The positive effect of the Shungite room, unified by green healing clay on the human energy was established. The free-radical reactions in the water spaces followed by photons release in the ultraviolet portion of the spectrum which corresponds to the Kirlian glow. The following criteria for water energy conditions evaluation were used: the width of a crown illumination, the clear tape drives presence in it; the coronal inner region characteristics (presence of blackouts, grain). Completed computer analysis based on the histogram of brightness of pixels used methodology flicker noise spectroscopy. According to it the identified natural water as well as the water from the holy sources parameters were compared with the same in distilled water. The influence of thinking on human bioenergy, water and minerals was established.Key words: Kirlian photography, anthropogenic factors, biosphere

The work was explored the kinetics of the changes in the components of the liquid from Achilles tendon, that occur in the tissue of the Achilles tendon as a result of processes of autolysis, within 2-3, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-20 days post-mortem period. The gas-discharge luminescence of biological fluid was studied on x-ray film. More than 50 droplets for each group were investigated. The histograms were analyzed the brightness of the amplitude peaks in the 7 sub-bands of each sample liquid. Median was determined of the obtained sample values and the difference between the medians of the number of pixels in the current sub-band brightness with of the previous.  The ratio of the differences of the subsequent diapason the previous was established, to assess the rate of change of luminescence intensity. The differences of GR-glow liquid of the Achilles tendon in the compared groups was revealed depending on the time of death. It was established that to use histograms to detect differences and peculiarities in the luminescence of biological objects, could have practical value for solving the question of the time of death. It is appropriate to further study of changes in the content of the various components of corpses' tissues in conjunction with the biophysical studies. This can provide valuable scientific and practical material for the needs of pathomorphology and forensic medicine

The Olympic Games are a mega-event not only for athletes, coaches and referees. It is also very important for all citizens of the Olympic Games host country. The Olympics legacy is the development of mass rather than professional sport. Six years passed since Sochi Olympics and now it is time to evaluate and analyze the intangible aspect of the mega-sports event legacy. We analyzed the data on the overall growth in the number of people systematically involved in physical education and sports in Russia from 2008 to 2019. The study findings suggest a significant positive impact of the Olympics on people’s lifestyle. Over the decade, the number of people involved in physical education and sports in Russia increased 2.5 times. The main positive effect is revealed in young people

The multiple system ADS 9626: A quadruple star or an encounter of two binaries?

© 2014, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. The parameters of the quadruple system ADS 9626 (µ Boo) are analyzed. The system consists of two double stars: the Aa pair with an angular separation of ρ = 0.08″ and the BC pair with an angular separation of ρ = 2.2″, separated by ρ = 107″ and having the same parallaxes and proper motions. Position observations with the Pulkovo 26″ refractor have yielded from direct astrometric measurements the difference in the apparent magnitudes and the component-mass ratio for the BC subsystem: Δm = 0.59 ± 0.06, M(B)/M(C) = 1.18 ± 0.02. Spectroscopy with the Russian-Turkish 1.5-m telescope has yielded the radial velocities and physical parameters of the Aa, B, and C components. Speckle-interferometric observations with the 6-m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory have provided the first measurements of the magnitude difference in the close Aa subsystem: Δm = 0.46 ± 0.03 (λ = 5500 Å) and Δm = 0.41 ± 0.03 (λ = 8000 Å). The new observations are consistent with the known orbits, which were used to find the radial velocities for the centers of mass of the inner subsystems. Themotion of the outer pair, Aa-BC, is studied using the apparent motion parameters (AMP) method. It is not possible to derive an elliptical orbit for this pair; the elements of a hyperbolic orbit have been estimated. The difference of the heavy-element abundances for the Aa and BC subsystems of 0.5 dex confirms that these pairs have a different origin. This suggests that we are observing here a close encounter of two binary stars

Tissue distribution of the laminin β1 and β2 chain during embryonic and fetal human development

