Hubungan Host Dan Lingkungan Dengan Manifestasi Klinis Hepatitis A

Hepatitis A is a common systemic infection transmitted by fecal-oral. This study conducted based on increased hepatitis A incidence among students in a private university in Bandung (October-November 2011). The aimed of this study was to identified the relationship between host and environtment factor with clinical manifestation of hepatitis A in X University's student in Bandung. This study was conducted in May-June 2011. The population of this study was 114 student who experienced hepatitis. A quantitative survey used as a method in this study. The data was analyzed by non parametric chi-square test. Result of this study showed there was a significant relationship between host and clinical manifestation of hepatitis A (p<0.05). Student should have a high body endurance to enhance immunity particulary in a distress condition and mainten health environment to prevent hepatitis A transmission

Pengaruh Endorphin Massage Terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Nyeri Punggung Ibu Hamil

Keluhan yang paling sering terjadi pada ibu hamil trimester 3 adalah nyeri punggung. Apabila tidak segera diatasi dapat berakibat nyeri kronis. Salah satu cara mengatasi nyeri punggung adalah dengan teknik pijatan lembut yang disebut Endorphin massage untuk melepaskan senyawa endorfin yangmerupakan pereda rasa sakit alami di dalam tubuh. Survey awal yang dilakukan peneliti didapatkan sebagian besar ibu hamil mengalami nyeri berat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Endorphin massage terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimester 3. Desain yang digunakan adalah pra eksperimen dengan pendekatan one grup pretest posttest design. Sampel diambil dari populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi di BPS Ny. Khusnul Imarwatin pada bulan April sampai Mei 2016 sebanyak 28 responden dengan consecutive sampling. Variabel independen yaituteknik Endorphin massage sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu nyeri punggung. Instrument menggunakan SOP teknik Endorphin massage dan lembar observasi Skala Bourbanis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan Endorphin massage sebagian besar ibu hamil trimester 3 mengalami nyeriberat dan setelah dilakukan Endorphin massage berkurang menjadi nyeri sedang. Hasil uji Wilcoxon sign rank test dengan ?=0,05 menunjukkan p=0,000 sehingga p<0,05 artinya ada pengaruh Endorphin massage terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri punggung. Endorphin massage merupakan salah satualternatif nonfarmakologi untuk mengatasi nyeri sehingga disarankan agar Bidan memberikan Health education dan mengajarkan pasangan ibu hamil Endorphin massage untuk meringankan gejala nyeri punggung

Karakterisasi Ball Mill Import Pada Industri Semen Di Indonesia

The purpose of this research is to investigate the characteristics of import Ball Mill which is used at cement mills in Indonesia. There were two kind of import Ball Mill from PT. Semen Gresik, Tbk that used in this research which are A type (Ø 30 mm) and B type (Ø 40 mm). Visual investigation, chemistry composition, distribution of hardness, and microstructure photograph was conducted characterize these ball mill. Visually, the import Ball Mill has rough surface, white coloring when cut off, and small cracks at all specimens. Type A ball mill contains of 2,934% C, 11,231% Cr, and 0,177% Mo, where type B Ball Mill contains of 2,693% C, 12,31% Cr, and 1,103% Mo. Both are martensitic white cast iron ASTM A532 Class II type A. The surface are harder then the its core. The highest hardness on the surface are 720,82 kg/mm2 (type A) and 746,5 kg/mm2 (type B), where as lowest hardness on the core are 631,1 kg/mm2 (type A) and 544,0 kg/mm2 (type B). Dendang Melayu Beach is a public beach that is being developed by the Batam City Government. Although various efforts have been made by the government to increase the number of visitors to this beach, it turns out that the number of visitors has not necessarily increased consistently but fluctuated up and down. Therefore, this research was carried out to further explore the behavior of visitors in the hope that it could become a material evaluation of the government in developing this tourist attraction. This study aims to examine the effect of consumer behavior on the selection of Dendang Melayu Beach tourist attractions. The respondents of this study were 100 tourists who visited the Batam Dendang Beach. The data analysis method used is inductive statistics using multiple linear regression. Formula Granul Instan Ekstrak Temulawak (Curcuma Xanthorriza Roxb) Dengan Kombinasi Gelatin Dan Dekstrin

Temulawak (Curcuma xanthorriza Roxb) merupakan salah satu tanaman tradisional yang mempunyai efek farmakologi sebagai hepatoprotektor, menurunkan kadar kolesterol, anti-inflamasi, laksatif, diuretik, penambah ASI dan tonikum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi gelatin dan dekstrin sehingga dihasilkan ekstrak temulawak yang memenuhi persyaratan mutu granul yang baik. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan adalah maserasi dengan menggunakan cairan penyari etanol 70%. Granul instan dibuat dengan metode granulasi basah dengan variasi kombinasi gelatin dan dekstrin yaitu FI (4:79,8), FII (6;77,8), FIII (8:75,8). Hasil uji sifat fisik granul instan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga formula memenuhi syarat sifat fisik granul yang baik. Hasil uji tanggapan rasa menunjukkan bahwa granul instan ekstrak temulawak dapat diterima oleh responden. Manipulasi Frekuensi Dasar Menggunakan Metode STRAIGHT Untuk Sintesis Suara Ucapan Ekspresif Dalam Bahasa Indonesia

Fundamental frequency (F0) merupakan salah satu parameter dalam sinyal suara ucapan yang dapat mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya tekanan (intonasi). Parameter lain dalam sinyal suara ucapan yang berpengaruh terhadap intonasi adalah power, komponen periodik dan tak periodik sinyal suara. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan manipulasi sinyal suara ucapan hanya pada parameter F0 sinyal suara ucapan berbahasa Indonesia, sedangkan parameter lain dianggap tetap.
