    Spatial Visual Intelligence and Independence Learning toward the Learning Result on the Subject of Technique Drawing in Vocational High School. Spatial visual intelligence has a significant influence on drawing techniques that are supported by student independence in the learning process. Furthermore, this study aims to determine the relationship of visual-spatial intelligence and learning independence to students’ learning result in the subject of Engineering Drawing. This research design was a correlation with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 82 students of class X Machining Engineering in Turen’s Vocational High School. Data collection techniques were tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used linier and multiple regression statistics. The results showed that visual-spatial intelligence and student learning independence were high in the subject of Engineering Drawing. Each variable had a relationship with and influence on student learning result. This was indicated by the high value of student learning result. So, it can be concluded that these variables simultaneously have a positive effect on learning result

    The Development of Learning Trainer Atmega 16 Microcontroller Application using C Programming Language with Codevision AVR and USB ASP Downloader. This research aims to design, make, and know the feasibility of the At-mega 16 microcontroller trainer. The development model used is the Tessmer model. The qualitative data in this study was obtained from observations, interviews, and suggestions from experts, laboratory staff and students. While quantitative data is obtained from questionnaires given to design experts, media experts, and material experts. In this study, the trainer design has been tested by a design expert with a score of 87.50%. The trainer was design to be used in the microcontroller practicum for one semester on LED subjects, push buttons, 7 segments, LCD, ADC, keypad, counter, timer and PWM. The trainer feasibility has also been evaluated by a media expert with test scores of 85.40%, and by material experts with test scores of 85.20%. According to the results of the pretest and posttest of students in the small group test, it revealed that there was an increase in the overall average score of students which was 69.70 to 82.30

    The Implementation of Revised 2013 Curriculum at The Light Vehicle Engineering Study Program Based on Teacher and Student Perception in SMK. This research aims to explore the implementation of Revised 2013 Curriculum at SMK in Blitar. The research was a descriptive research with the sample of the respondents, namely teachers and students on the subjects of Basic Automotive Technology. The research variable was the Implementation of Revised 2013 Curriculum. Data were collected using questionnaires. The validity of research instruments was based on the validity of contents, constructs, and concurrent. The reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis technique used a quantitative descriptive statistics. The results showed that the perception of teachers obtained a mean of 144.41 and perceived as good, the students' perceptions average score in preliminary activities was 19,93, the implementation activities was 44.25, the closing activities was 12.62 and there were perceived as good, the analysis results of the planning subproject was 54.00%, the implementation subproject was 65.00%, and the evaluation subproject was 71.00% and stated the implementation of Revised 2013 curriculum as fully implemented

    Types of Students’ Errors on Completing Math Problems in the Exponent Rules and its Scaffolding: Case Study in SMKN 11 Malang. This research aims to analyze errors made by students on applying exponent rules and to describe the form of scaffolding to overcome these errors. The method was a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Furthermore, a test and an interview were used to collect data from students at class X Nurse 1 in SMKN 11 Malang. Data were analyzed by taking notes of answers, identifying factors that become thoughts, classifying student difficulties, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the types of student errors on applying exponent rules were basic errors, missing information, and partial insight. Meanwhile, the forms of scaffolding given to students were environmental provisions, reviewing and restructuring, and developing contextual thinking. The research concluded that the learning process was very important for student learning success

    The Effect of the Application of PBL Models using Flipbook-Based E-Modul and Printed-Based Materials on Student Learning Results in Programming Course at Vocational High School. This research aims to describe the improvement of the learning outcomes of the program because of the influence of the application of e-module-assisted PBL, to describe the increase in programming learning outcomes because the effect of implementing PBL was helped by print teaching, and to reveal the average differences in learning outcomes in the programming of the influence of e-module-assisted PBL compared to PBL with printed teaching materials. The subjects of this study were students of class X TKJ 1 and X TKJ 2 at SMKN 7 Malang, each of which consisted of 25 students. The results showed that there were an in-crease in the learning result because of the application of PBL learning model with the use of an e-module by 0.47, improvement of learning outcomes because of the application of PBL learning models with the use of printed materials is as much as 0.24, and significant differences in learning outcomes of cognitive aspect with sig 0.001 <0.05. The study concludes that there is an increase and a difference in the stu-dent learning outcome in basic programming course between e-module material classes and printed material classes

    Development of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) Trainer S7-1200 as a Learning Media for Electric Motors Installation Course in SMK. This research aims to develop a learning media for electric motor installation course, to assess the feasibility, and to identify the effect of the learning media on the student leaning outcomes improvement. This study used the ADDIE research design model, with a quantitative approach. The experimental design used a Quasi-Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design model. The product feasibility result was declared as very feasible. The increase on the average score of pretest and posttest was 20.20% for the control group and 33.20% for the experimental group. The analysis using t-test showed that there was no significant difference on the pretest score, but there was a significant difference on the post-test score. The results of the gain test showed the average gain of 0.313 for the control class and 0.482 for the experimental class. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the use of the developed learning media S7-1200 trainer has been proved to be effective and suitable for learning in the Electric Motor Installation course

    The Effect of Wheat Flour Addition on the Quality of Oyster Mushrooms Meatball. This research aims to analyze the proximate content and organoleptic pro-perties of oyster mushroom meatballs. The experimental research used a Completely Randomized Design with two replications. The proximate content data was analyzed using One Way ANOVA and followed by DMRT test. The results showed the proximate content of the oyster mushroom meatball with the addition of wheat flour which included protein, fat, water, ash, crude fiber and carbohydrate subsequently for 1% treatment was 11.64%, 4.03%, 46.73%, 5.31%, 1.55%, and 28.51%. The contents for 2% treatment was 12.53%, .29%, 48.75%, 5.59%, 1.86%, and 29.84%, and the contents for 3% treatment was 13.18%, 2.86%, 49.79%, 5.66%, 2.20%, and 32.28%. The addition of wheat flour affected the texture of the meatball with the score of 4.33 (quite chewy) and taste of the meat ballwith the score of 4.16 (quite he-donic). The research concluded that the ash content of the oyster mushroom meatballs does not fulfill the requirement of the Indonesian National Standard of Meatball published in year 2014
