    ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH DAN INDEX DIVERSIFIKASI AGROINDUSTRI PANGAN LOKAL ENBAL UBIKAYU

    The aim of this research is to analyze the added value and diversification index as well as the factors that influence the level of product diversification. The research was conducted in Southeast Maluku Regency. The research sample is cassava enbal agroindustry actors. The results showed that the ratio of added value and profit for agro-industry actors was 26.15% and 25.88%. The average cassava agroindustry entropy index is 1.31, the highest index is 1.79 and the lowest index is 1.04. This value means that the cassava agro-industry diversifies processed products, but it is not maximized. The results of the analysis simultaneously with the F-test are shown in Table 1. The calculated F-value of 28.72 is greater than the F-table of 2.10. This means that together the length of business, business capital, education level, availability of labor, age of craftsmen, number of family members and dummy income of agro-industry and non-agro-industry have a significant effect on the level of product diversification

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kelangkaan pupuk bersubsidi terhadap produksi dan pendapatan petani padi sawah di Desa Waimital, Kecamatan Kairatu, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif  dan menggunakan analisis uji paired sample test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya kelangkaan pupuk bersubsidi yang berdampak pada produksi dan pendapatan petani padi sawah di tempat penelitian. Penyebab kelangkaan pupuk bersubsidi yang terjadi karena adanya ketidaksesuaian antara permintaan/usulan terhadap pupuk bersubsidi dengan realisasi dari pemerintah, akibat kelangkaan pupuk bersubsidi petani rela membeli pupuk nonsubsidi yang harganya sangat mahal guna memenuhi kebutuhan pupuk mereka. Hal ini menyebabkan produksi menurun dari rata-rata 1.567 kg/musim tanam sebelum kelangkaan pupuk bersubsidi menjadi rata-rata 1.527 kg/musim tanam selama kelangkaan pupuk bersubsidi

    Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans Houtt) is known as a spice plant that has high economic value and is a multipurpose plant because every part of it can be utilized. This research was carried out in March 2021 until it was completed. On Damer Island (Kehli Village and Wulur Village, Damer District). Data were collected through interviews, observations and literature studies. Sampling was carried out intentionally (purposive sampling) based on the provisions of the large population of farmers who cultivate banda nutmeg plants. Based on the Sovin formula for the population and an error rate of 15%, it can be obtained a sample of 40 nutmeg banda farmers in Wulur Village and 32 banda nutmeg farmers in Kehli Village, Damer District. This study aims to determine the income, feasibility of farming and development strategies for nutmeg on Damer Island. The results showed that the nutmeg banda farming on Damer Island was profitable so it was feasible to be developed. The results of the SWOT and QSPM analysis show that the prioritized strategy for Banda nutmeg development efforts is to improve the quality of human resources for nutmeg farmers and PPL officers. It is important that this priority strategy is carried out with pest and plant disease control programs through identification, supervision and control of plant pests and diseases, training on pest and plant disease management for farmers and PPL officers.Pala (Myristica fragrans Houtt) dikenal sebagai tanaman rempah yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi dan merupakan tanaman serbaguna karena setiap bagiannya dapat dimanfaatkan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan, kelayakan usahatani dan strategi pengembangan pala di Pulau Damer. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-Mei 2021 di Pulau Damer (Desa Kehli dan Desa Wulur, Kecamatan Damer). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling) berdasarkan ketentuan besarnya populasi petani yang membudidayakan tanaman pala banda. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin untuk populasi dan tingkat kesalahan 15% maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 40 petani di Desa Wulur dan 32 petani di Desa Kehli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani pala banda di Pulau Damer menguntungkan sehingga layak untuk dikembangkan. Hasil analisis SWOT dan QSPM menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diprioritaskan dalam upaya pengembangan pala Banda adalah peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia petani pala dan petugas PPL. Strategi prioritas ini penting dilakukan dengan program pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman melalui identifikasi, pengawasan dan pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman, pelatihan pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman bagi petani dan petugas PPL

    The research objective is to analyze the flow of raw materials, product flows, information flows, and cash flows in the supply chain at PT. MFM Central Maluku Regency. This study was analyzed using a descriptive method to describe the supply chain mechanism. The results showed that the nutmeg wine supply chain actors consisted of suppliers, producers, distributors, and consumers. Companies selling their products directly to consumers or through intermediaries occur through two supply chains. In the first supply flow, producers directly sell products to end consumers. Producers sell their products to intermediary traders and final consumers in the second supply chain. The flow of products from suppliers to intermediaries and then to consumers.     This study aimed to analyze the mechanism and efficiency of the papaya supply chain in Ambon Island. The analytical method uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The qualitative analysis describes the mechanism of the papaya supply chain flow, while the quantitative analysis analyzes marketing margins, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency. Based on the results of the analysis, there are 2 supply chain channels for the papaya wulung supply chain in Saniani Maju, the first channel (Producers β†’ Collectors in the mardika market β†’ Consumers), the second channel (Producers β†’ Rujak natsepa traders β†’ Consumers). Papaya bangkok at Gerbang Mas has 1 channel (Farmers β†’ Fris fresh market β†’ Consumers). Analysis of efficiency and farmer share shows that all marketing channels are efficient because they meet the criteria, namely the calculation results of farmer's share β‰₯ 40% and marketing efficiency value < 50%

