ANALISIS PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DAN ETIKA KERJA ISLAM SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN BANK ACEH SYARIAH KOTA LHOKSEUMAWE)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Locus of Control terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Etika Kerja Islam sebagai variabel Moderasi (Studi pada Karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah Kota Lhokseumawe). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari 128 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Etika Kerja Islam sebagai variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini mampu memoderasi dengan baik pengaruh antara locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tipe quasi moderasi

Jatinangor as the area of higher education for the five colleges appeals to the emergence of trade and services around campus locations. This study discusses the characteristics of the pattern of trade and services revenue that arises due to the influence of the activities of the academic community in the area. The data collection methods are questionnaire technique and secondary data collection. The questionnaires were distributed to the suppliers of goods and services. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results indicate the influence of the academic community, especially students so that the income of providers of goods and services is relatively high. A significant influence on the pattern of income of the services providers is by the active time-off lectures and domicile of the academic community. The percentage of influence reached 59% in terms of decline turnover experience

Politik Pembangunan Gampong (Studi Kasus Penyaluran Bantuan Langsung Tunai ( BLT ) Dana Desa Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Gampong Uteun Bayu Kecamatan Bandar Dua Kabupaten Pidie Jaya Aceh

This study discusses the role of gampong political institutions in the process of distributing BLT village funds during the Covid-19 pandemic in Gampong Uteun Bayu, Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. Based on the data that has been obtained, the distribution in the form of direct cash assistance for village funds is much more effective than before the pandemic. However, in the accuracy of the distribution of funds, it is still necessary to "sensitivity" the Gampong apparatus in tabulating, observing and collecting more transparent data on blt recipients of village funds. Because the distribution of BLT village funds is none other than to improve the welfare of the community during a pandemic, where it is political actors who have the greatest role in its implementation

Factors Affecting the Profit of Coal Companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX)

This study aims to examine the effect of Firm Size, Leverage, and Accrued Expenses on Profits in coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is secondary data from as many as 8 coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for an observation period of 7 years so there are 56 observations. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. The method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously show that Firm size, leverage, and Accrued Expenses have a positive and significant effect on the profits of coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this service is to realize community service planning conducted with Forum Group Discussion (FGD) in Gampong Balang Panyang with Gampong Leadership, Tuha Peut and other youth figures and Stake holders. There are several problems behind this devotion, namely the management of tourism things have not been managed properly in accordance with Islamic law, the method of Devotion Activities is based on the principle of participatory towards all parties involved. Planning together, conducting activities, monitoring and evaluating together the extent of the progress of the activities. As a result, This Japanese Guha tourist site can also be a means of education as well as an additional literacy about the history of the past. Of course, this becomes a picture that the management must be maximized and the development to all citizens in developing halal tourism potential in the historical site. in conclusion, the management of Guha Japan Tourism Site became the authority of the Lhokseumawe City Government through the Tourism Office and the Education and Culture Office.  This makes the management of Japan Guha tourism has not been maximized

Implementasi Program Indonesia Pintar bagi Siswa Tingkat Sekolah Dasar

This study aims to observe closely the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program at an elementary school in Lhokseumawe city and the obstacles encountered in its implementation. A qualitative descriptive was employed to obtain data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results revealed that the assistance provided to students is very useful, even though only in the amount of Rp. 450,000, but it can ease the strain on parents, which is used to meet student needs. The Smart Indonesia Program is expected to be sustained so that students can continue their studies to higher levels of education. However, the obstacle faced is that the supervision from the local government (stakeholder) has not been effective. Some students cannot afford to have not been registered as recipients of the Smart Indonesia Card even though the school operator has submitted it through the Dapodik application. As a result, some parents of students complained to the school regarding this case

KARAKTERISTIK AGROINDUSTRI KERIPIK DAN MINIATUR MOBIL-MOBILAN DI DESA SUNGAI LANGKA

Agroindustrial activities have an important role to support the agricultural sector both from an economic and social perspective. This is supported by the superior characteristics possessed by agroindustry, namely the use of raw materials from natural resources available locally. Sungai Langka Village is one of the villages that has agricultural potential that can support the development of agro-industrial areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of agro-industry activities in Sungai Langka Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative method which is supported by quantitative method. The results reveals that there are two types of agro-industry activities that developed in Sungai Langka Village, namely chips agro-industry and mini-cars agro-industry. Agroindustry in Sungai Langka Village is dominated by small scale and households, with the highest participation being dominated by men at 89 percent, but it is also inseparable from the contribution of women, the majority of business actors have low to moderate levels of education, and raw materials are mostly obtained from local and a small number of non-local, the scope of marketing has reached national level, and there are several institutions that play a role in the development of agro-industry in Sungai Langka Village such as the government, organizational human initiatives, Bank BRI, and et
