    PENGGUNAAN KONSELING REALITAS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF-REGULATED LEARNING PADA MAHASISWA UNDERACHIEVER

    Mahasiswa underachiever adalah mahasiswa yang pada dasarnya memiliki potensi intelektual yang tinggi, namun pada realitanya justru mereka memiliki prestasi akademik yang cenderung rendah. Salah satu masalah yang menyebabkan rendahnya prestasi akademis mahasiswa underachiever adalah kurangnya kemampuan self-regulated learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan konseling realitas bagi mahasiswa underachiever dalam rangka meningkatkan self-regulated learning mahasiswa tersebut. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan model penelitian eksperimen quasi dengan jenis non-randomize pre and post test design. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain analisis deskripstif dan uji asosiasi berupa uji beda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa t = 6,071 dengan signifikansi 0,00 sehingga disimpulkan ada perbedaan self-regulated learning antara kelompok yang menggunakan konseling realitas dengan yang tidak menggunakan. Terdapat perbedaan mean gain score antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol, dimana dalam hal ini kelompok yang menggunakan konseling realitas memiliki peningkatan self-regulated learning yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang tidak menggunakan.Kata Kunci: konseling realitas, self-regulated learning, underachieverDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um023v8i12019p19

    The Impact of Psychoeducation on Healthy Diet in Children with ASD during the Covid-19 Pandemic

    Covid-19 has created new habits in society, including for parents of children on the autistic spectrum. Parents become less confident in food that is processed outside the home, however Gluten Free Casein Free (GFCF) food ingredients which can be beneficial for children on the autistic spectrum, can be acquired and prepared at home. This research is an experimental study using One Group Pre-Test Post-Test and sample selection of purposive sampling technique. There were 3 people who consented to be the subject of this study. The instrument used was the comprehension instrument which consisted of 3 aspects: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. There was also a control table for the application of the healthy diet to children to validate the consistency of parents in adopting a healthy diet after receiving psychoeducation. The analysis technique used the Mann-Whitney with the results showing a significance of 0.046 (p <0.05), which means that there is a different in the score between the pre-test and post-test results in the subject group. The results show that a GFCF diet education improves parental understanding of the healthy diet of Children with ASD.     Correlation Between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance When Working from Home During the Covid-19 Pandemic

    The aim of this study was to examine the correlation between organizational commitment and performance in employees working from home in Surabaya. A quantitative descriptive approach was used. 151 participants were recruited through purposive sampling. All participants were employees with work domiciles in Surabaya who worked from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data were collected using questionnaires. The performance instrument was compiled based on the theory of Bernardin & Russel which consists of six aspects namely: (i) quality; (ii) quantity; (iii) timeliness; (iv) cost-effectiveness; (v) the need for supervision; and (vi) interpersonal impact. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment instrument was based on Mayer and Allen’s theory which consists of three aspects, namely: (i) affective; (ii) continuance; (iii) normative. Data were analyzed using Pearson Correlation. The results indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of employees in Surabaya who worked from home during the Covid-19 pandemic.     The Correlation Between Conformity and Self-Efficacy in Career Decision Making Among 12th Grade High School Students

    This study aimed to determine the characteristics of conformity and self-efficacy in career decision-making and the relationship between conformity and self-efficacy in career decision-making in class XII students. This study used a quantitative correlational method with a sample of class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Nganjuk who were selected using a cluster random sampling technique. The instruments used were a conformity scale and a self-efficacy scale of career decision-making compiled by researchers based on theory. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive and Pearson product-moment correlation analyses. The results showed that there is a relationship between conformity and self-efficacy towards career decision-making in class XII high school students.     The Correlation Between Emotion Regulation and Assertiveness in Students at Senior High School X Jember Regency

    This research aimed to determine the relationship between emotion regulation and assertiveness in students at Senior High School X Jember Regency. 154 students at Senior High School X Jember Regency participated in the study. Data were collected using an assertiveness scale and an emotion regulation scale. Pearson’s product moment correlation was used to analyze the data, which resulted in a correlation coefficient of 0.246 with a p-value of 0.002 (p < 0.05). The findings therefore indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between emotion regulation and assertiveness in students at Senior High School X Jember Regency.     “Guest Teacher” As a Class Inspirational Program in Pandemic Covid-19

    This study aims to (1) describe the “Guest Teacher” program in TK Laboratorium UM Malang, (2) analyze the efforts of the “Guest Teacher” program in PAUD learning, (3) and identify the factors inhibiting the activities of the Guest Teacher program. Respondents in this study were teachers and parents who participated in the Guest Teacher program. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. This research employs the descriptive qualitative approach. The research was conducted based on initial observations of teachers and parents in TK Laboratorium UM Malang. The results showed that the efforts that have been made with the Guest Teacher program for parents show that most parents have an awareness of the importance of their participation in children. With the implementation of the Guest Teacher program, it can foster parental participation in education and childcare. Parents raise awareness of their roles as supporters, teachers, students, advisors, protectors, and as inspirations for students. Keywords: guest teacher program, inspiration class, kindergarte

    PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI DESA SRIGONCO MELALUI PENGOLAHAN BUAH PISANG MENJADI PRODUK OLAHAN TAHAN LAMA

