    This study was conducted at the Bank Mandiri Syariah (BSM) Situbondo Branch, with the conclusion that BSM is a bank with fairly reliable management, allowing it to survive and compete with non-Islamic (conventional) banks. BSM has many features and cooperation programs, including cooperation in the purchase of homes on credit, namely Griya financing products. Griya BSM financing is a murabahah-based short, medium, or long-term loan used to fund the acquisition of new and old residential (consumer) properties in a developer context. The practice of griya financing using murabahah agreements in BSM Situbondo Branch, Islamic Economic Analysis of griya financing using murabahah agreements in BSM Situbondo Branch, and Risk management Analysis of griya financing using murabahah agreements in BSM Situbondo Branch are the limitations of the problems used in this study. This study came to various conclusions, such that implementing griya financing transactions at BSM KCP Situbondo in the context of Fikih Mu'amalah is less acceptable when employing murabahah agreements, and that it is preferable to use the rahn account, according to the author.   Keywords: Griya; Murabahah; Islamic Ban

    Pengatur Intensitas Cahaya secara Otomatis dengan Perintah Google Voice Assistant

    Dalam sehari – hari cahaya merupakan bagian terpenting untuk menunjang aktivitas manusia. Kualitas cahaya yang tidak memadai dapat berdampak buruk pada fungsi visual, pikiran, produktivitas serta aktivitas kerja manusia. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan alat yang dapat mengatur intensitas cahaya. Penelitian ini merealisasikan beberapa aktivitas manusia yang dapat mengatur intensitas cahaya dengan perintah google voice assistant dengan menggunakan smartphone. ESP32 digunakan sebagai piranti penghubung antara google voice assistant dengan AC light dimmer module. Selain itu alat ini dapat dikendalikan jarak jauh hingga ke penjuru dunia karena menggunakan blynk API dan terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, pada perintah “mati” tegangan lampu 3,6 volt dengan intensitas cahaya 0 lux, pada perintah “tidur” tegangan lampu 107 volt dengan intensitas cahaya 1604,4 lux, pada perintah “santai” tegangan lampu 161,8 volt dengan intensitas cahaya 2416,4 lux serta pada perintah “belajar” tegangan lampu 216,6 volt dengan intensitas cahaya 3603 lux

    Piper sarmentosum Roxb. or "Kaduk", is one of potential herb to treat chronic diseases. It is traditionally consumed as drink and carminative as it contains various bioactive compounds with antioxidant activity. The yield of antioxidant compound from plants is influenced by several parameters including temperature, pH and solvent during nourishment or beverage process preparation. To date, there is no information regarding the effect of heat treatment on antioxidant content and activity of Piper sarmentosum Roxb. leaf. The present study evaluates the effect of different extraction temperatures on the total flavonoid content (TFC) of Piper sarmentosum Roxb. leaf and their corresp~nding antioxidant scavenging activities. Colorimetric aluminium chloride assay were used to measure the TFC of Pir.er sarmentosum Roxb. leaf extracts at temperature 30°C, 40°C, 50°C, 60°C, 70°C, 80 C, 90°C and 100°C. The antioxidant free radical scavenging activity was measured using 2,2-diphenyl-I-picryhydrazyl (DPPH) assay. TFC of Piper sarmentosum Roxb. was significantly elevated with increasing of extraction temperature (p<0.05) starting from 8.54 until 22.6ImgQE. In addition, increase extraction temperature also significantly increase antioxidant free scavenging activity of Piper sarmentosum Roxb from 42.39 until 89.76% compared to unheated Piper sarmentosum Roxb. extract, 24.3%. TFC (0.02mg/ml) content were highly correlated with DPPH free radical scavenging activities (R = 0.866) and is influenced by extraction temperature. In conclusion, extraction temperature significantly influence the antioxidant content and activities as the highest level of TFC and antioxidant scavenging activity observed when P.sarmentosum Roxb leaves heated at 100°C

    Jalan Penebal – Ulu Pulau, Kecamatan Bengkalis – Bantan, Kabupaten Bengkalis merupakan jalan yang dilalui masyarakat untuk melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari guna menunjang sektor pendidikan, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Jalan ini juga merupakan jalan penghubung antara Kabupaten Bengkalis – Bantan yang saat ini mengalami kerusakan. Hal ini menyebabkan terganggunya aktivitas masyarakat dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu perlu direncanakan tebal lapis perkerasan lentur pada ruas jalan Penebal – Ulu Pulau Kecamatan Bengkalis – Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis agar dapat memperlancar arus lalu lintas, dengan menggunakan data Lalu Lintas Harian Rata-rata (LHR) dan Daya Dukung Tanah ( DDT). Perencanaan ini menggunakan perkerasan lentur menggunakan metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan Revisi September 2017 dan metode Binamarga 2002. Di sisi lain, perlu membandingkan rencana anggaran untuk kedua metode tersebut. Dari hasil perencanaan perkerasan lentur berdasarkan data DDT dan LHR, metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan Revisi September 2017 memiliki ketebalan total 500 mm dengan estimasi biaya Rp. 15.675.970.000,00 dan metode Pt T-01-2002-B memiliki ketebalan total 800 mm dengan estimasi biaya Rp. 23.064.830.000,00

    A Multidimensional Framework for Measuring Scientific Leadership

    Scientific progress has been one of the critical concerns of many nations in recent decades. It has become one of the top priorities at the highest policy-making levels in several countries. During the last two decades, several policies have been developed to achieve scientific progress and leadership in different parts of the world. For example, China, Japan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Iran have designed their policies to accelerate scientific progress and achieve scientific leadership in a specific region. However, there is no comprehensive framework to measure the extent of scientific leadership in theory or practice. This study proposes a multidimensional framework for measuring scientific leadership in countries through a qualitative approach. To address this objective, key dimensions, indicators, and metrics for measuring scientific leadership were identified in the literature and policy documents. After the identification of these dimensions, indicators, and metrics, they were verified and weighted by different expert panels. According to the findings, a comprehensive framework for measuring scientific leadership includes five dimensions and 22 indicators and metrics. Results showed that “institutions” is more important than other dimensions in the framework. Since the nature of “scientific leadership” concept is more political than scientific, considering dimensions and indicators covered by the media is a more effective way to measure it. The findings of this study can give policymakers a more comprehensive and accurate view of the concept of scientific leadership and assist them in various planning and research policies. In addition, the proposed framework is the basis for future research seeking to assess scientific leadership quantitatively.https://dorl.net/dor/20.1001.1.20088302.2022.20.4.19.
