    Summary. The article adduces the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional way of the treatment of the widespread festering peritonitis and programmed relaparotomy. The studies have shown that programmed relaparotomy is an efficient method in warning the development of the festering complications to abdominal cavity and hereunder, promotes the reduction of the complications and death-rate.Key words: widespread purulent peritonitis, programmed relaparotomy.РЕЗЮМЕ. В статье сопоставляются преимущества и недостатки традиционного способа лечения распространенного гнойного перитонита и программированных релапаротомий.     Summary. The basis of research included results of diagnostics and treatment by videoendoscopic interventions of 1812 patients with urgent surgical diseases of abdominal cavity and also the videolaparoscopy was done for patients with diagnostic purpose. During the carried-out researches it was established that the video laparoscopy is highly effective, safe, less traumatic way of surgical treatment. The quantity of the open laparotomies and their complications as eventration, postoperative hernias and suppurations of wounds was reduced.Key words:РЕЗЮМЕ. В основу исследования вошли результаты диагностики и лечения 1812 больных, которым были выполнены видеоэндоскопические вмешательства по поводу неотложных хирургических заболеваний брюшной полости, а также видеолапароскопия с диагностической целью. В ходе проведенных исследований установлено, что видеолапароскопия является высокоэффективным, безопасным, малотравматичным способом хирургического лечения. Сокращается количество напрасных лапаротомий и их осложнений в виде эвентраций, послеоперационных грыж и нагноений ран.Ключові слова:

    Surface Properties and Composition Analysis of Nano-Sized Thin Films of CDSE: by SEM Analysis

    Thin films of cadmium selenide with a thickness h = 200-500 nm were obtained and their surface properties were studied. The studies were carried out using a Scanning Electron Microscope. It was found that with increasing thickness of thin layers, the surface structure becomes smoother. A compositional analysis of the surface of thin layers was also carried out. Elemental analysis was carried out in layers of various thicknesses, the percentage content of chemical elements and the energy spectrum of chemical elements were determined. It has been established that thin CdSe films obtained by chemical deposition are quite pure. The surface of thin layers with a thickness h > 400 nm turned out to be quite smooth, which is an indicator of the formation of a phase in these layers corresponding to the CdSe compound

    Background. The study of genes polymorphism of angiotensinconverting enzyme (ACE) and their contribution to development and clinical course of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), and the possibility of early diagnostics and differentiated pharmacotherapy in early and advanced stages of the disease, is a promising new area of medical genetics and cardiology research. The aim. To study the genes polymorphism of angiotensinconverting enzyme (ACE) at DCM patients in the Uzbek population, to reveal the feature of heart remodeling depending on a genotype, and also an estimation of Lisinopril efficiency at these patients. Material and methods. It has been surveyed 102 DCM patients of the Uzbek nationality, with II-IV classes by NYHA. Besides an estimation of the clinical status (test of six-minute walking, clinical status estimation score (in Mareev modification) it has been spent 12-led ECG, EchoCG, Holter ECG, rentgenkardiometriya. These data were analyzed depending on the revealed genotype. Results. For the first time we have studied the genes polymorphism at Uzbek DCM patients. It has been showed feature of clinical and instrumental data depending on genotype, and also revealed unfavorable types of gene inheritance. It has been noted a high efficiency of Lisinopril application at DCM patients depending on the ACE- genes polymorphism

    Rock art relationships between central Asia and Europe: The role of Gobustan (Azerbaijan).

    Within a continuously changing scenario of knowledge about prehistoric and late prehistoric art, the contact area between Asia and Europe is crucial in understanding the development of the graphic symbolism of ancient cultures. Consequently, the Gobustan region in Azerbaijan, which hosts numerous open-air rock art sites, is a key to interpreting the emergence of symbolism, its dispersal, and the social dynamics beyond it. The Azerbaijan region preserves one of the richest open-air rock art sites in Eurasia. It is at the easternmost end of the Greater Caucasus range, along the western bank of the Caspian Sea, whose Quaternary level changes profoundly shaped local landforms, and heavily conditioned human settlement patterns. Its unique geostrategic position nurtured a cultural crossroads between Europe, Central Asia, and the Near East, influencing the region’s artistic traditions. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (2007), Gobustan engravings possess a universal and exceptional value for their quality, quantity, and density (more than 7,000 petroglyphs on over 1,000 rocks) and preservation, in addition to their chronological (from the Upper Palaeolithic to historical times), thematic and stylistic variety. Among the symbols, the main themes are animals (aurochs, horse, ibex, camel, and deer), humans (feminine silhouette, warrior-hunter, rider), tamgas and boats. Engravings are carved in limestone boulders, shaping the figures with a thick and deep main outline, often overlapping previous figures, thus forming rich palimpsests. The long use of the same sites, rocks and symbols prompt a reflection on the meaning of the places, which was probably passed down from generation to generation, increasing the number of decorating motifs, reusing, and/or modifying previous graphic units. Several engraved rocks are found inside shelters with occupation layers or burials. They help to understand the use, the social function of the rock art, through the analysis of the archaeological remains and the functional complementarity of the sites. Major shifts in the main represented subjects, and in their styles occurred over the long occupation of the site: the Palaeolithic art shows ties with the western European tradition, while the post-Palaeolithic engravings suggest links with the Middle East and Arabian Peninsula. Therefore, Gobustan rock art invites to investigate potential changes in the relationship between socioeconomic organisation and symbolic heritage. In this way, the Gobustan engravings become a powerful legacy of lost cultures and demonstrates the symbolic and cognitive complexity of ancient human groups, suggesting cultural and economic changes, dispersals, and connections. As such, the study of the archaeological record of Gobustan, and its rock art in particular, provides crucial information to the main scientific debate around: 1) the way the stylistic, thematic and technological development of prehistoric art took place; 2) the relations with other European and Asian rock art contexts in terms of differences and similarities; 3) the cultural, social or symbolic contexts into which the rock art was produced.     Теплопроводность водных растворов хлоридов металлов подгруппы бериллия

    The paper presents experimental data on thermal conductivity of BeCl2 and SrCl2 salt aqueous solutions in the temperature range from 20 to 300 °С  and at various electrolyte concentrations  in mass percent. For the first time thermal conductivity of the system Н2О + BeCl2 has been investigated at high temperatures.The experimental results are described with the help of an empirical equation in the form of: λs = λo (1+ Am + Bm3/2 + Cm2),where λs  and λo – thermal conductivity coefficients of solution and water; A, B and C – coefficients depending on electrolyte nature; m – molality in units mol/kg.The formula error is less than  ±1 %.Приведены  экспериментальные данные по теплопроводности водных растворов солей BeCl2 и SrCl2 в области температур от 20 до 300 °С и при различных концентрациях электролита в массовых процентах. Впервые изучена теплопроводность системы Н2О + BeCl2 при высоких температурах.Экспериментальные результаты настоящей работы описываются эмпирическим уравнением в видеλp = λo (1+ Am + Bm3/2 + Cm2),где λp и λo – коэффициенты теплопроводности раствора и воды; А, В и С – коэффициенты, зависящие от природы электролита; m – моляльность в единицах моль/кг.Погрешность формулы меньше ±1 %
