    FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMANFAATAN LAYANAN RAWAT INAP LANJUTAN PESERTA BPJS KESEHATAN

    Health cost becomes a significant problem of health care services in the plenary. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control of the utilization of advance services belongs to BPJS Kesehatan members.This research utilixing the cross sectional research design. The population is all inpatients participants BPJS Kesehatan at Kabupaten Kediri General Hospital for 97 respondents. The samples in this research were taken using simple random sampling technique, for 78 respondents. The independent variable is the attitude, subjektive norms, and perceived behavioral control while the dependent variable utilization of inpatient services continued.In this research, the results showed that there are 75 respondents (96.2%) who have a positive attitude, 67 respondents (85.9%) who have a positive subjective norm, 61 respondents (78.2%) who have a positive perceived behavior control and 76 respondents (97.4%) which utilizes advanced inpatient services. Results of analysis using logistic regression with α = 0.05 showed that the sig. 0,000 < 0,05 so that H0 is rejected. The conclusion of this research is attitudes, subjektive norms, and perceived behavioral control has a significant influence on the utilization of inpatient services continued.  Keywords: attitude, perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, utilization of advanced inpatient services

    ABSTRAK Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi status gizi adalah kebiasaan makan. Makanan sehari – hari yang kurang memenuhi syarat kesehatan dan gizi akan mengancam kesehatan keluarga. Disamping itu juga nafsu makan keluarga berkurang dan jika hal itu berlangsung lama akan berpengaruh pada status gizi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Ibu Dalam Memilih Makanan Sehari-hari Dalam Keluarga di Rt 25 Rw 09 Lingkungan Tirtoudan Kelurahn Tosaren Kecamatan Pesantren Kota Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Crosssesional dengan populasinya semua ibu di RT 25 RW 09 Lingkungan Tirtoudan . Sampelnya berjumlah 61 responden yang merupakan total populasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data diolah dengan uji statistik menggunakan Regresi Linier Dummy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan gizi ibu yang baik sebanyak 44 responden (72%). Pendidikan ibu sebagian besar adalah SMA sebesar 23 (38%), dan pekerjaan ibu sebagian besar adalah wiraswasta sebanyak 24 (39%). Perilaku ibu dalam memilih makanan sehari-hari yang bergizi dalam keluarga sebanyak 42 responden (68%). Hasil uji statistik di dapatkan nilai P-value = 0,000. Karena nilai P = 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 di Tolak maka pengetahuan gizi mempengaruhi perilaku ibu dalam memilih makanan sehari-hari dalam keluarga di Rt 25 Rw 09 Lingkungan Tirtou Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan Gizi , Perilaku Ibu ABSTRACT One of the factors that influence nutritional status is eating habits. The purpose of this study was to determine the Factors Affecting Behavior Mothers In Choosing Everyday Foods In The Family Environment Rt 25 Rw 09 Tirtoudan Kelurahn Tosaren Kediri City School District. This research uses Crosssesional the population of all mothers in RT 25 RW 09 neighborhood Tirtoudan. The sample amounted to 61 respondents who constitute the total population. Analysis of the data by using a questionnaire and the data processed by the statistical test using Linear Regression Dummy. The results showed good maternal nutrition knowledge as much as 44 respondents (72%). Mother's education is the most high by 23 (38%), and most of the work is self-employed mothers were 24 (39%).     Background: With the times, Convention Radiography (RK) was replaced by Digital Radiography (RD) because film printing is more efficient, archiving can be done digitally, reducing the risk of losing film due to file backups, and is more environmentally friendly because it does not require chemicals. The purpose of the study was to analyze the perceived ease of use influence on the radiographer's confidence from the digital radiography tool so that word of mouth was achieved to other radiographers at the Covid-19 Referral Hospital.Methods: Design observational research with a cross-sectional approach. The population of all radiographers from 180 Covid 19 referral hospitals has used Digital Radiography. A sample of 170 respondents with cluster random sampling technique. The variables in the study were perceived ease of use, quality of service, user confidence and word of mounth. Research instruments use questionnaire sheets. The analysis used is bivariate analysis and path analysis with SPSS 23 and STATA 13.Results: Design observational research with a cross-sectional approach.     KARAKTERISTIK PENGERINGAN TEPUNG BERAS MENGGUNAKAN ALAT PENGERING TIPE RAK

