Aktywizacja i rozwój lokalny, którym współcześnie socjologowie poświęcają
wiele uwagi, jest składową zmiany społecznej. Tworzona teoria średniego zasięgu dotycząca
rozwoju lokalnego sięga do różnych koncepcji rozwoju społecznego, wskazując na mechanizmy
i elementy składowe.
różnych aspektach problematyki aktywizacji i rozwoju lokalnego.
z elementami kontroli przebiegu. Jednocześnie wybrana i określona jest metoda, czyli sposób
postępowania, aby uzyskać jak najwyższą skuteczności podejmowanych przedsięwzięć
i efektywność wyników. Kompleksowe rozumienie aktywizacji i rozwoju lokalnego wskazuje
lepszej przyszłości własnego środowiska społeczno-kulturalnego i materialnego zamieszkania.
Aktywizacja w rozumieniu aktywizacji obywatelskiej związana jest z poszukiwaniem niezależności
i autonomii, z chęcią decydowania o własnym losie, identyfikacją ze społecznością i miejscem
jako „małą ojczyzną”

Electromagnetically joined lightweight struts for aircraft structures: Design and recommendations for practice
Aircraft are typically designed as frame structures using lightweight materials such as fiber reinforced plastics, titanium or aluminum alloys. Depending on the application, the
load capacity of the struts used ranges from a few kilonewtons to more than 250 kN. The connections between the struts and the connectors are often complex, resulting in
high costs for the assembled components. Joining by electromagnetic forming (EMF) offers a promising alternative to make connections much simpler, especially when aluminum
tube struts are used
i uwarunkowań (gospodarczych i społecznych) kapitału społecznego LGD.
wartość uzyskał wymiar norm i wartości, najniższą – sieci).

Changes in physical-thermal properties of soil related to very shallow geothermal systems in urban areas
In the near future the population living in urban areas is expected to increase. This worldwide trend will lead to a
high concentrations of infrastructures in confined areas, whose impact on land use and shallow subsurface must be
well evaluated.
Since shallow geothermal energy resource is becoming increasingly important as renewable energy resource, due
to its huge potential in providing thermal energy for residential and tertiary buildings and in contributing to reduce
greenhouse gas emission, the number of installed geothermal systems is expected to continue to rise in the near
future.
However, a leading question concerns the short and long-term effect of an intensive thermal use of the shallow
subsurface for heat generation, cooling and thermal energy storage. From an environmental and technical point of
view, changes on ground temperatures can influence the physical-thermal properties of soil and groundwater as
well as their chemical and biological features.
In this study the preliminary results of ITER Project are presented. This project, funded by European Union,
focuses on improving heat transfer efficiency of very shallow geothermal systems, as horizontal collector systems
or special forms (i.e. helix system), interesting the first 2 m of depth from ground level.
Given the heterogeneity of sedimentary deposits in alluvial plain and the uncertainties related to the estimation
of thermal parameters for unconsolidated material affected by thermal use, physical-thermal parameters (i.e.
moisture content, bulk density, thermal conductivity...) where determined in laboratory for sand, clay and loamy
sand samples. In addition, preliminary results from a field test site located within an urban area will be also shown.
The main aim is to improve our knowledge of heat transfer process in the soil body in order (i) to create a reference
database to compare subsequently the impact of temperature variations on the same properties and (ii) to provide
reliable data for model parameterizatio
Development of design principles for form-fit joints in lightweight frame structures
Based on fundamental technological investigations, alternative joining strategies using electromagnetic forming (EMF) for the flexible production of lightweight frame structures are developed in the collaborative research project SFB/TR10. The results of these investigations will also be used to create general design principles for the joining process itself as well as for the joining zone. The focus of this article will be on dominating form-fit joints of aluminum frame structures and the parameters which have a significant influence on the strength of those joints. For the development of design principles regarding the joining zone, the groove geometry of the connection elements was varied in terms of size and shape, and the influence of those variations was analyzed. In terms of the joining process itself the effect on the joint strength of different forming pressures for a given groove geometry was also investigated. In the first step these experiments were performed on solid mandrels. In order to reduce the weight of the structure, experiments were then performed with hollow connection elements and similar groove geometries to analyze how the reduced stiffness of those elements affected the strength of the joints
