    Factor Influencing Purchase Intention for Co-Branded Anime Fashion Products

    Purpose: The analysis conducted in this study was done by computing and comprehending output derived from quantitative and qualitative data collected from consumers of Co-Branded Anime Products. This study strives to contribute to the scarce research regarding the effects of factors like product, price, place, promotion, and attitude toward the purchase intention for Co-Branded anime fashion products.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study was conducted with the technological assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26 to compute quantitative data from Co-Branded Anime Fashion Products consumers which were collected through Google Forms. Samples were determined using the method practiced by Hair et al. (2014). Qualitative data for this study was collected through fill-in questionnaires which were distributed to three consumers of Co-Branded Anime Fashion Products and analysed concurrently.Findings: What affects the purchase intention for Co-branded Anime Fashion Products is rarely, if not, ever studied despite its rising popularity in the modern age. This study concludes that determinants such as product, place, and attitude significantly influence the purchase intention for Co-branded Anime Fashion Products. In contrast, price and promotion do not, the reason being that the intention to purchase products of this nature is mostly driven by consumers’ interest and dedication to the collaborator (anime) featured on the products themselves

    The aim of conducting the present study is investigating the relationship between satisfaction with performance appraisal and some behavioral indices (work performance, affective attachment to the organization, motivation improvement and willingness to quit job) of employees in Bank Refah. This study is of applied type which has been conducted with descriptive-survey method. The data in this study have been collected from 269 employees in the headquarters offices of Bank Refah and data collection has been done using correlation and regression method and by SPSS software. The results indicate that satisfaction with performance appraisal is regarded as an important index in improving the effectiveness of this function of management and it will have outcomes such as motivation improvement, reduction in willingness to quit job, increasing affective commitment of employees and improvement in work performance. Therefore, it has been suggested that in order to increase the effectiveness of performance appraisal, in addition to fairness and transparency of assessments, it should be tired to continuously and from the perspective of employees, improve and modify this function of management

    La estenosis actínica del intestino se produce en ocasiones después del tratamiento con radioterapia de distintos tumores del abdomen o de zonas vecinas, afecta la mucosa del colon y es más frecuente la que aparece en algunos pacientes que han recibido radioterapia para el tratamiento de tumores de la región pélvica durante muchos meses, o incluso años después.
