The current final project of career consists on the elaboration for the creation and starting up of an academy of languages in Bogota’s city focused in hospitality and tourism. Since it is about a private academy of languages, we will begin placing it inside the sector of the educational services, and for it, we are going to differ between the legal and not legal formation, being the last the one that belongs to our company. Also we will elaborate a DOFA to synthesize the strong and weak points we’ve detected our academy has. Regarding to the operations’ plan, first the suitable place will be decided to establish the physical center where the activity is going to carried out, for which, we have to have in mind aspects like: the best zone to locate it and if there is availability for businesses which collect enough characteristics that fulfill what we are looking in a near future.1. Co-teaching with high school students for music teaching

This article presents a didactic proposal for teaching musical notation and solfège sight-singing through co-teaching with secondary school students. The goal was to explore the advantages and limitations of using a form of peer learning where students play the role of co-teachers alongside the teacher. We wanted to find out whether this proposal would lead to significant improvements among both co-teachers and tutees, identifying the actions responsible for this progress, and paying particular attention to how students learn in the role of co-teachers. This study was based on a mixed-method explanatory sequential design, where the quantitative data were analyzed first and then the qualitative data. The quantitative results showed statistically significant improvements when comparing the pre-test and post-test results of all the students participating in the didactic proposal. These improvements can be attributed to the personalized support provided by the co-teachers, the opportunities for peer assessment that enabled progress to be monitored and provided feedback, and the possibilities of learning by teaching. In conclusion, the results of this study endorse the viability of student co-teaching in secondary school music education

Sensado de fuerza en un hilo SMA a través de la impedancia

El SMA es un tipo de material cuya principal característica es la de recuperar su forma original, aun habiendo plastificado conforme se le aplica calor al mismo. Normalmente se precisa de un detector de posición para saber cómo se mueve. En este proyecto se busca establecer una relación entre la impedancia resultante de hacer circular una corriente por un hilo de este material y la posición del mismo, que permita eliminar el detector de posición.The SMA is a kind of material whose main feature is to recover it’s original size even have gone through plastification. Análisis sobre la inaplicación con alcance general de barreras burocráticas carentes de razonabilidad materializadas en disposiciones administrativas, de acuerdo al DL Nº 1256

En el presente trabajo académico nos adentramos a la evaluación de la importancia del análisis de razonabilidad de los procedimientos de eliminación de barreras burocráticas, de acuerdo a la metodología actual establecida en el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1256 – Ley de Prevención y Eliminación de Barreras Burocráticas. La finalidad de este trabajo consiste en desarrollar el panorama actual de la situación del análisis de razonabilidad de los procedimientos de eliminación de barreras burocráticas, desarrollando su evolución normativa y la metodología actual. Asimismo, se desarrolla las diferencias que existen para otorgar una aplicación de barreras burocráticas con efectos generales (erga onmes), advirtiéndose las incongruencias de la norma para solo otorgar dicho alcance a aquellas barreras declaradas como ilegales y en otro casos a las declaradas carentes de razonabilidad, solo cuando hayan sido iniciadas de oficio por parte de la Comisión de Eliminación de Barreras Burocráticas del Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual – INDECOPI. Por otro lado, se desarrolla una comparación entre el procedimiento de Análisis de Calidad Regulatoria establecida por el Decreto Legislativo Nº 1310 y el procedimiento de eliminación de barreras burocráticas, donde evaluaremos los principios y criterios tomados en cuenta. Adicionalmente, evaluaremos el problema de solo inaplicar con efectos generales aquellas disposiciones administrativas declaradas ilegales, dejando de lado y con menor importancia a aquellas disposiciones administrativas que carezcan de razonabilidad.Trabajo académic

