A Educação Física no Novo Ensino Médio Baiano: uma análise documental

O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar as mudanças que estão ocorrendo no Novo Ensino Médio baiano, especificamente no componente curricular Educação Física. Para tanto, foi realizada análise documental da Lei nº 13.415/17, da Base Nacional Comum Curricular e das Orientações Para Implementação do Novo Ensino Médio na Bahia. A análise documental visa buscar informações concretas nos diversos documentos selecionados como corpus da pesquisa. A análise mostrou que houve redução significativa na carga horária destinada a educação física, gerando um grande desafio por conta da complexidade do componente e, que devido à nova estrutura curricular, o aprendizado dos conteúdos dependerá de fatores subjetivos de professores, coordenadores pedagógicos e gestão escolar, além de aspectos estruturais, que em sua grande maioria ainda estão relacionados ao velho ensino médio. A implementação do Novo Ensino Médio na Bahia pode trazer novos caminhos ou dificultar o acesso ao conhecimento sobre a cultura corporal nas escolas, apesar de os documentos apresentarem os caminhos, ainda há muitas incertezas quando ao sucesso da materialização

Sequential deposition method of TiO2/CH3NH3PbI3 films for solar cell application

Seeking to study innovative solar cell compositions with the goal to reach the highest energy efficiency level attainable, the aim of this study was to develop a route to obtain a solar cell composed by hybrid perovskite (CH3NH3PbI3) using a sequential deposition method through the techniques of spin-coating and immersion. Initially, the deposition of PbI2 thin film of was performed on a FTO/glass substrate coated with TiO2, which was subsequently converted into perovskite crystals through spin coating using a CH3NH3I solution. The influence of the PbI2 layer thickness on the formation of CH3NH3PbI3 crystals was evaluated. The hydrophilic characteristic of TiO2 affects the distribution of the crystals nucleation sites, since PbI2 possesses a non-polar liquid characteristic. The characterization of the perovskite thin films showed that thickness affects directly the bandgap and the surface morphology, revealing the presence of dendritic structures and acicular crystals. Both growth and coverage increased for thinner layers of PbI2. It was also possible to observe an increased uniformity in the film for smaller PbI2 layers

The effect of microwave (MW) irradiation on the crystalline structure of two natural clays and one commercial clay, Montmorillonite K10, was analyzed comparing the X-ray diffraction, N2 isotherms, NMR-MAS of 27Al and 29Si spectra of the clays before and after MW irradiation. The preparation of dioxolane ketals of isatin was used to analyze the MW effect on the catalyst activation. The yields achieved using catalysts activated by MW irradiation were lower (2 to 5%) than the yields achieved using catalysts activated by heat in a conventional oven

An identification key and a distribution map of the species of this subgenus is also provided here. We also update records of Trigona (Dichrotrigona) sesquipedalis Almeida, 1984 (Hymenoptera: Apidae: Meliponini) with the first records for the state of Roraima, Brazil

O imaginário dos prestadores de serviço do Carnaval sobre prevenção do HIV: uma reflexão psicanalítica

Brazilian carnival is synonymous with national identity, together with football, a sport for the crowds, and on both lies the complex task of building the seductive image of the mastery of making shows that mainly marks Rio de Janeiro as a cultural and tourist center . The general objective was to analyze the carnival service providers' imaginary about the AIDS disease and its prevention. This study aimed to describe the socio-educational profile of carnival service providers, identify the imagery related to AIDS or HIV and prevention and analyze the meaning of the words HIV and HIV prevention for these service providers in the light of psychoanalysis. The study of the carnival service providers' imagery about HIV prevention is relevant in that it will make it possible to establish a profile of this population, based on the studied dimensions of the HIV prevention imagery and, consequently, it will be able to scale up actions educational activities necessary to consolidate this practice in this population. Results were obtained through data collection, in order to substantiate the conclusion and achieve the objectives with resolutions of the research problem.O carnaval brasileiro é sinônimo de identidade nacional, em conjunto com o futebol, esporte das multidões, e sobre ambos recai a complexa tarefa de construir a imagem sedutora da maestria de fazer espetáculos que marca, principalmente, o Rio de Janeiro como centro cultural e turístico. O objetivo geral foi analisar o imaginário dos prestadores de serviços do carnaval sobre a doença AIDS e de sua prevenção. O presente trabalho teve como objetivos descrever o perfil socioeducacional dos prestadores de serviço do carnaval, identificar o imaginário relacionado a AIDS ou HIV e prevenção e analisar o significado das palavras HIV e prevenção do HIV para esses prestadores de serviço à luz da psicanálise. O estudo sobre o imaginário dos prestadores de serviço do carnaval sobre a prevenção do HIV  é relevante na medida em que possibilitará estabelecer um perfil dessa população, a partir das dimensões estudadas do imaginário da prevenção do HIV e, consequentemente, poderá propiciar o dimensionamento das ações educativas necessárias para consolidar essa prática nessa população. Foram aferidos resultados através de coleta de dados, de modo a fundamentar a conclusão e alcançar os objetivos com resoluções dos problema da pesquisa

Adverse Reactions Of Fluorescein Angiography: A Prospective Study.

