Kinerja keuangan dan pengaruhnya terhadap penghindaran pajak

This research was conducted to test the influence of financial performance in terms of profitability, leverage, and liquidity. This research was applied to coal industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the range of 2018 to 2021. The sample collection used a purposive sampling method with certain criteria and obtained a sample of 19 companies with a total of 50 observational data points. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used as a data analysis method. The results of this study show that profitability, leverage, and liquidity all contribute to tax avoidance simultaneously, while partially obtaining the results of profitability affects tax avoidance, leverage and liquidity don’t affect tax avoidance. So that companies in carrying out tax avoidance can maximize the limitations on profitability results obtained in the company's business activities by also paying attention to the value of leverage and liquidity in the company

KARAKTERISTIK SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI MANAJEMEN DAN DESENTRALISASI SERTA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI

Sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen (SIAM) merupakan sistem formal yang dirancang untukmenyediakan informasi bagi manajer. Perencanaan SIAM yang merupakan bagian dari sistem pengendalianorganisasi perlu mendapat perhatian, hingga dapat diharapkan akan memberikan kontribusi positif dalammendukung keberhasilan sistem pengendalian manajemen. SIAM dapat membantu manajer dalam pengendalianaktivitas sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam pencapaian tujuan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah karakteristik sistem informasi akuntansi manajemenyang terdiri dari broadscope, aggregation, integration dan timeliness berpengaruh kinerja organisasi dengandesentralisasi sebagai variable moderating. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah manajer dan kepalabagian rumah sakit di Kudus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan menggunakan purposivesampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik SIAM yang meliputi broadscope, aggregation,integration dan timeliness berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi akan tetapi desentralisasi tidak memoderasipengaruh antara karakteristik sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja organisasi

Selection of a Sustainable Strategy Using DSS for Students in Selecting the Faculty of Economics and Business with the Topsis Method

Universities must be able to predict opportunities and challenges with the right interest in the students choosing majors in higher education in the digitalization era. This study provides the right strategy for FEB UDINUS by proposing a structural hierarchical model to analyze changes in student decision-making patterns in choosing the Faculty of Economics and Business at Dian Nuswantoro University in the digital market era by taking the context of sustainable value. The data collection techniques used in-depth interviews to determine student’s decision-making criteria in choosing FEB majors. The analysis of decision making factors was processed using TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The results of this study show the ranking strategy of the most appropriate ranking such as the strategy to find credible partner, the strategy to provide additional community benefits, the strategy to educate the community, the strategy for building collaboration between students, the strategy for creating iconic brands, the strategy for building collaboration between faculty and students, the strategy for building new learning models, and the strategy for building a new learning culture. Keywords:Sustainable strategy, DSS, Topsis Metho

Do Tapping Box Technology Increase Local Taxes And District Own Source Revenue?

Taxes have a very important contribution to the state because they are the main income and a manifestation of community involvement in state spending which is regulated in laws. Local taxes as one of the many sources of District Own Source Revenue have a very important role in regional development. This local taxes collection and revenue must be maximized so that the resulting District Own Source Revenue will be maximized as well. The technological innovation or the use of Tapping Box has become an important part of taxes collection and revenue. The study aims to investigate restaurant taxes, the hotel taxes, and entertainment taxes on District Own OktafiyantiSource Revenue receipts mediated by the use of Tapping Box technology. The research took place in the Regional Finance Agency (BAPENDA) of Semarang Regency. This study uses a sample of 60 with 5 years of observation. The sample is the amount of taxes or income per month received from the Regional Taxes Information System then the acquisition of the collected data was analyzed using WarpPLS. The results show that the use of Tapping Box has proven to be able to strengthen the relationship between restaurant taxes and District Own Source Revenue and also the relationship between hotel taxes and District Own Source Revenue. On the other hand, the use of tapping boxes does not strengthen the relationship between the entertainment taxes and District Own Source Revenue. This indicates that the tapping box is often deactivated so that the entertainment business owner's income is not recorded every day, which causes the entertainment taxes paid to the local government to be not optimal

