    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Sekolah Dasar

    Pembelajaran matematika sangatlah penting dalam kehidupan kita sehari-hari. Melihat kondisi siswa yang merasa bosan, dan beranggapan sulit sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Kalibang Tengah VIII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy experimental dengan desain penelitian One group pret-test and post-test design. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas IV C sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes tertulis. Teknik analisis data uji validitas menggunakan Korelasi Point Biserial, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan KR-20. Data analisis normalitas menggunakan uji Liliefors, sedangkan homogenitas dengan menggunakan uji Fisher. Pada uji hipotesis digunakan uji-t  dengan taraf signifikan α= 0,05 diperoleh  4,586, maka dengan demikian  ditolak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Contextual Teaching and Learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Kaliabang Tengah VIII

    DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICS LEARNING MEDIA USING ANDROID BASED AUGMENTED REALITY IN STATIC ELECTRICAL MATERIALS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

    This study aimed to develop physics learning media using Android-based Augmented Reality on static electricity topic in the form of an application called PARE (Physics AR Education). This application focuses on visualizing static electricity topic. The method used in this study is Research-and-Development. This study was conducted in three schools including SMAN 12 Tangerang, SMAN 90 Jakarta, dan SMAN 63 Jakarta each in two-class respondents. Validation tests were conducted by material and media experts. Media assessment shows that all the 15 statements received an average score of 4,49 hence categorized as very good. The material assessment shows that all the 12 statements received an average score of 4,07 hence categorized as good. The whole percentage of expert assessment reached 85,6%. Students' trial tests were conducted twice including small-scale and large-scale trial tests. The small-scale trial test was conducted towards 13 students and received an average score of 4,39 hence categorized as very good. Meanwhile, the large-scale trial test towards 201 students received an average score of 4,01 hence categorized as good. The whole percentage of the trial test reached 84%. Overall, media effectivity could be seen based on pretest and posttest that were conducted in SMA Negeri 12 Tangerang, SMAN 90 Jakarta, and SMAN 63 Jakarta with a total of 201 students and showed that the percentage reached 96,87% which categorized as very good.

    Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan Problem Based Learning (PBL) Terhadap Hasil Belajar ditinjau dari Keaktifan Siswa

    This study aims to find the Effect of Discovery Learning with Problem Based Learning to Result of Study in terms of Student Activity. The method used in this study is the True Experimental Design method. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using Two Path ANAVA, the first hypothesis obtained a value of Fhitung= 12.56 > Ft(α=0.05)= 4.06 ; Ft(α=0.01)= 7.24, while for the second hypothesis Fhitung=26.40 > Ft(α=0.05) = 4.06 ; Ft(α=0.01) = 7.24. Then for the third and fourth hypotheses can be calculated using the t-Dunnet test, the value thitung= 9.05 > tt(α=0.05)= 1.678 ; tt(α=0.01)= 2.411 and thitung= 5.64 > tt(α=0.05)= 1.678 ; tt(α=0.01)= 2.411. So from the results of this study it can be concluded that there is an Effect of Discovery Learning with Problem Based Learning to Result of Study in terms of Student Activity

    Daging ayam merupakan salah satu sumber protein yang digemari karena rasanya yang lezat, kandungan gizinya tinggi, dan harganya terjangkau. Ayam dapat menderita cekaman panas dan melepaskan berbagai jenis senyawa biokimia yang menyebabkan peningkatan jumlah radikal bebas. Antioksidan merupakan zat alami yang berperan mencegah atau memperlambat kerusakan sel-sel tubuh yang diakibatkan oleh radikal bebas. Tanaman Sambiloto memiliki kandungan antioksidan didalamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pemberian sediaan cair Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) melalui air minum broiler terhadap cemaran Escherichia coli, Coliform, dan Total Cemaran Mikroba dalam daging broiler. Perlakuan diberikan selama 30 hari dengan 5 kelompok perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Suplementasi Sambiloto sebagai immunomodulator diberikan dengan dosis berbeda sesuai bobot badan (BB) broiler, yaitu air minum tanpa Sambiloto (kontrol) (P0); air minum dengan 3mg Sambiloto/kg BB (P1); 6mg Sambiloto/kg BB (P2); 12mg Sambiloto/kg BB (P3); 24mg Sambiloto/kg BB (P4). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sampel memenuhi persyaratan karkas yang berkualitas, aman, sehat, utuh dan halal sesuai SNI 7388:2009. Pemberian sediaan cair Sambiloto melalui air minum broiler dapat meningkatkan stamina dan daya tahan ayam terhadap infeksi dan kondisi lingkungan yang tidak mendukung selama pemeliharaannya, terutama pada saat terjadi cekaman panas yang dapat mengakibatkan stress dan menurunkan imunitas sehingga akan mempengaruhi kesehatan ayam maupun kualitas karkas yang dihasilkan.     EFFECT OF MALTODEXTRIN RATIO TO KLUTUK BANANA FRUIT EXTRACT (MUSA BALBISIANA COLLA) COMBINED WITH ITS PSEUDOSTEM EXTRACT ON ANTI-DYSENTERY GRANULE PERFORMANCE AND EFFECTIVITY

    Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the best ratio of maltodextrin and extract concentration on performance of anti-dysentery granule containing Klutuk banana fruit extract (Musa balbisiana Colla) as an effective antimicrobial to treat dysentery caused by Shigella dysenteriae and combined with its pseudostem extract to supply potassium needed for supporting dehydration impact caused by dysentery.Methods: The dried fruit and pseudostem of the Klutuk banana plant were each extracted by maceration method. Each granule formula was optimized in different ratio of extract and maltodextrin concentration (1:2 (F1); 1:3 (F2); and 1:4 (F3) respectively. Then, the anti-shigellosis granule were formulated using the wet granulation method and evaluated for 30 d. The appearance of the granule, weight variation, loss on drying value, flowability, granule solubility, disintegration time, pH, and anti-dysentery activity of each formula was observed. The potassium content determination of each granule formula was done using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer method. Results: All formulated granules showed good flow properties and antidysentery activity. Concerning to the solubility, maltodextrin addition showed the increasing solubility of all formulated granule. The F3 achieved the best-improved granule characteristic and had good anti-dysentery effectivity, but had the lowest potassium content (0.362 g/l) among all formulas. The potassium content of F1 and F2 were 0.625 g/l and 0.444 g/l, respectively. Conclusion: Maltodextrin can improve the usefulness of granule that containing the Klutuk banana fruit and its pseudostem extracts in dysentery treatment and the dehydration impact

    Pelatihan Aplikasi KOCO.SCHOOLS Sebagai Media Interaktif di SMA Muhammadiyah 25 Pamulang

    Pada masa peralihan pembelajaran online ke offline akibat pandemi, para gurudituntut untuk mencari pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dalam membantupesertadidikdalam prosespembelajaranyangmenyenangkan sehingga siswa dapat tertarik dan mampu mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Aplikasi KOCO.SCHOOLS sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan guru dalam mengelola kelas agar terciptanya proses pembelajaran yang maksimal dan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan peserta dalam mendapatkan pelatihan, yaitu menggunakan pree testdan post test. Berdasarkan dari hasil pre test, diperoleh data bahwa peserta yang tertarik dengan aplikasi tersebut sebanyak 96,2% dan peserta yang berencana akan menggunakan aplikasi KOCO.SCHOOLS sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif sebanyak 88,5% peserta. Kemudian berdasarkan hasilpost test, diperoleh data bahwa terjadi penurunan pada ketertarikan peserta terhadap aplikasi KOCO.SCHOOLS sebanyak 22,9%, dari 96,2% turun menjadi 73,3%.Peserta mengharapkan pengembangan berlanjut terhadap aplikasi KOCO.SCHOOLS ini agar bisa lebih menarik lagi untuk digunakan oleh tenaga pengajar di Indonesia

    THE EFFECT OF BLACK CUMIN (Nigella sativa) SUPPLEMENTATION THROUGH DRINKING WATER ON THE HISTOLOGY OF SMALL INTESTINE AND LARGE INTESTINE OF BROILER CHICKENS

    This study aimed to determine the effect of black cumin (Nigella sativa) supplementation through drinking water on the histology of broiler chickens’ small intestine and large intestine. The research was conducted from April-September 2020 in a cage facility of the Integrated Field Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. This research used a completely randomized design with four treatment groups and three replications (five broilers per replication) with a total of 60 male broilers. The treatments were drinking water without Black Cumin (P0, control); drinking water with Black Cumin 36 mg/kg BW/day (P1); 72 mg/kg BW/day (P2); and 144 mg/kg BW/day (P3). Three broilers from each group were randomly necropsied at 31 days old, and samples of the small intestine (duodenum, jejunum, and ileum) and large intestine were fixed with 10% formalin solution and sent to the Lampung Disease Investigation Center for histological preparations. The observation of preparations was carried out microscopically using the Leica DM500® Binocular Microscope to accurately calculate various parameter sizes. The results were analyzed statistically with one way Analysis of Variance at significant level 5% and if proven significant, then a Tukey test was conducted. The results of this study were that the supplementation of black cumin 72 mg/kg BW/day through drinking water could significantly increase (P0.05) 1) the average sizes of villi height and villi area of small intestine (duodenum, jejunum, ileum) and large intestine (colon) of broiler chickens; 2) the average sizes of basal villi width, villi apex width, and gland diameter of broiler duodenum; and 3) the average size of apex villi width of broiler colon. The conclusion of this study was the supplementation of black cumin at dose of 72 mg/kg BW/day through drinking water could increase the histological sizes of the small intestine and large intestine of broilers

    The Effectiveness of Azolla microphylla Flour Supplementation in Rations on Body Weight, Total Blood Plasma Protein and Total Microbial Contamination of Broiler Carcasses

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Azolla microphylla  flour supplementation in broiler feed rations on body weight, total blood plasma protein and total broiler carcass microbial contamination. The study was conducted for 6 months (May-October 2022) in the broiler cage unit at the Integrated Field Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. This experimental study used four treatments and five replications. Each replicate consisted of five Cobb CP 707broiler strains, bringing a total of 100 broilers. Giving Azolla microphylla flour as a supplement is added to the feed ration with different doses according to broiler body weight, namely P0: ration without Azolla microphylla flour supplementation (control); P1: ration supplemented with 2.5% Azolla microphylla flour; P2 5%; P3 7.5%. Sampling of carcasses and blood serum of 29-day-old broilers was 1 broiler per replication with a total of 20 samples. Samples were sent to the Lampung Veterinary Center to be analyzed for total meat microbial contamination (total plate count) and total plasma protein in blood serum. Data from the test results are arranged in a simple tabular form to be analyzed descriptively. The conclusion of this study wassupplementation with 5% Azolla microphyllaflour in rations were effective to increase body weight gain, maintain total blood plasma protein within the normal range, and maintain total broiler carcass microbial contamination within safe limits for consumption
