    Pada dunia industri terutama pada sektor produksi makanan, banyak yang menggunakanalat penukar kalor sebagai salah satu media untuk salah satu cara menghemat pemakaian bahanbakar yang dilakukan. Dengan pemasangan alat penukar kalor yang dipasang pada ekonomiserdengan pemakaian bahan bakar solar (HSD) sebesar 50% sampai dengan 100%. Jenis alat penukarkalor yang pasang adalah jenis shell and tube. Dengan memanfaatkan gas buang untuk pemanasanboiler, akan menakibatkan tingkat efisiensi boiler menjadi lebih tinggi dan juga dapat menghematkebutuhan bahan bakar. Uap panas yang terbuang dimanfaatkan untuk pemanasan air pada alatpenukar kalor sebesar 103 0C sementara uap panas yang terdapat di bolier sebesar 249 C, dalamhal ini pemanasan boiler dapat terbantu oleh uap panas yang keluar dari alat penukar kalor. Denganpengaturan beberapa variasi tekanan uap yaitu : 5,7 bar, 5,8 bar, 6 bar, 6,2 bar, 6,4 bar yang diaturpada boiler sehingga kita dapat menentukan atau memprediksi kebutuhan bahan bakar pada burner.     This study aims to see The Effect of Empowerment Program on The Development of Scavenger’s Welfare at Mancani Trash Centre in Palopo District the Province of South Sulawesi. Data analysis method applied in the study was quantitative analysis using Simple Linear Regression involving two variables. The results from analysis of the effect of empowerment program on the development of scavenger’s welfare at Mancani trash centre in Palopo the province of south Sulawesi presented in table 4.4 showed R-value of 0.684 reflected that there is positive and significant relationship between the program and the development of scavenger’s welfare. From these results, double determinant coefficient value (R 2) of 0.467 implied that Xvariable, which is the program itself, contributed of 46.7% on the development of scavenger’s welfare. The rest of 53.3% was influenced by other factors

    Purpose: The agricultural industry significantly contributes to poverty alleviation, particularly in rural regions as opposed to metropolitan ones. Hence, government programs should be able to target the areas afflicted by poverty effectively. Rural regions serve as the hub of commercial operations and play a crucial role in safeguarding and empowering farmers, particularly those who are small-scale. Methodology/approach: This research aims to analyze the access to assistance and agricultural estimates by examining farmers' prescriptions. Data analysis techniques in this study are explanatory, descriptive statistical techniques with quantitative approaches and inferential statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: The objective is to determine if there is an impact on the growth in farm family welfare in the City of Palopo based on data from 105 farmers. This study utilises a descriptive and explanatory methodology, including quantitative techniques and inferential statistical analysis via Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) utilising Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hypothesis 1: Influence Aid (X) positively and significantly impacts to (Y) Household Welfare is accepted. The outcomes of SEM analysis obtained T statistical = 4.339 > T table = 1.983 and P value = 0.000 T table = 1.983 and P value = 0.000 T table = 1.983 and P value = 0.004 T table = 1.983 and P value = 0.005 < Cut off Value = 0.05. Originality/scientific novelty: It was found that the access of farmer group households to agricultural assistance and the sustainable use of budgets and their very effective distribution in general can be said to greatly improve the welfare of farmer group households. This research is topically broader in scope making it very specific based on the scope of sources in Palopo, Indonesia. As far as is known, these results have not been previously reported. Practical value/implications: Management in the distribution of aid and access to agricultural budgets which are very vulnerable to misappropriation by the state apparatus has been identified as not improving the welfare of farmer households.     This present paper describes how polyvinylidene fluoride combats corrosion issue in pipeline of oil and gas industry. This study is crucial due to limited studies have been made upon polyvinylidene fluoride as a material for pipeline to prove its reliability and sustainability in the industry. Polyvinylidene fluoride will be tested upon its degradation over time. Tests will be executed upon the specimens of this material to prove that polyvinylidene fluoride has the better properties and favor compared to conventional materials in pipeline which are stainless and carbon steel. Upon this, the specimens of polyvinylidene fluoride will undergo tests to observe its water and chemical absorption at various parameters. Every samples of polyvinylidene fluoride will be tested upon its weight. This will show whether polyvinylidene fluoride is reliable due to its absorption rate. Study of this material will beneficial to oil and gas industry in future upon the reliability of polymers to sustain in oil and gas industry
