    Similarity Virtual Community and Local Civil Society Empowerment (Study on Virtual Community in Maumere, Sikka District, East Nusa Tenggara)

    Social media has changed the way of people to communicate. The similarity of attractions (hobby, idealism, study, culture, religion,faith, etc.) creates virtual community. Online networking presence will actually be used as a tool for joint action as well as empowerment. Sikka District is one of area in East Nusa Tenggara. In this study, the researchers show how people in Sikka through online discussion forums use the media community to participate in local development. Furthermore, this research also shows how the role of virtual communities is used as tools for joint action as well as empowerment as to strengthen the government and society. The role of virtual communities in community empowerment and development has been demonstrated by the average virtual communities in Sikka. Discourses of empowerment and development in discussions delivered through virtual communities are generally followed up in concrete activities that have a positive impact both to the community members and the wider community. Cohesiveness between members of virtual communities in Sikka is one factor of involvement of these communities on community empowerment. In addition, the ability to access, analyze, evaluate, and use of the media that has been owned by members of the community remain conducive in helping maintain both online and offline activities. This condition helps create a public sphere that is the crucial element in either national or local development

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk i) Untuk mengetahui perkembangan volume penjualan mobil avanza pada PT. Toyota Hadji Kalla Makassar; 2) Mengetahui pengaruh biaya promosi terhadap volume penjualan mobil avanza pada PT. Toyota Hadji Kalla Makassar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah times series dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Jenis data yang dugunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan sumber data penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis kuantitatif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. Semakin tinggi biaya promosi penjualan maka maka semaki tinggi pula volume penjualan, 2. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara biaya promosi penjualan terhadap volume penjualan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,00784, 3. Terdapat pengaruh positif biaya promosi terhadap volume penjualan mobil avanza pada PT. Toyota Hadji Kalla Makassar periode 2011-2015, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 17,35608 dan Ftabel 2,99.Kata Kunci: Biaya promosi, Volume Penjualan, Korelas

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Biaya Promosi Terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Mobil Pada PT. Remaja Jaya Mobilindo Makassar, dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Mobil Pada PT. Remaja Jaya Mobilindo Makassar, Penelitian ini bertempat Di Jl. Riburane No 1 Makassar. Jenis dan Sumber Data dalam Penelitihan ini adalah Data Kualitatif, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari perusahaan berupa informasi baik secara lisan mupun tulisan dan Data Kuantitatif yaitu, data yang diperoleh dari perusahaan berupa data dalam bentuk angka-angka.. Metode analisi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif, dengan pengujian yang menggunakan regresi sederhana, Terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Mobil Pada PT. Remaja Jaya Mobilindo Makassar. Dari Hasil perhitungan biaya promosi terhadap penjualan Mobil Pada PT. Remaja Jaya Mobilindo Makassar menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang kuat, ini berarti promosi membawa pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan yaitu sebesar 98,1%. Dan sisanya 3,8% diterangkan oleh variabel lain

    ABSTRAKRPP adalah rancangan pembelajaran yang pengembangannya memicu sebuah Kompetensi Dasar (KD) terentu didalam sebuah kurikulum atau silabus. RPP dirancang mengikuti sebuah pedoman guru dalam mengajar sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung menjadi lebih  terarah, sesuai dengan KD yang telah ada. Jenis pengabdian ini adalah deskriftif kualitatif. Para guru masih mengalami kesulitan Ketika dihadapkan dalam pembuatan Rancangan Pembelajaran pada Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini menghasilkan RPP Merdeka Belajar yang akan meningkatkan kemampuan para guru dalam merancang RPP berbasis Merdeka belajar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan kepada seluruh guru Matematika Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Pagaralam, Sumatra Selatan. Metode pengabdian berupa sosialisasi melalui zoom meeting. Pada pengabdian ini menghasilkan RPP Merdeka Belajar dari para guru serta respon guru dalam membuat RPP Merdeka Belajar. Serta guru memahami konteks yang digunakan dalam membuat RPP yang akan dikaitkan dengan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan. Kata kunci: RPP; pengabdian; kompetensi dasar (KD) ABSTRACTRPP is a learning design whose development triggers a certain Basic Competence (KD) in a curriculum or syllabus.     Abstract.Integrated Community Service (PKM) is a form of service that accommodates a series of activities as a whole. Assistance in making RPP independent learning in a cultural context on geometry material for teachers of SMP, SMA and SMK in Pagar Alam. The purpose of this service activity is to assist teachers in designing appropriate independent learning lesson plans through the use of cultural contexts, especially on geometry material. The participants of the integrated PKM activity consisted of 49 people but at the time of mentoring it was only attended by 28 participants. The service activity was carried out for 2 days, on October 5-6, 2021. The methods used during this mentoring activity were the method of presentation, discussion, interactive question and answer, and recitation. The data collection technique used a questionnaire/questionnaire given through a google form consisting of an activity evaluation questionnaire and a participant satisfaction questionnaire for all integrated PKM activities. The results of this service activity showed that 73.48% of the participants had understood the material presented by the resource person. In addition, participants stated that this activity was useful for them, especially in making RPP independent in learning to use certain contexts.  Abstrak.Guru professional ‘Merdeka Belajar’ diharapkan dapat mengembangan kemampuan professional guru yang saling membelajarkan bagi guru-guru Sekolah Menengah melalui komunitas belajar yang dilakukan secara berkolaborasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengetahui kemampuan guru Sekolah Menengah dari pelatihan program guru profesional ‘Merdeka Belajar’ melalui Collaborative Learning bagi guru Sekolah Menengah melalui MGMP Kota Pagar Alam. Peserta kegiatan PKM terintegrasi terdiri dari 66 orang guru mata pelajaran Matematika dan Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Pada Tanggal 5-6 Oktober 2021 dilakukan pelatihan dengan metode yang digunakan selama kegiatan adalah penyuluhan, tanya jawab intyeraktif, dan pembimbingan. Dengan menggunakan tes dan angket kepuasan melalui google form adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang diberikan kepada seluruh kegiatan PKM terintegrasi.     Women and Pandemic the power within social entrepreneurship

    Women is one of the groups worst affected during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Significant efforts need to be made by the community and government to empower women to survive the hardship. HOD Indonesia itself is a social entrepreneurship that focuses on empowering women at risk and victims of violence in Malang, East Java. This study aimed to analyze the strategy of the House of Diamond (HOD) Indonesia in maintaining its business so that it can support vulnerable women who work in it. Data gathering was carried out through non-participatory observation and in-depth interviews with founders, managers, and empowered women at HOD Indonesia. This study indicated that the strategies of HOD Indonesia in the Pandemic situation are by expanding their product lines (mask and hand-stitched clothes), holding to the core of ethical shopping in determining their market, and encouraging social entrepreneurship among the youngsters to save vulnerable women. To further its impact, HOD Indonesia maintains good relations with its longtime customers from Canada, the US, and some European countries. Their website, www.hod-indonesia.com, and marketing protocols promote ethical shopping and environmental awareness while describing the artisan behind these artworks. The strength of Indonesian HOD is building good communication between working mothers who face the same situation to be a solid team in facing the pandemic
