    The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact in all fields, namely in terms of health, social, economic, and food. Reduced income or even job loss to cause a decrease in the ability to meet basic needs, namely family food needs. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Pertamina Corporation Integrated Terminal Jakarta initiated collaboration between community groups and various stakeholders through the integration of the budikdamber system and the development of processed product innovations done in Rawa Badak Selatan Village, Koja District, North Jakarta as the Area 1 Company's Ring. The development of processed innovation products is carried out together with the Bunda Koja group by carrying out all contain catfish product (ACE) activities. ACE's budikdamber activities are empowered by cultivating fish and vegetables in buckets carried out in several yards of residents of the Rawa Badak Selatan Village. This activity is expected to contribute to the community’s resilience in the face of pandemics by increasing knowledge and skills in developing mental systems and their processed products. The implementation of activities is carried out by training methods and the application of mentoring. The community generally feels helped because the process of making processed and ACE budikdamber is empowered to facilitate for the community to get nutritious food. This activity also has an impact on improving nutrition and socioeconomics of toddler parents, through training in nutritious catfish processed products, toddler mothers can learn to understand the importance of nutritious food for toddlers

    Characteristics of a\langle a \rangle Screw Dislocations Basal Slip in Titanium

    Plasticity in hexagonal close packed (HCP) metals and alloys such as Titanium (Ti) and Zirconium (Zr) is carried out by the motion of a\langle a \rangle dislocations. Above room temperature, in situ transmission electron microscopy straining experiments have shown that basal slip of a\langle a \rangle screw dislocations in Ti is activated and its preponderance increases with temperature. To discern the mechanism of basal slip of these dislocations in pure Ti, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and nudged elastic band (NEB) calculations were performed for a screw dislocation gliding on the basal plane. From MD simulations, basal and pyramidal slip were shown to be intertwined. The screw dislocation glides by kink pair nucleation and propagation mechanism on one of the two equiprobable pyramidal planes adjacent to the maximum resolved shear stress basal plane, before switching to the other pyramidal plane, thus leading to an average basal slip at low stress and/or high temperature. On the other hand, NEB calculations revealed that at low stresses kinks do not nucleate in the pyramidal plane but rather directly in the basal plane fully compatible with the motion of a screw dislocation confined to the basal plane, in agreement with experimental observations in Ti and Zr. The discrepancy between these two mechanisms is shown to be related to the thermal activation of the cross-slip from the pyramidal to the prismatic core configuration of the a\langle a \rangle screw dislocation

    Pengukuran Tingkat Kesiapan E-Learning (E-Learning Readiness) (Studi Kasus pada Perguruan Tinggi ABC di Jakarta)

    Implementasi e-Learning membutuhkan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Banyak implementasi e-Learning mengalami kegagalan meskipun sudah didukung dengan dana besar dan persiapan matang. Oleh karena itu perlu dianalisis terlebih dahulu tingkat kesiapan organisasi dalam mengimplementasikan e-learning (e-Learning Readiness). Pengukuran e-Learning Readiness didasarkan pada model e-Learning Readiness dan dinyatakan dengan suatu indeks. Model e-Learning Readiness dibentuk oleh komponen e-Learning yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan framework penelitian dengan enam komponen utama yaitu Human Resource, Kultur Organisasi, Teknologi, Kebijakan, Keadaan Keuangan Organisasi dan Infrastruktur. Indeks readiness menggunakan indeks versi Aydin & Tascii dengan skala 1-5. Dengan diketahuinya indeks e-learning readiness suatu organisasi diharapkan dapat menjadi baseline untuk melakukan persiapan dan improvement. Selanjutnya untuk menguji validitas framework, studi kasus telah dilakukan untuk mengukur e-learning readiness pada perguruan tinggi ABC di Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap karyawan yang terdiri dari manajemen dan dosen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara terstruktur, sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif yang dipetakan terhadap indeks e-Learning Readiness versi Aydin & Tascii. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perguruan tinggi ABC mempunyai indeks e-Learning Readiness sebesar 3.07 dari 3.40 yang diharapkan sebagai standar dari sebuah organisasi, yang berarti bahwa perguruan tinggi tersebut belum siap dalam melakukan implementasi e-Learning dan membutuhkan beberapa improvement. Beberapa rekomendasi diusulkan untuk perguruan tinggi ABC terkait dengan penelitian ini, yaitu pembuatan manajemen SOP, manajemen proyek, dan pembuatan IT Plan yang akan memberi arahan terhadap investasi TI, penyediaan infrastruktur dan optimalisasi struktur organisasi

    Characterization of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) on Capcissum annum

    Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria Rhizobacteria (PGPR) is one of the potential bacteria to enhance of Capsicum annuum through inhabitation the growth of pathogenic fungi. This study aimed to characterize PGPR in chili plants (Capsicum annuum). PGPR was isolated from the soil habitat of the red chili plant in Cilegon, Indonesia. Screening was then carried out with the dual culture method on Petri dishes and tested through in vivo method on the red chili plant. The selected bacteria were characterized morphologically, biochemically, and physiologically. The results revealed that there were 14 single isolates of bacteria from the roots of the red chili plants. The five single bacterial isolates, namely Azostobacter, Azospirillum, Pseudomonas, Serratia, and Beijerinckia have good potential as PGPR based on multiple culture screening by producing clear zones and positively effect the growth of chili plants

    Most Common Sexually Transmitted Infections in LGBT

    Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) are infections that are transmitted through sexual contact with an infected partner through vaginal, oral and anal sex. STIs can also be transmitted from mother to child during pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding. LGBT is a group at high risk of contracting STIs, especially syphilis. Syphilis rates increased every year by 28.6% from 2020 to 2021. LGBT people accounted for 47% (18,381) of syphilis cases and (44%) LGBT people who had syphilis also had HIV. This article was written with the aim of finding out more about the molecular biology, phatophysiology and clinical symptoms of syphilis. The method used is a literature review on the NCBI website, Google Scholar, and Research Gate. It can be concluded that syphilis can be cured in the early stages of infection, but if adequate treatment is not received it can become a systemic infection and progress to the latent phase. Syphilis can also increase the risk of transmitting HIV which cannot be cured but can take medication to treat the symptoms. In conclusion, LGBT is a group at high risk of contracting STIs. The reason is, they have different sexual lives in general. The sexual activities carried out are anal sex, oral sex and variations thereof. Anal sex has a potential risk of injury to the anus. Because the anus is not elastic, sexual intercourse carries a risk of injury, so syphilis is more easily transmitted if there is damage to the anal area

    Flow-orthogonal bead oscillation in a microfluidic chip with a magnetic anisotropic flux-guide array

    A new concept for the manipulation of superparamagnetic beads inside a microfluidic chip is presented in this paper. The concept allows for bead actuation orthogonal to the flow direction inside a microchannel. Basic manipulation functionalities were studied by means of finite element simulations and results were oval-shaped steady state oscillations with bead velocities up to 500 μm/s. The width of the trajectory could be controlled by prescribing external field rotation. Successful verification experiments were performed on a prototype chip fabricated with excimer laser ablation in polycarbonate and electroforming of nickel flux-guides. Bead velocities up to 450 μm/s were measured in a 75 μm wide channel. By prescribing the currents in the external quadrupole magnet, the shape of the bead trajectory could be controlled