Laminins are the major glycoproteins present in all basement membranes. Previously, we showed that perlecan is present during human development. Although an overview of mRNA-expression of the laminin β1 and β2 chains in various developing fetal organs is already available, a systematic localization of the laminin β1 and β2 chains on the protein level during embryonic and fetal human development is missing. Therefore, we studied the immunohistochemical expression and tissue distribution of the laminin β1 and β2 chains in various developing embryonic and fetal human organs between gestational weeks 8 and 12. The laminin β1 chain was ubiquitously expressed in the basement membrane zones of the brain, ganglia, blood vessels, liver, kidney, skin, pancreas, intestine, heart and skeletal system. Furthermore, the laminin β2 chain was present in the basement membrane zones of the brain, ganglia, skin, heart and skeletal system. The findings of this study support and expand upon the theory that these two laminin chains are important during human development

In the article proposed logical-linguistic methods of work with grammatical structures, feature of which is formalization of knowledge about the transformation of linguistic structures in contrast to the description of the transformation algorithm using set-theoretic operations. This approach is appli- cable in the case if the result of a complex transformation is intuitively understandable and an easily interpretable. The last property, in particular, has and a complex algorithm for constructing the lexical analyzer of formal grammar, given with regular metasymbolic expression

Over the past decades, there has been an increase in the incidence of asymptomatic hyperuricemia (AHU), which includes an increased level (>360 μmol/L) of uric acid (UA) in the blood serum of patients with no clinical manifestations of gout. AHU is reported in various rheumatic diseases, mainly in osteoarthritis, in which AHU is one of the manifestations of the metabolic syndrome. There is relationship between AHU and pulmonary hypertension in systemic sclerosis, arterial hypertension (AH) in men with seronegative rheumatoid arthritis, extensive cutaneous psoriasis and metabolic disorders in psoriatic arthritis. There are almost no data on AHU in ankylosing spondylitis (AS), which served objective for this work. Objective: to assess the association of AHU with AS duration and activity and the presence of comorbid diseases.Patients and methods. A retrospective analysis of 48 medical histories of patients with diagnosed AS, who were treated in V.A. Nasonova Research Institute of Rheumatology from 2015 to 2019 years, whose serum UA level was >360 μmol/L.Results and discussion. More than half of patients with AS and AHU were overweight, 21% were obese. AH was diagnosed in 43.7% of patients. Stage II–III chronic kidney disease was detected in 16.7% of patients, urolithiasis – in 18.8%. 4 (8.3%) patients had diabetes mellitus. The serum UA level in patients with AS was 422.0 ± 61.6 μmol/L. In patients with AS, an association between AHU and age, duration and disease activity was noted. There was no statistically significant rela- tionship between HG and blood glucose, cholesterol, creatinine levels, body mass index. Correlation analysis revealed a statistically significant relationship between the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and the age of patients (r=-0.54, p<0.001), the duration of the disease (r=-0.40, p<0.05), cholesterol level (r=-0.48, p=0.01), UA level (r=-0.45, p=0.03) and blood pressure (r=-0.54, p<0.001). There was no association between disease activity and GFR (p>0.05).Conclusion. In AS, an association between an increased level of UA in the blood serum and the duration and activity of the disease, and patient's age, was established.

Mammary stem cells have myoepithelial cell properties.

Contractile myoepithelial cells dominate the basal layer of the mammary epithelium and are considered to be differentiated cells. However, we observe that up to 54% of single basal cells can form colonies when seeded into adherent culture in the presence of agents that disrupt actin-myosin interactions, and on average, 65% of the single-cell-derived basal colonies can repopulate a mammary gland when transplanted in vivo. This indicates that a high proportion of basal myoepithelial cells can give rise to a mammary repopulating unit (MRU). We demonstrate that myoepithelial cells, flow-sorted using two independent myoepithelial-specific reporter strategies, have MRU capacity. Using an inducible lineage-tracing approach we follow the progeny of myoepithelial cells that express α-smooth muscle actin and show that they function as long-lived lineage-restricted stem cells in the virgin state and during pregnancy. This work was funded by Cancer Research UK, Breast Cancer Campaign, the University of Cambridge, Hutchison Whampoa Limited, La Ligue Nationale Contre le Cancer (Equipe Labelisée 2013) and a grant from Agence Nationale de la Recherche ANR- 08-BLAN-0078-01 to M.A.G.This is the author accepted manuscript.