    The study aims to enhance the quality and quantity of rice flour in drying process, especially when it is compared to the conventional sun drying. The rice flour was dried for 2 hours at different thickness of 1 and 1.5 cm. The temperatures were measured at several points of the dryer’s tray that is consisted of 4 layers, which was counted from the lowest layer as the first level. The samples were weighed in a small box which was put in the near border of the tray (box A) and in the centre of the tray (box B) for each layer. All measurements were done at interval of 15 minutes. Results showed that the temperature for drying the rice flour at depth 1.5 cm was 66 °C, which was higher than that of drying the rice flour at depth 1 cm (60.5 °C). In consequence, the relative humidity in the drying room at depth 1.5 cm was 35 %, which was lower than that of at depth 1 cm (61.8 %). However, the drying rate at depth 1.5 cm was lower than the drying rate at depth 1 cm. In addition, the distance of tray to the heater was also found to cause the low drying rate

    Performance of Health Facilities in Relation to Capitation Payments

    Health facilities, in collaboration with BPJS Kesehatan, must organize health care efforts that are promotive, preventative, curative and rehabilitative. BPJS Kesehatan must collaborate with health facilities to implement a service quality control system and payment system for the efficiency and effectiveness of health insurance. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the performance of Puskesmas services in Jombang Regency, and to evaluate patient contact numbers, the ratio of non-specialist outpatient referrals and the ratio of Prolanis participants at health center services in Jombang Regency. This was qualitative research with a case study design. There were nine informants, including the Head of BLUD Puskesmas. Puskesmas contact numbers in Jombang Regency did not reach the target (150 permil). The outpatient referral ratio of non-specialist cases reached the target (less than 1%). The ratio of regular Prolanis participants visiting FKTP reached the target (≥ 50%), but in January-March 2021 this ratio decreased. The home visit ratio has not been implemented due to inadequate means of transportation. This research can be used as a reference to find ways to improve the components of KBKP so that it can maximize capitation payments.     Background: Organizational performance is something produced by an organization in a certain period with reference to established standards. Management performance measurement aims at work efficiency using balanced score card (BSC), which is a performance measurement solution. BSC consists of two  dimensions: financial and non-financial dimensions. The purpose of the study was to describe the measurement of the performance of the Madiun City general hospital using the Balance Scorecard method.Methods: Research design uses qualitative descriptive methods. The selection of informants was obtained from observations and interviews to employees of the Madiun Citygeneral hospital with 7 respondent. This study used purposive sampling techniques. Research instruments with observation sheets, interview guidelines and documentation studysheets.Results: The results of the study at the general hospital in Madiun City area showed that financial performance was considered good, the achievement of customer satisfaction levels in 2020 was quite good, the perspective of internal business processes could not be achieved at standard numbers due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the achievement of employee satisfaction levels in the good category even though there were 3 elements that were considered less good.Conclusions: The results of the research conducted are expected by the hospital should use performance assessment based on the concept of balance score card to implement and integrate the strategic planning of the hospital. Hospitals also need to improve employee capabilities by providing training to employees in turns, or organizing inhouse training to save costs. The perspective of benefit performance is that the poor must be served in Madiun City Hospital

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of providing health education using audio-visual media, namely the application of SIPER-B (Information System for LBW Infant Care) on mothers' knowledge, confidence and skills in caring for low birth weight babies. The research method is quasi-experimental with a pre-test – post-test control group design. The results showed that the knowledge, confidence and skills in the intervention group were higher than in the control group, with a grand mean of knowledge of 19.36, self-confidence of 5.48, skills of 7.88 and a p-value of 0.000. In conclusion, the SIPER-B application effectively increases mothers' knowledge, confidence and skills in caring for babies with low birth weight (LBW).&nbsp; Keywords: LBW, Confidence, Skills, Knowledg
