THE EFFECT OF USING INTRA-ACT STRATEGY TOWARD READING COMPREHENSION OF THE SECOND YEAR STUDENTS AT STATE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 1 PANGKALAN KURAS OF PELALAWAN REGENCY

This research was conducted because some problems were faced by the students in learning English especially in reading comprehension. The problems were; some of the students cannot find out main idea in the text, some of the students cannot find out detail information in the text and some of the students cannot identify reference in the text. The research was conducted with purpose to know whether or not there significant effect of the students’ reading comprehension between those who taught by using intra-act strategy and those who taught by using conventional strategy. The design used in this research was nonequivalent control group design in quasi-experimental research. In collecting data, the writer used test. It was used in order to collect the data of reading comprehension of the second year students at SMA N 1 Pangkalan Kuras. The test consisted of two tests; pre-test was used to determine students’ reading comprehension before getting treatment and post-test was used to determine students’ reading comprehension after getting treatment. In analyzing data, the writer used T-test formula. From the research findings, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there is significant effect of reading comprehension between students who taught by using Intra-act strategy and those who taught by using conventional strategy at the second year students of SMA N 1 Pangkalan Kuras

Analisis Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Sinkronisasi Dokumen Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah Dengan Dokumen Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Daerah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sinkronisasi dokumen Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah dengan Dokumen Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Papua Tahun 2009 dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kapasitas dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, faktor politik anggaran dan instrumen perencanaan dan penganggaran daerah terhadap sinkronisasi dokumen Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah dengan Dokumen Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Papua Tahun 2009. Populasi penelitian Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah DaerahTahun 2009 dan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Papua Tahun Anggaran 2009 45 SKPD yang terdapat di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Papua. Berdasarkan hasil analisis MKPP tersebut dapat kita simpulkan bahwa derajat konsistensi antara perencanaan dan penganggaran daerah dalam lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Papua sangat rendah. Banyak program dan kegiatan yang telah direncanakan dalam proses perencanaan tahunan daerah dan telah didokumentasikan dalam dokumen Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) tiba-tiba hilang di tengah jalan pada saat penyusunan APBD. Di lain pihak, banyak kegiatan-kegiatan baru yang diakomodir dalam proses penyusunan APBD tanpa memasuki ranah perencanaan yang memadai. Kapasitas SDM (X1), instrument perencanaan dan penganggaran (X2) dan politik anggaran (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sinkronisasi RKPD dan APBD pada Pemerintah Provinsi Papua. SHEIKH YŪSUF AL-MAQASSARY AND HIS REFORM IDEAS IN THE SPREAD OF ISLAM IN GOWA-MAKASSAR IN THE SEVENTEENTH CENTURY

This paper relates to the brief history of Sheikh Yῡsuf al-Makassary as well as his brief role in the Spread of Islam in Gowa-Makassar as his birth land.Sheikh Yῡsuf was born in 1626 M and grew up among noble families of Gowa-Tallo Kingdoms and then travelled to seek and deepen his Islamic knowledge from Aceh, India to the middle East (1645-1668) or for around 23 years and then he became a great ṣῡfῑ and left many of his treatises for Islamic community, especially for his followers, which are most of them still preserved at Universiteit Bibliotheq Leiden and the national museum of Jakarta at the present day. The main concept of Islamic mysticism of Sheikh Yῡsuf as one of his reform in the spread of Islam in Gowa-Makassar is the purification of belief (‘aqῑdah) in the Oneness of Allāh or in the Unity of God (tawḥῑd). This is his attempt to explain God’s transcendence (Ilāh) on His creatures. In a quoted al-Ikhlash verse (QS. 112:1-4) and al-Shura’ verse of al-Qur’an that there is nothing comparable to Him (QS. 42: 11), Sheikh Yῡsuf emphasized that the Oneness of Allāh is infinite and absolute. Tawḥῑd  is the essential component in Islam. Moreover he compares “the immaculate tawḥῑd with a leafy tree; Gnostic knowledge (ma‘rῑfa) is its branches and leaves, and devotional services (‘ibādah) are its fruit.” Further he said that if you got the tree, you will get its branches and leaves, and if you got them, you will even look for fruit of the tree. If you did not get its branches and leaves, it is impossible to get its fruit. Therefore, tawḥῑd without ma‘rῑfah is like a tree without branches and leaves, and it is impossible to get its fruit, except if the branches and leaves of the tree grew up again, then its fruit can be hoped. In other words, only a man, who has tawḥῑd  with ma‘rῑfa, could perform devotional service well to God. This teaching was used as the basic reform ideas in the spread of Islam in Gowa-Macassar, South Sulawesi and then brought a big changing to the cultural of his society and then made Muslim in Gowa-Makassar to be a more fervent Muslim. Therefore, one of the reform movements in his homeland was that he tried to pull out and then to release the people of Gowa-Makassar from the bad habits such as activities in serving idols / idols places, alcoholic beverages, cockfighting and gambling in crowded places. Because those can be a great danger to his native land; he said that the collapse of an empire because of the weakness of the faith of its people. On the other hand, the strength of an empire can guarantee the enforcement of sharῑ‘ah h. But it also depends on the leader. A good leader / ruler is one who able to enforce the Islamic law or sharῑ‘ah h in the middle of his society. Thus the main priority in the renewal of his mystical teachings for Muslims believers especially in Gowa Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia is the purification of confidence by implementing ṣῡfism which is more oriented to the sharῑ‘ah  , where he tried hard to reconcile sharῑ‘ah  and ḥaqῑqah. Among the various types of ṣῡfῑ orders affiliated with him, Ṭarῑqat al-Khalwatiyya is the famous one, which is later more popular with Khalwatiyyat al-Yῡsufiyya that has found fertile land especially in South Sulawesi

