While efforts to resolve the status change constraints include the village government giving concrete understanding of the community related to changing the status of the BKD into BUMDES, uniting the vision and mission of the organizer, holding a discussion forum with several layers related and involved in the process of transferring status. Construction and Psychometrics Properties Identification of Spiritual Intellegence Scale in Moslem Youth

Measurement of spiritual intelligence is an important thing to do in order to map the emotional intelligence possessed by today's Muslim youth. This study aims to compile a scale of spiritual intelligence based on three aspects according to (K. A. Khavari, 2000), namely the spiritual-religious point of view, the viewpoint of socio-religious relations, and the viewpoint of social ethics, as well as presenting existing psychometric properties. Psychometric property analysis in this study included reliability using the alpha-cronbach internal consistency approach, content validity using the Aikens' V content validity approach and item discrimination power. After conducting validity tests by eight experts and field tests on 104 Muslim youths in Indonesia aged 12-24 years, the results of this spiritual intelligence scale consist of 26 valid items and have an Alpha reliability coefficient of 0.856 and all items have discrimination power above 0.2. So that in general this scale has satisfactory psychometric properties and is suitable for use as a measurement instrument and the development of this scale in the future related to the methodological issues discussed in this paper

Office Interior Design Concept based on the Development of Communication and Information Technology at PT Indonesian Post (Persero) Makassar

The bureaucratic reform policy requires office activities to run effectively and efficiently. This has implications for the transformation from conventional systems to automation systems. The interior arrangement of an office is no longer just the placement of tables and chairs, but requires several important considerations such as the situation and workplace of the employees as well as the necessary technology support. This article aims to provide information on nine objectivity values that can be considered in determining the choice of place and working methods that will be applied before creating an office interior layout. The expected results can help interior designers to be able to determine the space program that suits the types of activities and activities in the office to be designed. In addition, it is hoped that the office designer and manager will have the same goal agenda for designing the office. The results showed that nine objectivity values and six topics of discussion regarding location, users, layout, appearance, archive space, and concept standardization can be supporting points in making an efficient office because it is tailored to the needs of those who work in the office

COMMUNITY SERVICE IN THE MIDST OF THE COVID-19

Basic health services in Indonesia have not placed adolescent reproductive health as a priority in health services, so it is necessary to carry out health education as an effort to increase knowledge and attitudes among adolescents. The aim of the community service: providing reproductive health education to adolescents, cervical cancer, and anemia in SMA Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru. Education is carried out so that adolescents maintain their reproductive health and are able to prepare themselves as future mothers. Reproductive health education is carried out from August to October 2020 while still implementing health protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. Stages of activity: field observations, identification of partner problems, offering solutions, planning and implementing health education. At the beginning and at the end of the activity, a pre test and post test were carried out. The results obtained: reproductive health in adolescents has a good knowledge of 73%, about 71% good category cervical cancer, and about 75% good knowledge about anemia. The attitude about reproductive health in adolescents is good 73%, about cervical cancer is good 72% and about anemia is good 74%. Reproductive health education activities for adolescents through pocket books to increase the knowledge and attitudes of adolescents in SMA Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru, Deliserdang Regency, an increase occurred.
