    This research entitled is "Analysis Optimization of Promotion Mix in Order to Improve the Quality of Services and Services at the Grand Royal BIL Hotel (Batujai Village,  West Praya District - Central Lombok)", which aims to improve the quality of services and services at the Grand Royal BIL Hotel (Batujai Village West Praya District - Central Lombok).     Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengoptimalkan sistem pemasaran dilihat dari internal usaha kuliner para pedagang dan dapat mengidentifikasikan kekuatan dan kelemahan dari usaha kuliner yang ada dikawasan Pantai Cemara Dusun Cemara Desa Lembar Selatan Kabupaten Lombok Barat – Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Dusun Cemara Desa Lembar Selatan Kabupaten Lombok Barat – Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan salah satu tujuan objek wisata yang ada di Pulau Lombok – Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang mempunyai daya tarik tersendiri, dengan adanya tanaman bakau/mangrove disepanjang pesisir Pantai Cemara. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kasus (studi kasus). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa daftar pertanyaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data yaitu berupa Tabel IFAS (Internal Strategic Analysis Summary), yang diperjelas dengan Matrik Space analisis. Hasil Penelitian dapat diketahui sistem pemasaran usaha kuliner dapat dioptimalkan dengan memperhatikan sistem pemasaran antara lain: menawarkan produk yang dijual beraneka ragam, harga yang ditawarkan dapat terjangkau oleh pengunjung, mengoptimalkan promosi, pendistribusian makanan kuliner yang ditawarkan dapat secara langsung dan souvenir/kerajinan tangan yang ada di Kawasan Pantai Cemara Dusun Cemara Desa Lembar Selatan Kabupaten Lombok Barat – Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dapat melalui sarana media massa dan internet agar dapat diketahui produk daerah setempat hingga ke manca negara.     Indonesia reported the first case of Covid-19 on March 2, 2020. Data as of March 31, 2020 showed that there were 1.528 confirmed cases and 136 deaths. The Covid-19 death rate in Indonesia is 8.9%, the highest in Southeast Asia. After confirming the first case, the Government of Indonesia took various countermeasures to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in various sectors. Not only the health sector but also the economic sector has suffered no less serious impacts due to this pandemic. At the family level, the small and middle levels of society become weak and decline, this is due to restrictions on community activities. Due to these conditions, it is necessary to make efforts that we must do to be able to restore the economic condition of the family by utilizing the potential that exists around it. This service was carried out at the Women Farmers Group called ‘Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Maju Bersama’  Pelempat, Meninting Village, West Lombok District, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The method used in this activity is implemented in 4 (four) activity stages, namely 1) Preparation, 2) Socialization, 3) Activity Implementation, and 4) Monitoring and Evaluation. The results of the activity showed that members of  Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Maju Bersama have understood the technique of developing oyster mushroom cultivation and have high motivation to become entrepreneurs through cultivating oyster mushrooms as well as making it to increase people's income in the New Normal Era of the Covid-19 pandemic

    Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Bauran Promosi Media Sosial Terhadap Peningkatan Volume Penjualan Toko Kelontong Di Kelurahan Pejeruk Kecamatan Ampenan Kota Mataram. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran promosi media sosial terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan toko kelontong di kelurahan Pejeruk kecamatan Ampenan kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Bauran Promosi yang terdiri dari (X1) Sales Promotion, (X2) Periklanan, (X3) Personal Selling dan (X4) Publicity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan Volume Penjualan toko kelontong di Kelurahan Pejeruk. Secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Volume Penjualan (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil Uji T yang mana diketahui bahwa nilai sig 0.000 T tabel sebesar 1.690 yang berarti bahwa variabel Bauran Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan secara parsial. Hasil dari Uji F yaitu nilai sig sebesar 0.000 F tabel sebesar 2.641 yang berarti bahwa variabel Bauran Promosi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap Volume Penjualan

    This research is entitled Analysis of Archives Governance in the Administration Section of the Mataram College of Environmental Engineering (STTL), which aims to determine archival governance in the Administration Section of the Mataram College of Environmental Engineering (STTL). In this research, the Qualitative method is used, which is descriptive analysis, by collecting data in such a way, grouping it, then organizing it and connecting it with theories that are relevant to the problem and then drawing conclusions. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection techniques in this research, using documentation, observation and interviews. Based on the results of research that has been carried out regarding Archives Management in the Administration Section of the Mataram Environmental Engineering College, it can be concluded that: Simplicity of archiving, maintenance and safeguarding, ensuring security, placement of archives, archive officers, and control of archives is stated to be quite good, although there are still several things that need to be addressed. In the future, an officer on duty will need to know where documents are located so that it will be quicker and easier if at any time a document is needed

    Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan kedaruratan kesehatan masyarakat. Pemerintah berupaya  untuk memberikan kontribusi strategi penanganan Covid-19 dengan tidak mengesampingkan kegiatan perekonomian yang harus tetap berjalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi karyawan Bank terdampak Covid-19 terhadap Protokol Kesehatan dalam pelayanan Perbankan pada PT. Bank NTB Syari’ah Capem Kediri. Adapun permasalahan yang muncul adalah urgensi dualisme kondisi yaitu antara pelayanan perbankan yang harus dilakukan oleh PT. Bank NTB Syari’ah Capem Kediri dan Pandemi dihadapi, disinilah peran Protokol Kesehatan memiliki arti penting yang harus dijalankan oleh Pihak Perbankan agar kegiatan Pelayanan Perbankan tetap dapat terlaksana secara maksimal walau ditengah Pandemi yang mengancam. Peran karyawan Perbankan memiliki posisi yang sangat penting karena karyawan merupakan organ yang bersentuhan langsung dengan masyarakat (Nasabah) yang mana kondisi karyawan Bank yang harus berhadapan langsung dengan nasabah ini sangat rentan untuk tertular Covid-19 yang menjadi Pandemi.     The decline in sales as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic which began in 2020 was around 75% which had a very bad impact on UMKM  businesses and there was still a decline until the following year in 2021. Strengthening of social capital in dealing with the current Covid-19 pandemic is an alternative strategy to stay afloat in difficult times. To assist the government's efforts in dealing with this problem and as a strategy for economic recovery, Lecturer Service Team of STIA Mataram carried out services through educating and outreach to several UMKM actors in Sukarara Village, Central Lombok District. This service is carried out with the aim of educating UMKM actors on the importance of implementing the 5M Health Protocol (Prokes) in dealing with the corona virus, namely the implementing of wearing masks, keeping distance, washing hands, avoiding crowds and reducing mobility (Kemenkes RI, 2021). The method applied is in the form of educational and socialization. The results obtained are increasing knowledge of the participants, which in this case are UMKM actors in Sukarara Village, Central Lombok District, so that the economic recovery can be resolved

    ABSTRAKAnemia gizi masih merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan disamping masalah-masalah gizi yang lainnya di Indonesia, yaitu: kurang kalori protein, defisiensi vitamin A dan gondok endemic. Anemia gizi disebabkan oleh defisiensi zat besi, asam folat dan atau vitamin B12 yang kesemuanya berakar pada asupan yang tidak adekuat. Kekurangan besi pada remaja ditandai dengan gejala pucat, lemah, letih, lesu, sering pusing, mudah mengantuk dan menurunnya konsentrasi dalam belajar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan deteksi dini kejadian anemia pada santriwati dan memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang konsep anemia dan bagaimana pencegahannya. Metode yang dilkukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah melakukan kegiatan screening terlebih dahulu pada santriwati kemudian di lakukan pemeriksaan Hb pada santriwati dan terakhir dilakukan tindakan pendidikan kesehatan tentang pencegahan anemia (Hb) pada santriwati. Sambutan dan partisipasi para santriwati sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan. Dengan kegiatan ini didapatkan dari 35 santriwati yang dilakukan pemeriksaan ditemukan 11 santriwati yang memiliki Hb kurang dari normal (Hb Normal:12 gr/dl) dan para santriwati mengetahui dan memahami tentang anemia dan pencegahan terjadinya anemia tersebut. Kata kunci: anemia; penyuluhan kesehatan; santriwati ABSTRACTNutritional anemia is still a health problem in addition to other nutritional problems, namely in Indonesia: lack of protein calories, vitamin A deficiency and endemic goiter. Nutritional anemia is caused by deficiency of iron, folic acid and or vitamin B12, all of which are rooted in inadequate intake. Iron deficiency in adolescents is characterized by symptoms of pale, weak, tired, lethargic, often dizzy, easily drowsy and decreased concentration in learning. This community service activity aims to carry out early detection of anemia in female students and provide health education about the concept of anemia and how to prevent it. The method used in this activity is to carry out screening activities first on female students, then carry out Hb checks on female students and finally carry out health education actions on the prevention of anemia (Hb) in female students. The welcome and participation of the students were very enthusiastic in participating in the activity. With this activity, it was found that from 35 female students who were examined, it was found that 11 female students had Hb less than normal (Hb Normal: 12 g/dl) and the female students knew and understood about anemia and the prevention of anemia. Keywords: anemia; health education; female student
