    Cadmium has been known to be harmful to human healthy , manily Via contaminated drinking water , food supplies , tobacco and industrial pollutant . The aim of this study was to determine the toxicity of new Cadmium (II) complex ( Bis[ 5- ( P- nitrophenyl ) – ? 4 – Phenyl- 1,2,4- triazole -3- dithiocarbamatohydrazide] cadmium (II) Hydra ( 0.5) and compare it with anticancer drug cyclophosphamide ( CP) in female albino mice . This complex causes to several alterations in Enzymatic activity of Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase (GPT) and Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP ) in three organs after the treatment of mice with different doses of a new cadmium (II) complex ( 0.09 / 0.25ml , 0.18/ 0.5ml and 0.25mg /0.7 ml /30 gm of mouse ) for three days by the decreased of Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase activity in lung , Liver and kidney , while the Alkaline Phosphatase activity was increased in kidney , lung and liver . The results were indicated that no significant differences ( P > 0.05 ) in Glutamate Pyruvate Transaminase activity between the treatment of mice with cadmium ( II ) complex and cyclophosphamide (CP) in the liver , kidney and Alkaline Phosphatase activity in the liver at each three doses

    Study of cytotoxic Effects Alcoholic Nerium Oleander L. Extract on female Albino mice

    This study involved the evaluation of Alcoholic extract of Nerium Oleander L. plant that have a promising anticancer cell. This extract was compared to the well known anticancer drug Cis – Platinum by utilizing an in vivo system in female Albino mice. The first direction was cytogenetically using the mitotic Index of bone marrow cells as a parameter for the cytotoxic effect of this extract. The second direction was enzymatical using a widely distributed enzyme GOT in the different organs of mice: Liver , kidney , spleen and lung . Animals were treated with three doses of Cis-platin , 50 , 200 and 350 Mg/mouse for three days . The same doses were used for the other extract . This study showed that the extract have a promising anticancer cell as could be seen from these effect on mitotic Index (MI) of mice bone marrow , (MI) decreased in animals treated with different doses of extract , mitotic index was reduced to 78% on day three in animals treated with 350 ?g/mouse . These effects were similar to the effect of Cis-platin at the same doses. Comparing the effect of this extract on GOT enzyme showed that Cis-platin was more effective on activating the spleen GOT enzyme of about 95% than the extract while the extract is more effective in Lung , The extract activated GOT enzyme activity in the all organs

    A theoretical and experimental study of slender tubular columns for possible use in space structures is conducted in the presence of partial rotational end restraints. Explicit formulas are derived for computing the buckling load and the lowest natural frequency of perfectly straight uniform elastic members with rotational end restraints possessing linear moment-rotation characteristics. An exact solution in the form of a transcendental equation, and a numerical solution using second-order finite-differences are also presented. The presence of an initial imperfection is also incorporated into the numerical procedure. Vibration tests are conducted on an imperfect tubular steel member in the absence of an axial load. A damping concept consisting of a string-mass assembly is explored. Three passive damping configurations involving combinations of three lead shots were investigated. The three lead shot configurations provided considerably greater damping than the single lead shot

           تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم تأثير حامض الأورسوليك، فرط الأنسولين وفيتامين ب المركب على إصلاح العصب الوركي في ذكور الأرانب المصابة بمرض السكري، وتحديد آثارها على الدهون في الدم وكشف آثارها على التركيب النسيجي للعصب الوركي. وأظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن السكري المستحدث بالألوكسان تسبب في زيادة نسبة الكوليسترول والدهون الثلاثية في الدم في حين العلاج باستخدام حامض الأورسوليك المستخلص والقياسي، فرط الانسولين وفيتامين ب المركب سبب انخفاضاً كبيراً في نسبة الكولسترول والدهون الثلاثية في الدم (p<0.05).    هناك انخفاض ملحوظ في البروتين الدهني عالي الكثافة (HDL) وزيادة كبيرة في البروتين الدهني منخفض الكثافة (LDL) في الدم وجد في مجموعات السكري وفرط الانسولين، في حين أن هناك زيادة كبيرة في (HDL) في جميع مجاميع العلاج باستثناء مجموعة فرط الانسولين. من ناحية أخرى، هناك انخفاض ملحوظ في (LDL)، خاصة في مجموعة حامض الأورسوليك المستخلص (p<0.05). لقد بينت المقاطع النسيجية للعصب الوركي انحلال الألياف العصبية يبدو كمناطق تورم غير واضحة وتحلل دهني للألياف العصبية بسبب عملية سحق العصب. بعد العلاج هناك العديد من التغييرات المختلفة التي دلت على وجود تحسن في العصب الوركي اختلفت هذه التغيرات وفقا لنوع العلاج.This study aimed to evaluate the effects of ursolic acid, hyperinsulinemia and vitamin B complex on sciatic nerve repair in diabetes mellitus male rabbits, determination of their effects on lipid profile and histological structures of the sciatic nerve. The results of  our study showed that alloxan induced diabetes caused a significant increase (p<0.05)   in serum cholesterol and triglyceride while treatment of extracted and standard ursolic acid, hyperinsulinemia and vitamin B complex caused a significant decrease (p<0.05) in serum cholesterol and triglyceride. There are significantly decreased (p<0.05) in serum high density lipoprotein (HDL) and significantly increase (p<0.05) in serum low density lipoprotein (LDL) is found in induced diabetic and hyperinsulinemia groups while there is a significant increase (p<0.05) of HDL in all treated groups except hyperinsulinemic group, on the other hand, there is a significant decrease (p<0.05) in LDL, especially in extracting ursolic acid group (p<0.05). Histological sections of sciatic nerve confirmed there is a degeneration of nerve fibers appears as areas of cloudy swelling and fatty de- generation of the nerve fibers due to nerve crush. There are various improvement changes due to the different treatment type

    This research aims to elicit Quranic purposes from the field interpretation of Sheikh Abdul Rahman Hasaan Habanka Al-Maidani by studying Surat Al-Asr, Al-Adiyat, Al-Kawthar, and Al-Takathur as a model. The knowledge of the purposes of the surahs leads to the realization of some of the notable purposes of the revelation of the Quran, the consideration of its phrases, words, and purposes, the statement of what Allah the almighty wants in it, and what its surahs and verses are guided to in a way that achieves understanding and action. Also, a statement that the number of the purposes of the surah does not depend on the number of its verses, there are several verses in common. In one objective, there is one verse in which there is more than one objective, so the Qur'anic objectives are inseparable from interpretation, since the Quran is the main source for defining the overall objectives, and from it deduced many ruling and partial ills, and it enables the interpreter to derive the rulings and wisdom of the Qur'an. The Noble Qur'an, considering the purposes of the surahs, is considered the safest approach, which makes the words of Allah the almighty orderly in a manner in which the perfection of its system, the coherence of its surahs, the consistency of its verses, and the statement of its inimitability and eloquence become evident.     A Comparative Predicting Stock Prices using Heston and Geometric Brownian Motion Models

    This paper presents a novel approach to predicting stock prices using technical analysis. By utilizing Ito's lemma and Euler-Maruyama methods, the researchers develop Heston and Geometric Brownian Motion models that take into account volatility, interest rate, and historical stock prices to generate predictions. The results of the study demonstrate that these models are effective in accurately predicting stock prices and outperform commonly used statistical indicators. The authors conclude that this technical analysis-based method offers a promising solution for stock market prediction

    Aerodynamic design and performance investigation of an axial turbocharger turbine for automotive application

    In recent years, developments of vehicle downsizing promote the developers to improve the performance of current turbocharging technology. Due to drawbacks transient response of conventional radial turbine used in turbocharging techniques, preliminary design of axial turbine was proposed, in order to achieve highest performance of turbocharger axial turbine. In this study, the optimal design methodology, based NACA profile blade of a single stage axial turbine for turbocharger system. Therefore, simulation analysis of steady state three dimensional flow carried out by highly reliable for calculation, computational fluid dynamic (CFD), using ANSYS CFX, to be evaluated the stage overall aerodynamic performance of the axial turbine stage. Analysis results, gave a more details of flow behaviour such as, flow separation, vortexes and performance characteristics. Moreover, it is found the pressure load for less blades, it's too low on each blade, and a reasonable pressure blade load on a single blade was therefore seen to be too high for more blades, resulting in loss of Boundary layer of the blade, flow of tip leakage and Secondary flow. Hence, noticeably, it was observed that the aerodynamic performance of turbocharger axial turbine model were predicted numerically such as, total-total Polytropic efficiency (84.64) % and shaft output power (187) kW at (80k) rpm