207 PáginasEl estudio de las matemáticas durante décadas ha sido catalogado como una de las labores con mayor dificultad para el pensamiento humano, actualmente la motivación disminuye en algunos alumnos al momento de abordar las matemáticas, una de las causas es la deficiencia en el desarrollo de competencias en esta asignatura, debida a diversos factores relacionados con el proceso de adquisición de la comprensión en esta asignatura. En este orden de ideas, así como las matemáticas son poco toleradas por los estudiantes en forma global, con las TIC se da el fenómeno contrario, son altamente aceptadas por un elevado porcentaje de estudiantes. Por estas razones el presente trabajo investigativo se enfoca en interpretar por medio de un estudio de caso las situaciones que se presentan al fundirse estos dos elementos con el marco de la Enseñanza Para la Comprensión (desde ahora se empleará EPC). Retos de transición de la secundaria a la universidad en adultos emergentes

En la actualidad, el acceso a la educación superior viene aumentando de manera amplia, aún más respecto al nivel universitario. Los estudiantes que acceden a dicha formación enfrentan tanto un proceso de transición educativa, de la secundaria a la universidad, como evolutiva, de la adolescencia a la adultez emergente. Por ello, el presente estudio planteó como objetivo comprender los retos que surgen en dicha transición desde la perspectiva de los propios alumnos. Para ello, se empleó un diseño cualitativo en un marco epistemológico realista, mediante la aplicación de fichas sociodemográficas y entrevistas semi-estructuradas a ocho universitarios de primer ciclo, ocho universitarios de tercer ciclo y tres escolares de último año de secundaria para comprender el proceso en distintos momentos de la transición. Los resultados apuntan a la existencia de siete retos que involucran tanto a la transición educativa como a la transición evolutiva, y cuyo logro es favorecido u obstaculizado por factores personales, del entorno, del sistema educativo, de la universidad y de sus unidades académicas. La transición es observada por los estudiantes tanto como una oportunidad como un problema, que finalmente los orienta a una transformación personal. Adicionalmente, el estudio ha permitido comprobar la vivencia de las características esenciales de la adultez emergente y nuevas concepciones sobre la adultez en universitarios peruanos.Nowadays, access to higher education has been increasing widely, even more at the university level. Students who access this education face both an educational transition process, from high school to university, as well as a development transition process, from adolescence to emerging adulthood. Therefore, the present study set the objective of understanding the challenges that arise in said transition from the perspective of the students themselves. For which, a qualitative design was used in a realistic epistemological framework, through the application of sociodemographic forms and semi-structured interviews to eight university students on their first semester, eight university students on their third semester and three high school seniors to understand the process in different moments of the transition. The results point to the existence of seven challenges that involve both the educational transition and the development transition, and whose accomplishment is favored or hampered by personal factors, environmental factors, factors of the educational system, and factors of the university and its academic units. This transition is viewed by students both as an opportunity and as a problem, which eventually guides them to personal transformation. Additionally, the study has allowed to verify the experience of the essential features of emerging adulthood and new conceptions about adulthood in Peruvian university students

En el presente documento se realiza el desarrollo de escenarios propuestos en el Diplomado de CCNP, realizando la conexión de dispositivos a través de redes, routers, switches y PCs, distinguiendo así los diferentes conceptos considerados durante el semestre. Los puertos IP y Ethernet se configuran mediante técnicas de direccionamiento, activación de host y verificación de enlaces entre dispositivos mediante el comando ping, también se explica la segmentación de la red mediante la configuración de cada red con su propia IP designada, en el contexto de la utilidad VRF. Se habilitan las VLAN 8 y 13 para la comunicación entre todos, entre los dos tipos de usuarios VRF creados con sus respectivas configuraciones de IP, y se finaliza con la configuración de seguridad SCRYPT en cada uno de los dispositivos. IP and Ethernet ports are configured using addressing techniques, host activation, and verification of links between devices using the ping command, network segmentation is also explained by configuring each network with its own designated IP, in the context of the VRF utility. VLANs 8 and 13 are enabled for communication between all, between the two types of VRF users created with their respective IP configurations, and the SCRYPT security configuration on each of the devices is finalized. Seguridad basada en el comportamiento para la reducción de los actos subestándar del área comercial de la empresa cobra Perú colaboradora de Edelnor, Lima Norte, 2016

