JAVA TRADITIONAL COMMUNITY WEDDING CEREMONY TRADITION IN BANDAR JAWA III HUTA, BANDAR SUB-DISTRICT, SIMALUNGUN REGENCY

This research aimed at describe the tradition of the Javanese traditional community wedding ceremony at Huta III Bandar Jawa, Bandar Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research found that the Javanese traditional wedding tradition in Huta III generally consists of eleven processions, namely 1) peningsetan, 2) saserahan, 3) pasangtarub or tratag, 4) malamlamaran, 5) kerik-an, 6) ijabkabul, 7) temumanten, 8) lemparsirih, 9) injaktelur (wijidadi), 10) sungkeman, 11) tepungtawar and marhaban. The tradition of Javanese traditional ceremonies in Huta III is not the same as the wedding traditions in Central Java, there are several traditions or processions that have been abandoned. Not only that, the Javanese traditional wedding tradition in Huta III has now experienced a combination or acculturation of the surrounding culture, one of the acculturations of the Malay culture which has now been adopted or carried out by the Javanese people of Huta III in the Javanese traditional wedding procession

PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP NASABAH PENYIMPAN DANA DI BANK OLEH LEMBAGA PENJAMIN SIMPANAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi nasabaha penyimpan dana di bank dan perlindungan hukum simpanan nasabah bank oleh Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif, dengan cara mengumpulkan bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Adapun hasil dan pembahasan menjelaskna bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap nasabah penyimpan dana dibank dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung baik kedudukannya sebagai kreditur maupun debitur. Keberadaan Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan yang berperan sebagai penjamin terhadap simpanan nasabah bank, maka apabila terdapat bank yang mengalami kesulitan usaha, kemudian dicabut izin usahanya dan dilikuidasi, kedudukan nasabah tetap terjamin. Dengan kata lain, Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan merupakan bentuk nyata dari adanya penjaminan dan perlindungan terhadap dana simpanan masyarakat

KEWENANGAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN PERIZINAN BERUSAHA

The authority to administer business licenses in the regions and the authority of the regional government in administering business licenses using the Online Single Submission (OSS) system are matters that will be studied. The research method used is normative legal research. The results of the research and discussion show that the authority to administer business licenses in the regions is a concurrent authority owned by the regions. Where the authority of the regional government must follow the norms, standards, criteria and procedures set by the central government. The implementation of Business Licensing in the Regions is carried out to improve the investment ecosystem. The improvement of the investment ecosystem and business activities includes Risk-Based Business Licensing, basic requirements for Business Licensing, and sector Business Permits and ease of investment requirements. The implementation of Business Licensing using the Online Single Submission (OSS) System by the regional government is limited to operating the system while the Central Government through the OSS institution carries out the implementation. The OSS system does not mean taking over the authority of the regional government in the licensing process, because the regional government continues to oversee investors' commitment to business licensing

PENILAIAN KESEHATAN TAHURA BANTEN PADA BLOK KOLEKSI TUMBUHAN DAN ATAU SATWA

Banten Forest Park is one of the conservation areas with an area of 1,595.9 ha whose management is divided into five large blocks, one of which is a collection block of plants and or animals. Tahura Banten has the potential to have a fairly high economic and ecological value, it needs an important role in knowing the current forest conditions that allow for changes and trends in it by conducting forest health assessments. Tahura health can be assessed through biodiversity in a Region of Tahura identified as the criteria for the sustainability of forest ecosystems. The purpose of this study is to conduct a health assessment of Tahura Banten on the Plant and or Animal Collection Block which is intended to assess and report the current health condition (status) of Tahura based on ecological indicators of forest health. This research was conducted in November to December 2021 at the Plant and or Animal Collection Block in Tahura Banten. Data collection is carried out by creating a tahura health measurement plot using the Forest Health Monitoring method. Analysis of ecological indicators used in this study in the form of biodiversity, vitality (header conditions) and productivity. The results of data processing resulted in the value of the diversity status of tree types (H'), header conditions (VCRs), and productivity (LBDS) in 10 (ten) plot clusters. Tahura's health category is obtained based on the final value. The results of the data obtained can be categorized as 30% good, 40% moderate and 30% bad health conditions. The results of this study showed that the value of Tahura Health is in a moderate condition with a threshold value of 4,187-5,692 of 40%, which is able to define Tahura Banten in the Plant and or Animal Collection Block has a fairly healthy condition