REFERENSI PENUGASAN TENAGA TEKNISI PADA PENANGANAN VARIAN KERUSAKAN MENGGUNAKAN DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM

Aset yang dikelola oleh sebuah instansi bisa berupa peralatan yang mempunyai batas umur pakai, jika perawatannya tidak tepat maka akan berakibat pada pemakaian yang tidak maksimal. Perawatan bisa berupa servis rutin dan servis ketika terjadi kerusakan, perawatan dilakukan oleh tenaga teknisi. Kemampuan dari setiap teknisi belum tentu sama, pemberian tugas berdasarkan pada unsur subyektivitas tidak akan mampu memberikan layanan yang baik pada perbaikan yang diminta oleh masing-masing divisi, karena pemilihan teknisi berdasarkan subyektivitas tersebut belum tentu didapatkan teknisi yang memiliki keahlian sesuai dengan tingkat kerusakan alat.  Perlu sebuah upaya obyektif untuk mendukung keputusan dalam mereferensikan teknisi pada sebuah proses perbaikan dengan menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neigbor 

PENGEMBANGAN SOLAR DRYER DOME UNTUK PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PRODUKSI KOPI

Community service activities with SME Omah Kopi Ngemplak Banyuanyar Village were carried out to increase the capacity and quality of production of ground coffee, green coffee beans, and roasted coffee beans. From the observations of the Service Team to partners, there were two problems. The first problem: Omah Kopi Ngemplak produces coffee using the traditional drying method which relies on sunlight. Drying is one of the most important coffee processing processes because it affects the quality of the coffee beans produced. This drying process takes a long time and has the potential to rot in the rainy season so that farmers' performance is hampered and the quality of coffee beans decreases. The second problem is the limited marketing of coffee where farmers only sell coffee to middlemen and stalls, in addition to coffee packaging which is still very simple. Therefore, to overcome these problems in this service program, two activities were carried out, namely the first manufacture, training, and application of the solar dryer dome dryer. The existence of a solar dryer dome is expected to increase the quantity and quality of coffee production. The second is the creation, training, and marketing assistance with web marketplace-based applications and attractive coffee packaging. The application of an attractive marketplace and packaging is expected to help increase the marketing of coffee products.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan mitra UMKM Omah Kopi Ngemplak Desa Banyuanyar  dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kulitas produksi kopi bubuk, green bean kopi, dan roasted bean kopi.. Dari pengamatan tim Pengabdian pada mitra terdapat dua permasalahan. Masalah pertama : Omah Kopi Ngemplak memproduksi kopi dengan menggunakan cara pengeringan tradisional diman bergantung cahaya matahari. Pengeringan merupakan salah satu proses pengolahan kopi yang paling penting karena mempengaruhi kualitas biji kopi yang dihasilkan. Proses pengeringan ini membutuihkan waktu yang cukup lama dan berpotensi mengalami kebusukan di musim penghujan, sehingga kinerja petani terhambat dan kualitas biji kopi menurun. Masalah yang kedua yaitu terbatasnya pemasaran kopi dimana petani hanya menjual kopi pada tengkulak dan warung-warung, selain pengemasan kopi yang masih sangat sederhana. Oleh karena itu untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut pada program pengabdian ini dilakukan dua kegiatan yaitu pertama pembuatan, pelatihan dan penerapan alat pengering solar dryer dome. Adanya alat pengering solar dryer dome ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi kopi. Kedua yaitu pembuatan, pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran dengan aplikasi berbasis web marketplace dan packaging kopi yang menarik. Penerapan marketplace dan packaging yang menarik diharapkan dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk kopi

TRAINING ON PROPOSAL MAKING OF TRADITIONAL RANGE FESTIVAL SPONSORS IN DUKUH DEMPING, ANGGRASMANIS, JENAWI, KARANGANYAR

Advances in science, technology and science are developing so rapidly. But unfortunately technological progress is not followed by moral, ethical and spiritual progress. Based on the information presented, it can be concluded that the basic problem in the "Community of Tinthir Nusantara" group is the lack of knowledge and understanding of the participants and managers of the traditional snacks festival in making an attractive proposal that will be submitted to the sponsor. Therefore, a program namely the introduction and training of the importance of recognizing Virtual Reality in everyday life as well as in marketing strategies to improve the welfare of the surrounding Community is needed. The training can be used to manage the implementing management as well as promote the activity in order to attract sponsors, so people from other region will interest to join the festival. With this technology, management is expected to be able to improve managerial skills and carry out promotions outside the region. In addition, this training serves as a means of information for the Demping Tourism Village and serves as material for evaluating activities by the manager of the Demping Tourism Village for the next implementation