Perancangan Pengontrolan Lampu Berbasis IoT Dengan Google Assistant

Abstrak: Biasanya untuk menyalakan dan mematikan lampu yaitu dengan menggunakan saklar, dengan kecanggihan teknologi saat ini lampu dapat dikontrol menggunakan smartphone yang disebut dengan Internet of Things (IoT). Teknologi IoT pengontrolan peralatan elektronik dapat dikontrol dengan remot dan smartphone untuk menyalakan atau mematikan lampu sehingga dapat dikontrol dari jarak jauh. Lampu dapat dikontrol dengan perintah suara dengan aplikasi google assistant sehingga lampu dapat dengan mudah untuk dinyalakan atau dimatikan. Hanya dengan mengucapkan sebuah kalimat perintah maka google assistant mengirim perintah ke website sinric pro yang telah dikonfigurasi pada aplikasi google home kemudian perintah diterima oleh Node MCU untuk mengontrol lampu. Adapun jarak yang dapat dijangkau oleh Node MCU ke sumber wifi tidak kurang dari 30 meter berdasarkan pengukuran yang dilakukan. Perintah berupa kalimat yang diucapkan apabila tidak sesuai maka lampu gagal untuk diperintah lampu dapat di perintah menggunakan lebih dari satu smartphone dengan syarat saat login di aplikasi google assistant menggunakan email yang sama.   Kata kunci: Node MCU, Sinric Pro, Arduino ID

POLA KOMUNIKASI ANTARUMAT BERAGAMA DI DESA MARJANDI KECAMATAN PANOMBEIAN PANEI KABUPATEN SIMALUNGUNi

Abstrak: tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola komunikasi yang diterapkan masyarakat Desa Marjandi dalam kegiatan sosial masyarakatnya. Selain itu penelitian ini pula ditujukan untuk mengetahui apa saja kesepakatan bersama dalam upaya menjaga kerukunan antarumat beragama, serta apa saja interaksi atau aktivitas yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa Marjandi dalam perwujudkan kerukunan antarumat beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori interaksi simbolik yang digagas oleh George Herbert Mead. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif guna menjabarkan fenomena secara mendalam dan dideskripsikan secara sistematis yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan 7 informan, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dengan pemeriksaan keabsahan data berupa perpanjangan keikutsertaan dan meningkatkan ketekunan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa masyarakat Desa Marjandi menggunakan pola komunikasi primer, yaitu pertukaran pesan menggunakan pesan verbal dan non verbal dalam komunikasi antarpribadi. Adapun kesepatakan yang diterima bersama oleh masyarakat Desa Marjandi ialah pendirian gereja GKPS dan juga pemeliharaan hewan ternak bagi masyarakat Kristen. Adapun interaksi dalam bentuk kerukunan antara lain kegiatan gotong royong/jumat bersih, menghadiri hajatan seperti pesta adat, pernikahan, kegiatan rutin Desa, dan kegiatan agama. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap saling menghargai antar masyarakat Desa Marjandi sangat baik

Pentingnya E-Counseling dalam Pelayanan BK di Sekolah pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Literature Review

Pandemi Covid-19 menciptakan berbagai perubahan dalam hidup mulai dari Sosial distancing, memakai masker, WFH (Work From Home), dan pembelajaran sekolah via daring. Bimbingan konseling yang pada mulanya dilakukan secara luring atau bertatap muka langsung antara konselor dan peserta didik sekarang harus dilakukan secara daring. Disaat ini e-counseling menjadi salah satu solusi yang banyak dipakai pihak sekolah dalam proses pelayanan bk di sekolah. E-Counseling adalah konselor dan klien berkomunikasi melalui perangkat yang terhubung jaringan internet guna menyelesaikan masalah klien. Dengan adanya e-counseling proses pelayanan bk di sekolah masih bisa dilakukan tanpa bertemu secara langsung
