    Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi dampak kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, serta pengelolaan konflik pada stres kerja guru di Madrasah. Metode yang dipergunakan ialah pengumpulan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisa data dijalankan dengan memakai analisa deskriptif serta analisa inferensial (analisa jalur). Hasil kajian memperlihatkan jika (1) kecerdasan emosional secara langsung memberi pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan konflik di Madrasah . (2) kecerdasan spiritual secara langsung memberi pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan konflik di Madrasah . (3) kecerdasan emosional secara langsung memberi pengaruh negatif serta signifikan pada Stres kerja guru di Madrasah . (3) kecerdasan spiritual secara langsung memberi pengaruh negatif serta signifikan pada stres kerja guru di Madrasah . (4) pengelolaan konflik secara langsung memberi pengaruh negatif serta signifikan pada stres kerja guru di Madrasah . Inovasi massif pada pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini diperlukan untuk menjawab tantangan dan kebutuhan masa yang terus terjadi perubahan, khususnya di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Era ini membawa pengaruh yang begitu banyak di berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Oleh karenanya lulusan intitusi pendidikan kita di indonesia wajib memiliki keterampilan abad 21 dalam menghadapi kebutuhan, tuntutan serta tantangan baru yang sebelumnya belum pernah muncul. Supaya bisa bersaing di era disrupsi ini diperlukan inovasi serta pembaharuan pada sistem, kemampuan SDM, kurikulum, prasarana dan sarana, etos kerja, tata kelola, budaya serta lainnya.     HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN KADER POSYANDU DENGAN KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA BALITA 24-59 BULAN

    Kader posyandu merupakan penggerak utama seluruh kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di posyandu. Keberadaan kader penting dan strategis, ketika pelayanan yang diberikan mendapat simpati dari masyarakat akan menimbulkan implikasi positif terhadap kepedulian dan partisipasi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan kader posyandu dengan kejadian stunting di Kelurahan Pejaten Barat Kecamatan Pasar Minggu Kota Jakarta Selatan. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 10-20 Juli 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua kader posyandu UPT Puskesmas Pasar Minggu yaitu sebanyak 30 kader dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu pengukuran antropometri tinggi badan menggunakan microtoise untuk mengetahui kejadian stunting dengan indeks TB/U, tingkat pengetahuan kader dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariate Chi Square. Hasil penelitian didapat sebanyak 22 kader (73,3 %) memiliki pengetahuan yang tidak baik dan 21 (70,0%) balita mengalami stunting. Hasil analisis Uji Chi Square dapat diketahui bahwa p-value (0,003) < ? (0,05) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka hasilnya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan kader dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 24–59 bulan di Kelurahan Pejaten Barat Kecamatan Pasar Minggu Kota Jakarta Selatan. Saran dari peneliti kader posyandu diharapkan lebih aktif lagi untuk mencari ilmu terbaru mengenai stunting pada balita dan Pemerintah Daerah agar lebih perduli terhadap kader posyandu dan balita yang memiliki permasalahan gizi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis konfigurasi pendidikan karakter berbasis multiple intligences sebagai salah satu desain pembelajaran penting di era inovasi disruptif ini. Untuk mengelaborasi dan menemukan tujuan penelitian di atas, maka penulis melakukan penelitian dengan jenis studi pustaka, serta menggunakan pendekatan filosofis atau analisis konten. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan diimplementasikan mesti dengan kesadaran dan memahami dengan benar, jika anak yang lahir dibekali dengan bakat serta kecerdasan masing-masing yang tentunya bervariasi. Oleh karena itu, di dalam suatu proses pembelajaran tentunya tidak akan berjalan efektif  jika hanya dijalankan tanpa ada kresasi dan inovasi desain motode pembelajaran, namun mesti dipahami juga bahwa didalam suatu proses pembelajaran terdapat berbagai materi dimana seorang pendidik juga harus menggunakan beragam desain metode pembelajaran dan dalam melakukan penentuan metode serta memodifikasi atau mendesain metode, pendidik wajib memahami secara mendalam mengenai kecerdasan yang ada pada setiap individu sebab hal ini bisa mempengaruhi keberhasilan pada suatu pembelajaran dalam proses pendidikan karakter.     Developing Teacher Professionalism Through Academic Supervision Activities of School Principle

    The purpose of this research is to describe the development of teacher professionalism as a result of the principal's academic supervision activities. The research methodology employed is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation studies were used as data gathering methods. Also, a qualitative analysis was performed while the activities of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making were in progress. The findings of this investigation suggest that school principals as supervisors have attempted to develop the potential and competence of teachers through teacher certification program activities which are attended by most teachers. The coaching program carried out by school principals for teachers consists of academic supervision activities, training (education and training), workshops, work meetings, PKG (teacher performance assessment), PKB (continuous professional assessment), technical guidance, and seminars. The outcomes of the teacher academic supervision activities carried out by the school principal show that the teacher development program activities through academic supervision activities have been progressing well. The problem preventing the principal's academic supervision from being put into effect is the learning method which is still teacher-centered so that it is monotonous and students become passive. The principal's strategy for achieving effective academic supervision is to conduct class observations and assign assignments to the teacher so that the teacher's academic abilities can be seen

    Community Empowerment through Utilization of Rice Husk Waste in Cirebon Regency

    The amount of rice production in Indonesia every year is always increasing. The results of the rice mill produce waste material, namely husks. Along with the increase in rice production, the amount of rice husk waste has also increased. The purpose of this service is to assist the community in utilizing husk waste to make a useful product. The approach used in implementing the KKN program for the people of Jagapura Kulon Village, Gegesik District, Cirebon Regency, is a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) with five stages of design thinking. The dedication results show that the shoe rack and sandals that will be made use eco-friendly materials that use the waste from rice husks. The culture of reuse, reduce and recycle must also be applied to organic waste to reduce the use of new materials or materials. The manufacture of shoe and sandal racks is also expected to reduce the felling of trees used to make conventional shoe racks made of wood.     Several previous studies with the main problem of teacher performance in terms of infrastructure and work environment factors generally used regression analysis techniques, which only studied the direct effect of infrastructure and work environment on teacher performance. The novelty of this research is the development of instruments using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurement model, namely developing constructs from performance variables, infrastructure and work environment, through theoretical validation through experts and empirical validation using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) techniques. Seeing the important role of infrastructure and work environment on teacher performance, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of infrastructure and work environment on teacher performance. This study used a quantitative approach using survey methods with the analytical techniques used, namely instrument development using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurement model, and multiple linear regression. The population in this study were high school teachers throughout Tangerang. Respondents were taken based on 20 schools in Tangerang and each school took several samples, and it was obtained as a whole that the sample obtained was 200 respondents. ICT learning in curriculum 2013 has a favorable effect on ICT learning. In addition to boosting students' ability to comprehend and implement digital literacy, it is possible to express that the predicted benefits would also increase students' character education in preparation for the digital era. This study intends to assess the adaption of ICT learning in the 2013 curriculum, taking into account both the good and negative effects of technology on education, as well as the resources available to schools for implementing ICT learning. Become a proposal for the integration of ICT into the education system and schools, comprised of emerging, applying, integrating, and changing stages.