    The research aims to determine the value of processed coconut products at UD Wootay Coconut. UD Wootay Coconut and value chain actors in Teon Nila Serua District, Masohi City, and Ambon City. The data source for this research was obtained through an interview process using a prepared questionnaire linked to the value chain. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis uses cost and margin analysis. The results showed that the value chain of UD Wootay coconut agro-industry is quite long. The UD Wootay coconut agro-industry value chain actors include farmers, processing companies, distributors, and customers. Actors who play an active role in the coconut agro-industry value chain each get a margin according to the details of the work. The margin received by UD Wootay Coconut is IDR 13,909,000. Farmers get a margin of IDR 1,763,000, and Retailers get a margin of IDR 1,000,000

    The purpose of this study was to determine the agribusiness system, income level, and development strategy. Determination of the sample of farmer respondents using Simple Random Sampling, with farmer respondents as many as 34 people. The results showed that the agribusiness system includes cultivation, production, downstream processing and supporting institutions. The average total income of cashew farmers per harvest season is Rp. 4,582,022 with an average land area of 1.33 ha. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be concluded that the total score of the IFE matrix in the development of cashew agribusiness in Bantea Village is 2.826693 and the EFE matrix is 2.725203.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem agribisnis, tingkat pendapatan, dan strategi pengembangan. Penentuan sampel responden petani menggunakan Simple Random Sampling, dengan responden petani sebanyak 34 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem agribisnis meliputi budidaya, produksi, pengolahan hilir dan lembaga penunjang. Rata-rata total pendapatan petani jambu mete per musim panen sebesar Rp. 4.582.022 dengan rata-rata luas lahan sebesar 1,33 ha. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT dapat disimpulkan bahwa total skor matriks IFE dalam pengembangan agribisnis jambu mete di Desa Bantea adalah 2,826693 dan matriks EFE adalah 2,725203

    This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the production and income of Lakor goats. The research used a survey method using interview techniques and field observations. The study was conducted in Letoda Village, Lakor Island District, Southwest Maluku Regency, with the number of respondents selected as many as 45 people (50%) from 90 population of Lakor goat breeders. Primary and secondary data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed that determining the factors that affect the production of Lakor goats after being analyzed by multiple regression analysis showed that the independent variables, namely length of business, seeds, number of workers, area of ​​cages, and feed together, significantly affected the production of Lakor goats. Meanwhile, for the effect of each independent variable on the production of Lakor goats, it was found that the length of business, seeds, cage area, feed had a significant effect, and labor had no effect on the production of Lakor goats. The income of the Lakor goat breeder per year is IDR 10,963,611. The feasibility of the Lakor goat livestock business has an R/C ratio value of 2.03 and a B/C ratio of 1.03 so that the Lakor goat business is feasible to be cultivated and developed for the welfare of the community

    This study aims to formulate a strategy to increase corn production and marketing Sampling was done by simple random sampling using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 15 percent. The sample size is 30 farmers in West Oirata Village and 30 farmers in Nomaha Village. The sample of traders was taken using the tracing sampling method which in the end the large sample of traders was 2 people. Data analysis to answer the first objective is the Cobb-Douglass production function, the second objective is analyzed using margin share, and the third objective is analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the production factors that had a significant effect on corn production were land area and labor, while herbicides had an insignificant effect on corn production. The results of the analysis using margin share obtained two marketing channels for corn in the research area. The SWOT analysis shows that the most prioritized strategy for increasing corn production and marketing is improving the quality of human resources for corn farmers and Field Agricultural Officers (PPL). An efficient marketing channel is marketing channel I. The most prioritized strategy for efforts to increase production and marketing of corn is to improve the quality of human resources for corn farmers and agricultural extension workers through education, training and internships related to corn cultivation and postharvest processing.Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis faktor produksi, pemasasan dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan produksi dan pemasaran jagung. Penarikan sampel dilakukan secara acak sederhana (simple random sampling) menggunakan formula Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 15 persen dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 petani di Desa Oirata Barat dan 30 Petani di Desa Nomaha. Sampel pedagang diambil menggunakan metode penjajakan (tracking sampling) dengan jumlah sampel pedagang sebanyak 2 orang. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis secara kuantitatif untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor produksi dan margin share sedangkan analisis secara kualitatif untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan produksi dan pemasaran jagung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, faktor-faktor produksi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi jagung adalah luas lahan dan tenaga kerja, sedangkan herbisida berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap produksi jagung. Hasil analisis menggunakan margin share diperoleh dua saluran pemasaran jagung pada daerah penelitian. Analisis SWOT menunjukan bahwa strategi yang paling diprioritaskan untuk peningkatan produksi dan pemasaran jagung adalah peningkatan kualitas SDM petani jagung dan Petugas Pertanian Lapangan (PPL). Saluran pemasaran yang efisien adalah saluran pemasaran I. Strategi yang paling di prioritaskan untuk dilakukan usaha peningkatan produksi dan pemasaran jagung yaitu meningkatkan kualitas SDM petani jagung dan petugas Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan melalui kegiatan pendidikan, pelatihan dan magang terkait budidaya dan pengolahan pascapanen jagung