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objeto, la Seguridad Basada en el Comportamiento y la reducción de los actos subestandar, así mismo la causa y efecto existente entre las variables dependiente e independiente. Determinar que la Seguridad Basada en el Comportamiento reduce los actos subestandar del área comercial en la empresa Cobra Perú colaboradora de Edelnor, Lima Norte, 2016. Fundamentado en el concepto de la “Teoría de Seguridad Basada en el Comportamiento” de Miguillon (2016). La de seguridad basada en el comportamiento es una metodología proactiva de mejoramiento continuo de la seguridad cuyo objetivo es la reducción de accidentes como resultado de la transformación de los comportamientos riesgosos en hábitos seguros. Las unidades de medición que se tuvieron en cuenta a estudiar fueron la capacitación, supervisión, modificación de la conducta y reducción de los riesgos laborales. Por lo tanto concluimos que la aplicación de la Seguridad Basada en el Comportamiento modifico la conducta de los colaboradores y con ello se logró reducir los actos sub estándar durante el desarrollo de las actividades realizadas por el personal de Cobra Perú

Una propuesta didáctica con fluidos para facilitar la comprensión de la hidrostática en estudiantes de grado décimo

La presente investigación “Una propuesta didáctica con fluidos para facilitar la comprensión de la hidrostática en estudiantes de grado décimo”, surgió de la necesidad de diseñar e implementar una secuencia didáctica, que abordara en 12 sesiones de clase los temas de la hidrostática, como son la densidad, la presión, la presión hidrostática, el principio de Pascal y el principio de Arquímedes. Lo anterior por medio de la experimentación con fluidos, las narrativas de historias, juegos de rol, concursos, elaboración de modelos y materiales de laboratorio, en los que se aplica el aprendizaje activo como un método de construcción de conocimiento por parte de los estudiantes. Las ideas previas de los estudiantes fueron tenidas en cuenta, durante las sesiones se fortaleció el perfil conceptual de los mismos. Se emplearon encuestas y actividades, con el fin de analizar las formas de pensar y modos de hablar de los educandos. Se realizaron dos sesiones para implementar un pre test y al finalizar un pos test, compuesto por 10 preguntas de selección múltiple, con el cual se evidenció el progreso significativo y comprensivo de los estudiantes de grado décimo del Liceo Nuestra Señora de las Nieves. Esta investigación fue enriquecedora por cuanto se mejoraron procesos académicos, se logró el trabajo colaborativo y participativo, se afianzó el perfil conceptual de los estudiantes de una manera didáctica, haciéndoles partícipes de un aprendizaje significativo a través de actividades motivantes que involucraron la experimentación. Palabras clave: Principio de Arquímedes, principio de Pascal, presión, densidad, hidrostática, fluidos, aprendizaje significativo, emociones, didáctica, perfil conceptual.The present research “A didactic proposal with fluids to facilitate the understanding of hydrostatics in tenth grade students”, arose from the need to design and implement a didactic sequence, which will address the topics of hydrostatics in 12 class sessions, such as density, pressure, hydrostatic pressure, the Pascal principle and the Archimedes principle. Through the experimentation with fluids, the narratives of stories, role games, elaboration of models and laboratory materials, in which active learning is applied as a method of knowledge construction by students. The students' previous ideas were taken into account and during the sessions their conceptual profile was strengthened. Surveys and activities were used in order to analyze the ways of thinking and ways of speaking of the students. Two sessions were held to implement a pre-test and at the end of a post-test, consisting of 10 multiple-choice questions, which evidenced the significant and comprehensive progress of the tenth grade students of the Nuestra Señora de las Nieves Liceo. This research was enriching because academic processes were improved, collaborative and participatory work was achieved, the conceptual profile of students was strengthened in a didactic way, making them participate in meaningful learning through motivating activities that involved experimentation.
