ANALISA PERHITUNGAN BIAYA TUNDAAN LALU LINTAS PADA SIMPANG TIGA JALAN JUANDA DAN JUANDA 8 KOTA SAMARINDA
ABSTRACTÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The purpose of research is to know cost analysis calculation of traffic delays Simpang" Juanda Three Way and Juanda 8 Samarinda. The research was done from June 2012 until August 2012 (8 weeks). The time for the observation consist of three part of time, the first 07.00 am - 09.00 am, second 11.00 am - 01.00 pm, and the last 04.00 pm - 06.00 pm. The result of the research are the calculation of vehicle operating cost that occur when traffic conditions stabilized is Rp. 15.182,-/ km/ vehicle and traffic delay caused a lot of trips up there so it raises the cost of delay, large costs on average delay during rush hour is Rp.36.783.,-/ km/ vehicle.Keywords: Cost Analysis, Vehicle Operating Cos
Query Expansion of Zero-Hit Subject Searches: Using a Thesaurus in Conjunction with NLP Techniques
The focus of our study is zero-hit queries in keyword subject searches and the effort of increasing recall in these cases by reformulating and, then, expanding the initial queries using an external source of knowledge, namely a thesaurus. To this end, the objectives of this study are twofold. First, we perform the mapping of query terms to the thesaurus terms. Second, we use the matched terms to expand the user’s initial query by taking advantage of the thesaurus relations and implementing natural language processing (NLP) techniques. We report on the overall procedure and elaborate on key points and considerations of each step of the process

Penelitian Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan menggunakan algoritma Perceptron ini, akan digunakan dalam menyelesaikan kasus untuk menunjang sebuah keputusan pada pembangunan irigasi air di daerah Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan algoritma Perceptron adalah sebuah metode yang mampu melakukan proses perhitungan dengan mengenali variabel-variabel dalam pencocokan pola dan pada akhirnya hasil keluaran dari Jaringan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan. Tujuan akhir dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu pihak Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan yang kesulitan dalam menentukan daerah mana yang seharusnya terlebih dahulu di prioritaskan untuk pembangunan sistem irigasi, sehingga pihak Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan cepat tanggap dalam memutuskan pembangunan sistem irigasi. Algorithm To Architecture Mapping Model (ATAMM) multicomputer operating system functional specification
A functional description of the ATAMM Multicomputer Operating System is presented. ATAMM (Algorithm to Architecture Mapping Model) is a marked graph model which describes the implementation of large grained, decomposed algorithms on data flow architectures. AMOS, the ATAMM Multicomputer Operating System, is an operating system which implements the ATAMM rules. A first generation version of AMOS which was developed for the Advanced Development Module (ADM) is described. A second generation version of AMOS being developed for the Generic VHSIC Spaceborne Computer (GVSC) is also presented

Elderly is an age group that is very vulnerable to experiencing health problems. The method used is an observational approach. The analysis carried out focuses on processing numerical data which is interpreted with health phenomena in the village community. The analysis resulted in problem solving in the form of consultations, health checks, and training in the health sector. Some of the programs that the team carried out were counseling on self-medication and health checks for the elderly. With this problem solving method, it is hoped that it can help solve the health problems of the elderly in Iroyudan Village. To be able to face life, the elderly must maintain good health and fitness, the elderly must carry out regular sports activities, carry out a healthy lifestyle, rest, do not smoke and have regular health checks. One of the efforts to achieve health is by exercising so that for the elderly to be able to get a healthy body, one of them must regularly do sports activities. Regular exercise is an effective and safe alternative to improve or maintain fitness and health if done properly. Aerobic activities suitable for the elderly include: walking, low impact aerobic exercise, elderly exercise, cycling, swimming and so on. INTEGRASI PROTOKOL MQTT DAN HTTP UNTUK OTOMASI BERBASIS IOT PADA PERTANIAN LAHAN KERING
The availability of telecommunication infrastructure and services has not been evenly distributed throughout the NTT region. This problem becomes the basis of this research to develop a communication system that capable of reaching areas without a telecommunications network. Through the LORA gateway on the raspberry pi, information from areas that are not covered by telecommunications services is sent to another gateway using a working frequency of 915MHz. The plant in this study is the regulation of soil moisture with the input of 2 sensors and 1 relay for controlling land irrigation activities. An esp8266 sensor node collects the sensing results of the YL-69 and DS18B20 sensors to control the pump motor operation. The process of sending data between the sensor node and the gateway uses the mqtt protocol. Users in areas served by the internet network can access all published data on the test website. The results of controlling the plant area in the test area fluctuated and tended to be stable at between 60% and 80%