PELATIHAN STRATEGI PELAKSANAAN FESTIVAL JAJANAN TRADISIONAL PADA DUKUH DEMPING ANGGRASMANIS JENAWI KARANGANYAR

Kemajuan teknologi tidak diikuti kemajuan moral, etika dan spiritual. Atas dasar pemaparan fenomena di latar belakang, diperlukan sebuah program yakni pengenalan dan pelatihan pentingnya mengenal Virtual Reality dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam strategi marketing untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan massyarakat sekitar. Atas dasar informasi yang tersaji dalam sub bab analisis situasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan mendasar yang ada di kelompok “Komunitas Tinthir Nusantara” adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman pada para peserta dan pengelola festival jajanan tradisional dalam memasarkan produknya sehingga sering terjadi kegagalan pada saat pelaksanaan festival tersebur Desa Wisata Demping. Kompetensi dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh Perangkat Desa, Pengelola mapupun masyarakat sekitar serta sulitnya sinyal internet sangat menghambat masuknya keterbaruan teknologi pemasaran di desa tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya pelatihan serta pendampingan dalam pengelolaan kegiatan tersebut. Berdasarkan situasi dan kondisi yang dihadapi tersebut sebagai salah satu upaya agar bisa meningkatkan produktifitas  dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan Festival jajanan tradisional tersebut adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan strategi pemasaran. Pelatihan strategi pemasaran yang digunakan dapat digunakan untuk mengelola manajemen pelaksana maupun mempromosikan kegiatan tersebut supaya dapat menarik sehingga mampu mengundang minat masyarakat dari luar daerah untuk dapat hadir dalam festival tersebut. Dengan Teknologi ini diharapkan Manajemen dapat meningkatkan kemampuan managerial maupun melakukan promosi hingga ke luar daerah. IMPLEMENTASI PROFILE MATCHING PADA PRIORITAS APPROVAL PENGAJUAN LAYANAN PREMIUM PADA PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP SEMARANG BARAT

Premium services are useful for overcoming blackout problems that often occur in previous regular services, with this service customers will get energy services with very adequate supplies. The system for submitting regular service upgrades to premium services at PLN. ULP Semarang Barat so far has not been able to provide the appropriate decision regarding the customer to be approved for the right type of premium service (bronze, silver, gold and platinum). The level of accuracy resulting from testing 15 data on the old system assessment is 0.87%, this means that profile matching can be referenced as an assessment of granting approval for premium service submission

Rancang Bangun Sistem Pengelolaan Aset Ilmiah Digital Pada Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi

Perpustakaan merupakan satuan pendidikan tinggi yang mengelola perbendaharaan aset ilmiah. Aset ilmiah meliputi buku pelajaran, buku bacaan, tugas akhir mahasiswa, jurnal, CD berisi file tulisan dan video. Setiap periode selalu dianggarkan untuk pengadaan buku, setiap periode setelah pelaksanaan tugas akhir atau ujian skripsi, hardcopy tugas akhir yang akan dijadikan literatur juga bertambah. Bisa dibayangkan jika dalam satu tahun ada 3 periode ujian tugas akhir, dengan total sekitar 600 mahasiswa per periode, maka akan ada 1800 hardcopy tugas akhir mata kuliah. Hal ini berdampak pada kepenuhan ruang perpustakaan sehingga semakin sulit untuk mencari data laporan tugas akhir. Perlu dirancang sistem manajemen aset elektronik di perpustakaan yang mengumpulkan semua data buku dan literatur lainnya dalam bentuk file elektronik, pengunjung akan mudah menemukan literatur hanya dengan mencari sistem aset
