    The role of Kontak tani in the group is one thing that can`t be separated to the survival of the group. Leadership styles that`s applied by Kontak tani are the ways of working in order to achieve the purpose directing members of a group that can be seen from the performance. This study aims to determine the leadership styles that`s generally applied by Kontak tani and the relationship of leadership styles with performance. The author use validity test, reliability test and Spearman rank test as the analysis tools in this research. Based on the research conducted, leadership styles were commonly applied by the farmer in the village of Babakan contacts are participatory that visible from the involvement of members in the group. In addition, there is a fairly strong correlation between leadership style and performance based on the perception of the group mamber. It needs a through understanding of the various stakeholders within the group or institutional farms that, establishment of groups is based on the increase in well-being and not merely for assistance

    Communication is the most essential thing that people do in daily activity, many way to people in communicate between each other. Commonly peoples choose the easy and practical way for any communication, using a smart phone is the exact way, it easy to operate and allow bring to everywhere. Meanwhile there are many research who claim mobile phone is one of several cause in traffic accident this because people tend to keep using the smartphone while driving which people have a limit concentration and limit physical bodies. Nowadays many smartphone offered some free applications to communicate both messaging or calls and have distinct feature of each. However most of all feature have not able to solve the kind of issued above. Red Lemon is group chat application that have smart solution to be able communicate even in some activity that need extra concentration. It able to messaging and make a call using speech recognition system and able to get information of the message without touch the phone using text-to-speech system, it will read out all the message received. Hence it very useful for many kind of peoples condition

    Eksperimentasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Gi Dan Nht Dalam Lc7e Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Matematika Dan Motivasi Berprestasi Ditinjau Dari Adversity Quotient

    The aim of this research was to determine the effect of learning models toward the learning achievement in Mathematics and the achievement motivation viewed from the Adversity Quotient (AQ). The learning models compared were Cooperative Learning Model of Group Investigation (GI) Type and Numbered Head Together (NHT) Type in Learning Cycle 7E (LC7E). This research used the quasi experimental research method. Its population was all of the students in Grade VII of State Junior Secondary Schools of Sukoharjo. The samples of the research were taken by using the stratified cluster random sampling technique. The samples consisted of 214 students, and they were divided into two groups, 107 students in Experimental Class 1 and 107 in Experimental Class 2. The instruments used for gathering the data of the research were test of achievement in Mathematics learning, questionnaire of achievement motivation, and AQ measurement tool. The data was analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance. The results of the research show that: (1) the students exposed to the NHT in LC7E have a better learning achievement in Mathematics than GI in LC7E; (2) the students exposed to the NHT in LC7E have a better achievement motivation than GI in LC7E; (3) the students with AQ of the climbers type have a better learning achievement in Mathematics than those the campers or quitters type, and the students with AQ of the campers type have a better learning achievement in Mathematics than those the quitters type; (4) the students with AQ of the climbers type have a better achievement motivation than the campers or quitters type, and the students with AQ of the campers type have a better achievement motivation than those the quitters type; (5) in each learning model, either in the NHT in LC7E or GI in LC7E, the students with AQ of the climbers type have a better learning achievement in Mathematics than those the campers or quitters type, and the students with AQ of the campers type have a better learning achievement in Mathematics than those the quitters type; (6) in each learning model, either the NHT in LC7E or the GI in LC7E, the students with AQ of the climbers type have a better achievement motivation than those the campers or quitters type, and the students with AQ of the campers type have a better achievement motivation than those the quitters type; (7) in each type of the AQ, either the quitters, campers, or climbers, the students exposed to the NHT in LC7E have a better learning achievement in Mathematics than GI in LC7E; and (8) in each type of the AQ, either the quitters, campers, or climbers, the students exposed to the NHT in LC7E have a better achievement motivation than GI in LC7E

    During presentation, it is hard to maintain the slide because we need to stand in front of the room and often not able to touch the computer. The presenters need to take attention at both their voice, and body language such eye contact, facial expression, posture, gesture, and body orientation. Microsoft PowerPoint is a simple but very useful tool to create digital presentation. Even though it is simple to use, but this application required the presenter to take control while using it, such as to star the slide show or moving it to the next slide. The purpose of this research is to minimize physical contact between user and the computer during the presentation by controlling the move of the slide using voice. This research will implement the Hidden Markov Model algorithm and Sphinx-4 library

