry of Marine and Fisheries implemented Business Development Program of Rural Area by creating a Joint Business Group (JBG) to help traditional and small scale fishermen who categorized as poor. This study aimed to determine the performance of JBG of gillnet fishermen and to identify the attributes of performance (aspects of institutional, socio-cultural, economic, environmental and policy) in Barsela Aceh. Data was collected by purposive sampling method from 13 JBG of gillnet fishermen. IPA analysis and gap analysis were performed to measure each attribute and attribute\u27s performance. The results showed that the value of the gap in the aspect of the institution of 1.87, and socio-cultural aspect of 1.91, which are categorized as good enough. Furthermore, the value of the economic aspect (2,12), environmental aspect (2,43) and policy aspect (2.21) are categorized as less good. The attributes which categorized as a top priority (in quadrant A) are the aspect of institution, namely; human resources quality of JBG, the level of utilization of information technology and marketing, participation in training event, frequency of training held by related agencies and traditional institutions and the effectiveness of PPTK. Socio-cultural aspects are the desire to be independent culture, work ethic culture, group cohesiveness, and JBG assets are jointly managed. In economic aspect are active savings and loan activities, the level of turnover development of JBG and the level of market opportunities for JBG fishermen\u27s business. Environmental aspects are the effectiveness of target fish species catch, high economic value of fish and environment-friendly technologies. Policy aspects are sanctioned policies for fictitious JBG, policies about who can become a member of JBG, policy management in preparing a joint business plan and sanctions for members who violate the rules

Assessment of Intratumoral Heterogeneity in Isolated Human Primary High-Grade Glioma: Cluster of Differentiation 133 and Cluster of Differentiation 15 Double Staining of Glioblastoma Subpopulations

BACKGROUND: Gliomas are the most common primary brain tumors, representing 50–60% of malignant primary brain tumors. Gliomas are highly heterogeneous with marked inter- and intratumoral diversity. Gliomas heterogeneity is a challenging issue in the development of personalized treatment. The simplest method for studying heterogeneity is using ex vivo cell cultures; in our case, the cell lines were isolated from patient with glioblastomas. AIM: Here, we reported distinct cell subpopulations heterogeneity in glioblastoma cells. METHODS: Human glioblastoma cells isolation is conducted by enzymatic method with combination of collagenase I, hyaluronidase, and trypsin enzyme in proportional amount from patient. Immunostaining was performed to assess glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), Ki-67, isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH-1) status, and program death ligand-1 (PD-L1) expression. Primary glioblastoma cell line was characterized by flow cytometry (fluorescence-activated cell sorting) analysis based on cluster of differentiation (CD) 133 and CD15 marker expression. U87MG and CGNH-89 cell lines were used as control. Distinct subpopulation analysis was performed by double staining of CD133 and CD15 in isolated primary glioblastoma cell line and its comparative control cells. RESULTS: Our isolated glioblastoma cells morphology was adherent cells which were able to form spheres depending on environment. Immunostaining confirmed GFAP, Ki-67, IDH-1 mutants, and PD-L1 expression. Our isolated glioblastoma cells expressed CD133 and CD15, coexpressed CD133/CD15 in different patterns. The highest subpopulation in primary glioblastoma was CD133+/CD15+. CONCLUSION: Glioblastoma cells can be isolated using enzymatic methods. Isolated glioblastoma cells consist of four different subpopulations distinguished by CD133/CD15 double staining. Intratumoral heterogeneity exists and directly or indirectly depends on their microenvironment

This paper investigates the effectiveness and the accuracy of open source 3D printer of Mendel Max and Kossel Mini which the additive manufacturing technique of Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) was implemented.A benchmark of the 3D printer test model was designed based on critical features of AM process i.e. hemispheres, cube, cylindersand slots. The benchmark was produced by both machines using variation FFF parameters of layer height and infill density. In addition, the material of FFF was varied between PLA and ABS for each test. The dimensional accuracy of the part features were measured by the nominal dimension of the part using Profile Projector DS600.In addition,TR200 roughness tester was used to measure the surface roughness. The result shows that for dimensional accuracy results,Mendel Max machine has a lower deviation result compared to Kossel machine. Furthermore,PLA filament gives better result compare to ABS filament in term of surface quality finishing for both machines. The result shows that for both 3D printer machines, the quality and accuracy of the part features are better when the layer thickness is 0.178 and 20% of infill density

Thermogravimetric analysis properties of cellulosic natural fiber polymer composites: a review on influence of chemical treatments

Natural fiber such as bamboo fiber, oil palm empty fruit bunch (OPEFB) fiber, kenaf fiber, and sugar palm fiber-reinforced polymer composites are being increasingly developed for lightweight structures with high specific strength in the automotive, marine, aerospace, and construction industries with significant economic benefits, sustainability, and environmental benefits. The plant-based natural fibers are hydrophilic, which is incompatible with hydrophobic polymer matrices. This leads to a reduction of their interfacial bonding and to the poor thermal stability performance of the resulting fiber-reinforced polymer composite. Based on the literature, the effect of chemical treatment of natural fiber-reinforced polymer composites had significantly influenced the thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) together with the thermal stability performance of the composite structure. In this review, the effect of chemical treatments used on cellulose natural fiber-reinforced thermoplastic and thermosetting polymer composites has been reviewed. From the present review, the TGA data are useful as guidance in determining the purity and composition of the composites’ structures, drying, and the ignition temperatures of materials. Knowing the stability temperatures of compounds based on their weight, changes in the temperature dependence is another factor to consider regarding the effectiveness of chemical treatments for the purpose of synergizing the chemical bonding between the natural fiber with polymer matrix or with the synthetic fibers