    Strut and Tie Modeling for RC Deep Beams under non-Central Loadings

    This work aims at presenting detailed procedures companied by numerical examples for analyzing and designing reinforced concrete deep beams that subjected to non-central loadings based on Strut and Tie method (STM). The subjected loadings were moved from the center of the beam span towards the supports reaching the maximum non-centrality could be achieved (after which the beams became ‘not deep’ from ACI 318M-14 point of view). A total of three deep beams with three different types of loadings were taken into considerations; one concentrated force, two concentrated forces and uniformly distributed load. Every specimen had a cross section of 150  400 mm and a total length of 1000 mm. Generally, it was found that moving load from the span center towards one of the supports leads to worth notable decreases in the beam ultimate capacity. Therefore, in the case of one-concentrated force, the ultimate load capacity decreased by 30.2% when left shear span to effective depth ratio (aL/d) decreased from 1.3 to 0.65. While in the cases of two-concentrated forces or uniformly distributed loading, it was found that changing (aL/d) ratio from 1.02 to 0.37 led to decrease the deep beam ultimate capacity by 30.5%

    Game selain  hanya  digunakan  untuk  bermain, game juga  memiliki  sisi  edukasi  dan  pembelajaran, karena game  tidak  hanya  menyenangkan  di  mainkan  tetapi  ada  ilmu  yang  juga  didapat  oleh  masyarakat.  Peneliti membuat  sebuah  game  berdasarkan  keadaan  hutan  yang  saat  ini  terjadi  di  Indonesia.  Dengan  menggunakan media pembelajaran  edukasi  digunakan  untuk  memberi  pengetahuan  tentang  jenis  hutan  dan  manfaatnya agar game  menjadi  lebih  menarik.  Maka  dari  itu  dilakukan  pemberian  pop-up  tentanginformasihutan  yang  ada  di Indonesia dan cara menjaganya agar tetaplestari. Dalam penelitian ini, dirancang penerapan logika Fuzzy Sugeno untuk mengatur perilaku musuh, pada game bertipe  Adventure  yang berjudul  “Save Forest Indonesia”. Terdapat 2 jenis musuh, yaitu tipe jarak dekat, dan jarak jauh. Musuh ini  memiliki parameterinput  fuzzy  yaitu jarak, dia akan  mendekat jika player dekat dengan jarak musuh. Penerapan  fuzzy  dalam permainan ini telah berjalan dengan baik, dimana musuh tipe jarak dekat menjadi cukup  agresif  (90%  perilaku  menyerang),  dan  tipe  jarak  jauh  agresif  menembak  jika  player  mendekat  (90% perilaku menyerang)

    Youth Driven Engagement in the Homestay Program

    Community-based tourism (CBT) is one of the tourist attracting ways involving local community which aims to develop and to enhance the era as well as to bring renewal to the local community. It includes the involvement of youth. CBT comes in various types and this study was conducted to find how CBT can create youth engagement in the homestay program. There were various factors that motivate youth to participate in homestay program. This study involved one case study of a qualitative study conducted in a district in Sabah, namely in Kundasang. In this study, Mersilou Homestay and Walai Tokou Homestay were chosen to be used as a place of study to review factors youth engagement in the homestay program. Data collection was through interviews in partial structures. Data were analyzed using NviVo 10 software and based on certain themes. The findings shown that there were several factors which drive engagement of youth in the homestay program in terms of interests, income, parental encouragement and comfort working in their own areas. In conclusion, the engagement of youth in the homestay program is based on the factors discovered in the study