    Quantum measurement of coherence in coupled quantum dots

    We describe the conditional and unconditional dynamics of two coupled quantum dots when one dot is subjected to a measurement of its occupation number using a single electron transistor (SET). The measurement is made when the bare tunneling rate though the SET is changed by the occupation number of one of the dots. We show that there is a difference between the time scale for the measurement-induced decoherence between the localized states of the dots and the time scale on which the system becomes localized due to the measurement. A comparison between theory and current experiments is made.Comment: 12 pages, 7 figure

    Implementation of Real-Time Static Hand Gesture Recognition Using Artificial Neural Network

    This paper implements static hand gesture recognition in recognizing the alphabetical sign from “A” to “Z”, number from “0” to “9”, and additional punctuation mark such as “Period”, “Question Mark”, and “Space” in Sistem Isyarat Bahasa Indonesia (SIBI). Hand gestures are obtained by evaluating the contourrepresentation from image segmentation of the glove wore by user. Then, it is classified using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) based on the training model previously built from 100 images for each gesture. The accuracy rate of hand gesture translation is calculated to be 90%. Moreover, speech translation recognizes NATO phonetic letter as the speech input for translation

    Model Pembelajaran Artikulasi dengan Media Animasi Powtoon untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangan

    The objective of the research is to investigate whether the application of the articulation learning model with Powtoon animation media can improve the learning achievement in the Financial Accounting. This research used the class room action research (CAR). The data of research were collected through test, observation, and documentation/archives. They were analyzed by using the quantitative and qualitative analysis. The result of the research shows that in prior to the treatment in Pre-cycle, the students\u27 learning achievement on the affective aspect was 43.75% in the students\u27 learning achievement on the cognitive aspect was 25%, and the students\u27 learning achievement on the psychomotor aspect was 50%. Following the treatment in Cycle I, the students\u27 learning achievement on the affective aspect became 56.25%, the students\u27 learning achievement on the cognitive aspect became 56.25%, and the students\u27 learning achievement on the psychomotor aspect was 62.5%. In addition, in Cycle II, the students\u27 learning achievement on the affective aspect became 84.38%, the students\u27 learning achievement on the cognitive aspect became 87.5%, and the students\u27 learning achievement on the psychomotor aspect became 100%. Thus, the application of the articulation learning model with Powtoon animation media can improve the learning achievement on the Financial Accounting

    Penyebaran material sedimen yang masuk ke laut dari muara sungai di tentukan oleh debit aliran sungai, volume muatan sedimen, kondisi arus, gelombang dan pasang-surut. Hal yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana distribusi material padatan tersuspensi (MPT) dari muara Sungai Bengkulu menuju Perairan Bengkulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pola sebaran material padatan tersuspensi dari muara Sungai Bengkulu menuju Perairan Bengkulu pada bulan Juni 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus denganpendekatanstudikasus, dimana penentuan lokasi pengambilan sampel sedimen menggunakan metode sampling purposive. Penelitian ini dilakukan 2 tahap, pengamatandan pengukuran di lapangan, dan proses analisa di laboratorium. Pengamatandanpengukuran di Perairan Bengkulu terbagidalam 18 stasiun. Data primer yang diukur meliputi titik koordinat, kedalaman dan muatan padatan tersuspensi (MPT). Sedangkan data sekunder meliputi, arus, dan gelombang. Sampel sedimen tersuspensi (MPT) dianalisis di Laboratorium Geologi Laut LIPI (Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia).Sebaran MPT memiliki nilai konsentrasi tinggi di Muara sungai, karena muara sungai membawa material sedimen dari darat, sehingga nilai konsentrasi yang berada di muara sungai lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang berada di laut. Pola penyebaran MPT dari Muara sungai yang tinggi dan terlihat relatif sama menuju perairan Bengkulu, karena arus yang terjadi mempunyai gerakan yang sama sehingga sebaran MPT pada Stasiun 1 – Stasiun 15 relatif sama