To determine both the incidence of adverse reactions in patients who underwent fluorescein angiography for the first time and to determine whether systemic arterial hypertension, diabetes or allergy history increases the chance of reaction to intravenous fluorescein. Data collection was carried out between January 2001 and October 2002 in Recife, Brazil. Patients with prior fluorescein angiography history, pregnant patients or patients in use of corticosteroids, immunosuppressive or antihistamine drugs were excluded. Out of 1,500 enrolled patients, 1,039 (69.3%) underwent the test for the first time. The mean age was 58 +/- 16 years and the median age was 60 years. Of these, 628 (60.4%) were women. Nausea occurred in 71 (6.83%) patients, vomiting in 14 (1.35%), urticaria in 11 (1.06%), bronchospasm in 4 (0.38%) and laryngeal edema in 1 (0.01%). Five patients presented more than one adverse reaction. Higher incidences of adverse reactions were observed in diabetic patients [p<0.002, RR=1.80 (CI=1.24-2.60)], patients with systemic arterial hypertension [p<0.002, RR=1.84 (CI=1.26-2.71)] and patients with allergy history [p<0.001, RR=3.90 (CI=2.70-5.63)]. A cumulative incidence of 9.72% adverse reactions was observed in patients who had undergone this test for the first time. The presence of the allergy history, diabetes or systemic arterial hypertension increased the incidence of adverse reactions to the dye.70615-

Percepção Ambiental de Trabalhadores em Empresa Certificada ISO 14001: práticas e comportamentos

ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems certified companies develop programs to control their environmental aspects by means of procedures and practices such as segregated waste collection, reduction of consumption of energy and water, among others. The implementation of environmental practices within the company can influence the environmental attitude of the worker in the outer side. This work aims to study the environmental practices applied by the worker within a company, its correlation with everyday life and whether these practices are related to the attitude of the worker outside the professional environment. A total of 147 responses were obtained for a questionnaire specifically developed for this research with employees of a metal surface treatment company. The results were treated by analyzing the bivariate correlations between responses. In addition to the questionnaire, operational and environmental management information was obtained from the company. The analysis of the results triangulated both information. It should be emphasized that among the assertions linked to the company’s stance those in which the leadership attitude serves as a stimulus to environmentally responsible behavior correlated with the greater number of assertions about employee behavior. As a result of the research carried out, it was concluded that the development training actions of workers can be revised in order to present practical approaches to professional and daily life and so as to awaken in the worker the environmental perception about the relation of their internal and external impacts on the environment

Expression of tyrosine kinase receptor AXL is associated with worse outcome of metastatic renal cell carcinomas treated with sunitinib

Expression of tyrosine kinase receptor AXL is associated with worse outcome of metastatic renal cell carcinomas treated with sunitinibBackground: Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) represents 2%-3% of all cancers of the Western countries. Currently, sunitinib, a receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor, particularly of PDGF and VEGF receptors, is the first-line therapy for metastatic RCC (mRCC), with significant improvement in clinical outcome. However, there is a lack of predictive biomarkers of sunitinib response. Recently, others and our group suggested that the receptor tyrosine kinase AXL may modify the response to sunitinib. Objective: To study the expression of AXL in a series patients with of mRCC treated with sunitinib and to correlate it with patient's clinic-pathological features and therapeutic response. Material and methods: Sixty-four patients with mRCC (51 clear cell carcinomas (CCCs) and 13 non-CCCs) were evaluated for AXL expression by immunohistochemistry in the primary tumor. Results: AXL positivity was observed in 47% (30/64) of cases, namely in 43% (22/51) of CCCs and 61% (8/13) of non-CCC. Considering only the clear cell subtype, the univariate analysis showed that AXL expression was statistically associated with a poor prognosis, with a median overall survival of 13 months vs. 43 months in patients with negative AXL. In this subtype, along with the AXL positivity, other prognostic factors were absence of nephrectomy, Karnofsky performance status, more than 1 site of metastasis and liver metastasis. Moreover, AXL expression was associated with shorter progression to sunitinib. Overall, the multivariate survival analysis showed that absence of nephrectomy (HR = 4.85, P = 0.001), more than 1 site of metastasis (HR = 2.99, P = 0.002), bone metastasis (HR = 2.95, P = 0.001), together with AXL expression (HR = 2.01, P = 0.048) were independent poor prognostic factor in patients with mRCC. Conclusion: AXL expression was associated with worse clinical outcome and may be an important prognostic biomarker in sunitinibtreated patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma.this study was supported by Barretos Cancer Hospital Internal Research Funds (PAIP) of participant authors. PROJETO ORLA: ANÁLISE DOS EQUIPAMENTOS DE ESPORTE E LAZER DA PRAIA DE ATALAIA EM ARACAJU/SE

Texto decorrente de pesquisa da Rede CEDESO presente estudo analisou a infraestrutura de esporte e lazer da Orla da praia de Atalaia em Aracaju/SE, com apoio financeiro da Rede CEDES/Ministério dos Esportes. A pesquisa identificou as condições de manutenção, acesso e uso dos equipamentos de esporte e lazer desse espaço. Para tal, foi realizado uma pesquisa observacional no local entre maio e dezembro de 2010 e aplicado 151 questionários a alguns frequentadores (amostra aleatória). Os dados do estudo indicam a predominância de equipamentos esportivos de lazer, em detrimentos dos infantis e culturais; um processo gradativo de privatização de alguns equipamentos públicos; a ausência de projetos e políticas públicas de incentivo ao pleno acesso da população aos equipamentos de lazer; estrutura diversificada de suporte ao lazer, mas com deficiências em relação aos banheiros públicos, transporte público e segurança no local. As conclusões indicam a necessidade do Estado de Sergipe e do Município de Aracaju reavaliarem e ampliarem as políticas públicas de esporte e lazer na Orla de Atalaia no que se refere a garantir o pleno acesso e uso da população local em relação a esse espaço, por vezes assegurado apenas aos turistas e as classes mais abastadas.Rede CEDES/Ministério do Esport
