Desarrollo de un sistema de registro y control de las actividades deportivas en el Departamento de Educacion Fisica y Deportes de la UNAN-Managua, en el año 2014

La presente investigación es realizada en el Departamento de Educación Física y Deportes de la UNAN- Managua, en el año 2014, con el fin de Desarrollar un sistema de registro y control de las actividades deportivas.Se realizó un estudio con un enfoque mixto: prospectivo por el tiempo de ocurrencia de los hechos y registro de información, por el periodo y secuencia del estudio fue transversal, por el análisis y alcance de los resultados fue Descriptivo, Analítico. El universo lo representa toda la UNAN-Managua, se trabajó con una muestra conformada por alumnos-atletas de las distintas disciplinas deportivas y personal del Departamento.Se analizó la información del proceso actual de registro y control de atletas, entrenadores, competencias y ayudas brindadas por el departamento para poder Elaborar un sistema de computacional, que agilice el proceso de registro y control de actividades deportivas en el departamento, el cual se desarrolló en Visual Basic 2010 de la plataforma Visual Studio.Net 2010 y como gestor de base de datos se utilizó SQL-Server 2008.El sistema elaborado beneficiará en el registro, control, actualización de información y generación de informes de actividades lo que Optimizara las labores del Departamento y su trabajo en conjunto con los diferentes departamentos, direcciones y facultades de la UNAN-Managua

Synergistic catalysis: cis-cyclopropanation of benzoxazoles

In the present paper we report our latest efforts in pushing the boundaries of Synergistic Catalysis. We propose the use of 3 different catalytic cycles working in concert for the formation of cis cyclopropane derivatives of benzoxazoles with excellent stereoselectivities. This is the proof of concept that synergistic catalysis could be successfully used in cascade reaction

Catalyst-free photooxidation of triarylphosphines under aerobic conditions

AbstractA new method for the photooxidation of triarylphosphines into the corresponding oxides is developed. In this new protocol, neither a catalyst nor an additive is required. The greenest oxidant, oxygen in air atmosphere, is used. After a short period of photo irradiation at rt, stoichiometric amounts of the oxides can be easily afforded by simply recycling the solvent under vacuum. No waste is formed in the whole process of this reaction. The substrate scope of this reaction is broad, showing very good application prospects in both organic chemistry and industrial processes

Organophotocatalytic synthesis of phosphoramidates

We describe the use of visible light in conjunction with an organic dye for the synthesis of phosphoramidates. Cross dehydrogenative coupling reactions between phosphites and amines are reported using organic dyes and light as catalysts for the first time. It is not only a novel application of organic dyes but also fulfils the requirement of sustainability and green chemistry avoiding the use of chromatographic purification techniques. The product was simply isolated from the reaction mixture via an acid-base work-up procedure, rendering the pure product in good yields

The New Alternative Masculinities and the Overcoming of Gender Violence

Research about masculinities gathers different topics from diverse disciplinary perspectives. One of the topics has been the analysis of the perpetuation’s effect of the traditional heterosexual model of masculinity in the violence against women. Recent scientific evidences about the reproduction of this social problem have evidenced the existence of three different types of masculinities (in the sense of the weberian ideal types): dominant traditional masculinity (DTM), oppressed traditional masculinity (OTM), and new alternative masculinities (NAM). The first two types contribute to perpetuate gender violence, while the latter allows preventing it and, consequently, it leads to its overcoming. This article approach the existence of these three types of masculinities and analyzes both, theirs characteristics and their consequences for violence against women. It presents evidences that what makes NAM providing a preventive effect is its linkage between the language of ethics and the language of desire.

Gestión del proyecto para el mejoramiento de vía mediante el uso de placa-huella en el sector corregimiento Soledad-casco urbano Convención, perteneciente a la red terciaria del municipio de Convención, Norte de Santander

Cuando se rehabilitan las vías terciarias ayuda a mejorar la transpirabilidad y economía de los municipios ya que permite al campesino transportar de forma adecuada sus productos lo que trae consigo una mejora en la economía del municipio y un impacto social al mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de este. El objetivo de este proyecto es ofrecer una alternativa para obtener una vía con buenas condiciones de transitabilidad, para poder atender las necesidades de los habitantes del corregimiento de Soledad. El presente proyecto, da a conocer una alternativa de solución por medio de la construcción de 1 Km de placa huella repartida en 10 puntos críticos en la vía que comunica al corregimiento de Soledad con el casco urbano de Convención. Con el fin de estructural el proyecto se utiliza la metodología del PMBOK y sus áreas de conocimiento para la dirección de proyectos y lograr asi el objetivo esperados para el proyecto a desarrollar en la vía que comunica al corregimiento de Soledad con el casco urbano del municipio de Convención Norte de Santander.When the tertiary roads are rehabilitated, it helps to improve the passability and economy of the municipalities since it allows the farmer to properly transport their products which brings about an improvement in the economy of the municipality and a social impact by improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of this. The objective of this project is to offer an alternative to obtain a road with good traffic conditions, in order to meet the needs of the inhabitants of the Soledad district. The present project, reveals an alternative solution through the construction of 1 km of footprint plate distributed in 10 critical points on the road that connects the Soledad district with the urban center of Convention. With the purpose of structural the project, the PMBOK methodology and its areas of knowledge are used for project management and thus achieve the expected results for the project to be developed in the way that communicates the Soledad district with the urban area of the municipality of North Santander Convention

Influence of Pore Size in Benzoin Condensation of Furfural Using Heterogenized Benzimidazole Organocatalysts

A designed N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) catalyst was covalently anchored on a range of mesoporous and hierarchical supports, to study the influence of pore size in the benzoin condensation of furfural. The structural and spectroscopic characteristics of the anchored catalysts were investigated, also with the help of molecular dynamics simulations, in order to rationalize the degree of stability and recyclability of the heterogenized organocatalysts. Quantitative yields (99 %) and complete recyclability were maintained after several cycles, vindicating the design rationale

Planeamiento de condensadores en sistemas de distribución radial usando entrenamiento neuronal

En este artículo se utiliza una red neuronal multicapa tipo Back Propagation (BP) para resolver el problema de la localización y tamaño óptimo de bancos de condensadores en sistemas eléctricos de distribución, con el fin de reducir las pérdidas del sistema en un horizonte de tiempo determinado y considerando que el problema es de programación no lineal entero mixto (PNLEM) con alta explosión combinatoria. Para calcular el conjunto de validación de la red neuronal se emplean los resultados de investigaciones anteriores, obtenidos usando la meta-heurística denominada búsqueda tabú. Se pretende verificar las características de generalización de la red neuronal en problemas PNLEM y agilizar el proceso de optimización, para obtener resultados de buena calidad en tiempo real, dado que el esfuerzo computacional se disminuye significativamente
