    This research examined the influence of career system dimentions on company performanceand organization structure as moderation variable. Career system dimentions consisting of; 1)career clarity & development, 2) promotion & reward system, and 3) job security. This researchtested to company managers in central Java. Five hundred questionnaires were distributed, 219questionnaires returned and 214 questionnaires were included in the analyses. Multipleregressions was used to examined the effect career system dimentions on performance. Next step,the researcher examined moderating effect of structure on the effects of career system onperformance. The result of multiple regressions indicated that career clarity & development,promotion & reward system have positive and significant effect on performance. In addition, therole of organization structure as moderating variable was supported

    Problem-solving Based Learning on Basic Knowledge of Build­ing En­gineering in Vocational High School. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of problem solving based learning method and achievement motivation on learn­­ing outcome. The study used a quasi-experimental design, the independent va­ria­ble was learning methods, the moderator variable was achievement motivation, and the dependent variable was learning out­­comes. The samples used were 60 stu­dents. The ex­­perimental data were analyzed using ANOVA test. The results showed: (l) the average score of stu­­dents learning outcomes through the problem-solving learn­ing methods was sig­ni­fi­can­­tly higher than that by the conventional method, (2) the average score of students learn­­ing outcomes with high achievement motivation was significantly higher than stu­dents with low achievement motivation, and (3) there was no interaction between the learning method and achievement motivation on learn­­ing outcomes. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran ber­ba­sis pemecahan masalah dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. De­sain penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen, metode pembelajaran sebagai variabel be­bas, motivasi berprestasi sebagai variabel moderator, dan hasil belajar sebagai va­ria­bel ter­ikat. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah  60 siswa. Analisis data pe­ne­li­tian meng­gu­­nakan uji ANAVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (l) rerata skor hasil belajar sis­wa melalui pembelajaran metode pemecahan masalah lebih tinggi secara signifikan di­­banding yang melalui metode konvensional, (2) rerata skor hasil belajar  siswa de­ngan motivasi berprestasi tinggi lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibanding siswa dengan mo­­­tivasi berprestasi rendah, dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode pem­bel­ajar­­­an dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar

    This study aims to determine the effect of person organization fit and psychological capital on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. Indications of the problem found a decline in the community satisfaction survey at the end of 2020 with good conditions showing the performance of the Class III Port Management Unit Office of Batang Regency is still experiencing instability since the survey was conducted with the online system. The data collection technique was done through purposive sampling with a sample size of 97 employees. The analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to measure the influence of person organization fit and psychological capital on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. In knowing the indirect effect, the Sobel test was carried out. The results showed that Person organizational fit had no effet on organizational commitment, Person organizational fit had an effect on job satisfaction, Psychological Capital had an effect on Organizational Commitment, Psychological Capital had an effect on Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction had an effect on Organizational Commitment, Person Organizational Fit on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction. and Psychological Capital has an effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction

    Vision impaired people can be classified into two groups : low vision and completely blind. Those with low vision still have some limited sight capabilities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between knowledge, perception and attitude of dental health compared to the actual dental health status between low vision and completely blind. An analytic survey using cross sectional design was carried out on 196 vision impaired people living in PSBN Wyata Guna Bandung. Dental health knowledge, perception and attitude were assessed using the questionnaire, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The visually impaired student personal dental health status was measured by their oral hygiene (OHI-S) and gingivitis (GI) scores. The test of Multiple Correlation and Regression was used to measure the correlation between the dental health knowledge, perception and attitude compared to their scored dental health status. The Chi Square Test was used to assess the difference of the dental health status between student with low vision and those who were completely blind. The significance level of statistic analysis was 95%. The result of study showed that there was no significant correlation between the knowledge, perception and attitude of dental health compared to the oral hygiene of completely blind student (p=0.101) as well as the low vision group (p=0.637). The was also no significant different between the dental health factors and gingivitis of the completely blind student (p=0.273) and the low vision group (p--.0.223). There was no significant different in the oral hygiene scores for formally educated vision impaired students compared to those who had no formal education (p=0.406). There was a significant different in the gingivitis scores for those student who had formal education as compared to those who had no formal education (p=0.035).     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai analisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan,profitabilitas, dan kepemilikan saham publik terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Pengukuran tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan didasarkan pada kategori corporate social reporting untuk menghitung Corporate Social Responsibility Index (CSRI) yang dilihat dari laporan tahunan perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan agribisnis yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2015-2017. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Total sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis dengan metode regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian statistik yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,001. Sementara itu, profitabilitas dan kepemilikan saham publik tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR, dengan dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukkan probabilitas signifikan dari profitabilitas yang lebih besar dari nilai signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,642 dan kepemilikan saham publik sebesar 0,255. Secara simultan variabel independen (ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, kepemilikan saham publik) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (pengungkapan CSR), hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian yang menunjukkan nilai probabilitas signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi yaitu sebesar 0,021

    The cariogenic effect of school snack on risk levels with caries assessment tool study in children age 12-15 years old

    The teen years, around the age of 12-14 years, is the time for children to experience physical growth spurt, which increases their appetite, so they love snacks and develop snack eating habit at school. This study aims to determine the cariogenic effect of school snacks on caries risk based on the caries assessment tool (CAT) study in children aged 12-15 years. This is an observational quantitative study with cross-sectional research design. The population in this study were all students of class VII, aged 12-15 years in SMP Negeri (SMPN) Kulon Progo, comprised of 2,047 students. This study used a cluster proportional random sampling technique and obtained a sample size of 100 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire about school snacks and observation of caries risk assessment was based on CAT, and the data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the cariogenic school snacks consumed by children aged 12-15 years in SMPN Kulon Progo were in the low category (71%); risk of caries occurrence based on CAT studies in children aged 12-15 years was in the high category of 50%. There was no significant effect on cariogenic school snacks on the level of caries risk based on CAT study in children aged 12-15 years
