In this paper Principal pivoting method is proposed to solve the Fuzzy Linear Complementarity Problems (FLCP). Then we solve the Fuzzy Linear Complementarily Problem with Neutrosophic Triangular Fuzzy numbers. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is illustrated by means of a Numerical example. This problem finds many applications in several areas of science, engineering and economics and is also an important tool for the solution of some NP-hard structured and non convex optimization problems, such as bilevel, bilinear and non convex quadratic programs

Design thinking is generally defined as an analytic and creative process that engages a person in opportunities to experiment, create and prototype models, gather feedback, and redesign. Design Thinking Approach is adopted to carry out the research to correlate the knowledge and attitude among non-health professional students. Objectives: (a) To assess the pre-test and post-test level of knowledge and attitude regarding organ donation among non-health professional students. (b) To assess the effectiveness of computer assisted teaching on knowledge and attitude regarding organ donation among non-health professional students. (c)To find out the association between post-test level of knowledge and attitude regarding organ donation and the selected demographic variables among non-health professional students. (d)To assess the correlation between knowledge and attitude regarding organ donation. Methodology: The research design used was a pre-experimental one group pretest and posttest design. The samples for the study were chosen by using convenient sampling technique, The sample size was 50. Results: Karl Pearson correlation test was used. It reveals that there is effectiveness present in the group. Conclusion: Organ donation is a huge public health concern worldwide. The biggest advantage to organ donation is, it saves lives that would otherwise be lost. A single organ donor has the chance to save the lives or improve the quality of life for several people. So, the organ donation should be encouraged and the people should be motivated to donate their organs by conducting periodical educational programmed regarding organ donation

A study on median nerve conduction velocity in different age groups

Background: Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCS) is a test to measure the speed and electrical activity in a nerve. Physiological factors like age, temperature, height, gender affect the nerve conduction velocity. There is paucity on the data regarding the age group at which these changes become significant. Therefore, the aim of the study was to determine the specific age group at which changes in nerve conduction velocity occurs. Methods: 103 individuals in the age group of 15-65 years participated in the study. They were grouped into, Group I in the age group of 15-30 (n=40) years, Group II 31-45 years (n=31), Group III 46-60 years (n=32). Median motor and sensory conduction velocity were determined. Results: There was a significant correlation between age and median motor (p=0) and sensory (p=0) conduction velocities. There was a significant decreasing trend observed in Group III.Conclusions: Age has definite correlation with the NCS in median motor and sensory nerves. It is essential to have reference values with relation to age

Texture and Color Feature Extraction Form Ceramic Tiles for Various Flaws Detection Classification

Image analysis involves investigation of the image data for a specific application. Normally, the raw data of a set of images is analyzed to gain insight into what is happening with the images and how they can be used to extract desired information. In image processing and pattern recognition, feature extraction is an important step, which is a special form of dimensionality reduction. When the input data is too large to be processed and suspected to be redundant then the data is transformed into a reduced set of feature representations. The process of transforming the input data into a set of features is called feature extraction. Features often contain information relative to color, shape, texture or context. In the proposed method various texture features extraction techniques like GLCM, HARALICK and TAMURA and color feature extraction techniques COLOR HISTOGRAM, COLOR MOMENTS AND COLOR AUTO-CORRELOGRAMare implemented for tiles images used for various defects classifications

Hypertonia, Microcephaly And Hyperkalaemia In A Neonate: Coexistence Of Neurodevelopmental Disorder And Adrenal Insufficiency

In neonates with more than one clinical abnormality, we always look for a unifying diagnosis that explains the entire clinical presentation. In rare instances, two conditions can co-exist. Here we report a neonate born out of consanguineousmarriage presenting at 48 hours of life with microcephaly, encephalopathy, hypertonia. He had excessive weight loss, persistent hyperkalaemia, shock and 17- hydroxyprogesterone was elevated. Steroids were started for adrenal insufficiency. Magnetic  resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain revealed T2 hyperintensity of cerebral white matter and cerebral atrophy. Clinical exome sequencing (CES) revealed a pathogenic homozygous missense variation of CYP21A2 gene responsible for congenital adrenal hyperplasia and also a homozygous missense variant of unknown significance (VUS) of VARS gene implicated in Neurodevelopmental disorder with microcephaly, seizures, and cortical atrophy (NDMSCA). Baby was neurologically abnormal at discharge. In the setting of consanguinity, there is a possibility of two genetic conditions. Clinical exome sequencing is useful in demystifying the diagnosis in complex clinical presentation

Design and fabrication of hydrogel incorporated with copper nanoparticles loaded microsponge for antimicrobial and antioxidant activity

645-648A hydrogel has been designed as an antimicrobial agent with low toxicity and reduced side effects. The hydrogel has been fabricated with green synthesised copper nanoparticles loaded microsponges. Here, the copper nanoparticles have been synthesised from the leaf extract of Ocimum Sanctum. This fabricated hydrogel is checked for its pH and particle size by particle size analyser (PSA). The best hydrogel is assessed through resazurin microtitre assay for its antimicrobial activity. Using DPPH assay, it is also checked for its antioxidant activity. The results show that the fabricated hydrogel incorporated with copper nanoparticles loaded microsponge act as an excellent antimicrobial gel and has shown good antioxidant potential

Ethylcellulose based microsponges loaded with honey were synthesized by Quasi-Emulsion solvent method. The honey loaded microsponges were characterised by Particle size distribution Analyser and High Resolution Scanning Electron Microscopy. The percentage drug content and Entrapment Efficiency of the loaded microsponges were determined. The antimicrobial and antioxidant activity of microsponges were evaluated.