    Abstrak: Desa Srigonco yang merupakan salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Bantur memiliki potensi pisang yang sangat berlimpah. Sayangnya, sejak adanya pandemi COVID-19, tingkat penjualan buah pisang menurun. Kami sebagai pelaksana kegiatan Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Negeri Malang mencoba membantu menggali potensi buah pisang Desa Srigonco melalui penggabungan metode analisis Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat dan Participatory Rural Appraisal. Dengan kedua metode tersebut, diharapkan tujuan kegiatan ini bisa tercapai. Adapun tujuan yang dimaksud meliputi 1) Peningkatan potensi sumber daya manusia di desa, 2) Memotivasi masyarakat untuk menjadi sumber daya manusia yang kreatif dan inovatif, 3) Pemberdayaan industri pengolahan buah pisang dengan program rebranding, dan 4) Pengembangan industri kecil yang sudah ada dengan menambah jenis produk olahan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kami merancang strategi yang disusun berdasar analisis, dilanjut dengan perencaan jenis produk olahan buah pisang. Setelahnya, kami membuat desain untuk kemasan produk yang akan dibuat untuk menunjang keawetan. Kegiatan dilanjut dengan demonstrasi cara mengolah buah pisang menjadi produk yang lebih tahan lama dan penyuluhan yang berisikan materi pentingnya program pengolahan buah pisang untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Abstract: Srigonco Village, which is one of the villages in Bantur District, has abundant banana potential. Unfortunately, since the COVID-19 pandemic, banana sales have declined. We, as the implementers of the Community Service Activities at the State University of Malang, try to help explore the potential of bananas in Srigonco Village by combining Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat and Participatory Rural Appraisal analysis methods. With these two methods, it is hoped that the objectives of this activity can be achieved. The objectives in question include 1) Increasing the potential of human resources in the village, 2) Motivating the community to become creative and innovative human resources, 3) Empowering the banana processing industry with a rebranding program, and 4) Development of existing small industries by adding types of processed products. In practice, we design a strategy based on analysis, followed by planning the types of banana processed products. After that, we make designs for product packaging that will be made to support durability. The activity continued with demonstrations on how to process bananas into more durable products and counseling containing material on the importance of banana processing programs for the welfare of the community

    Psikoterapi kognitif perilaku berbasis nilai spiritual untuk meningkatkan regulasi diri residivis pembegalan

      Abstract The prevalence of recidivist tendencies in convicts of burglary cases in Pasuruan is still high. There needs to be a special intervention to reduce the recidivism tendency. The aims of this study were 1) to explore the recidivist behavior of the robbery case in Pasuruan; 2) to develop an effective spiritual value-based cognitive behavioral psychotherapy model for prisoners of burglary cases in Pasuruan. The method used is development research with ADDIE stages (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results showed that 1) the results of the exploration of recidivist behavior that were manifested in the analysis of the S-O-R-C function showed that recidivist prisoners had low self-regulation and had a lot of irrational thoughts on cognitive aspects, and had spiritual values ​​that had not been internalized; 2) the results of developing a spiritual value-based cognitive behavioral psychotherapy model in five sessions in the form of modules have been highly validated by experts and potential users. The results of the limited group trial showed differences in self-regulation of recidivist subjects before and after being given psychotherapy (p<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the psychotherapeutic model developed is effective in increasing the self-regulation of delinquent recidivists. Perlu ada intervensi khusus untuk mengurangi kecenderungan residivis tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mengeksplorasi perilaku residivis kasus pembegalan di Pasuruan; 2) mengembangkan model psikoterapi kognitif perilaku berbasis nilai spiritual yang efektif bagi narapidana kasus pembegalan di Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan tahapan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) hasil eksplorasi perilaku residivis yang diwujudkan pada analisis fungsi S-O-R-C menunjukkan bahwa narapidana residivis memiliki regulasi diri rendah dan memiliki banyak pemikiran irasional pada aspek kognitif, serta memiliki nilai spiritual yang belum terinternalisasi; 2) hasil pengembangan model psikoterapi kognitif perilaku berbasis nilai spiritual dalam lima sesi yang berwujud modul telah tervalidasi sangat tinggi oleh ahli dan calon pengguna. Hasil uji coba kelompok terbatas menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan regulasi diri subjek residivis sebelum dan sesudah diberikan psikoterapi (p<0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model psikoterapi yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan regulasi diri residivis pembegalan.     DETEKSI DINI HIPERTENSI DAN DIABETES MELITUS PADA LANSIA DI DESA ARGOYUWONO, KECAMATAN AMPELGADING

    Abstrak: Lansia adalah orang yang telah berusia 60 tahun ke atas. Lansia akan mengalami penurunan kesehatan secara alamiah maupun akibat penyakit yang diderita. Penyakit yang sering terjadi pada kelompok lansiayaitu  antara lain Diabetes Melitus (DM) dan hipertensi. Posyandu Lansia merupakan sebagai media pelayanan dalam kesehatan yang bersumber daya masyarakat (UKBM), dimana tugasnya melayani penduduk lansia memiliki program skrining kesehatan yang bertujuan sebagai usaha dalam mendeteksi dini terhadap suatu penyakit. Program skrining kesehatan pada Posyandu lansia kali ini bertujuan untuk membantu lansia di Dusun Argosuko, Desa Argoyuwono dalam deteksi dini potensi hipertensi dan diabetes melitus. Hasil pemeriksaan memperlihatkan bahwa sebagian besar lansia di Dusun Argosuko berpotensi terkena hipertensi dan beberapa lansia lainnya terindikasi diabetes mellitus. Hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus adalah termasuk salah satu penyakit yang tidak bisa disembuhkan, namun penyakit tersebut dapat dikontrol sehingga perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan secara rutin. Program skrining kesehatan pada posyandu lansia kali ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan lansia di Dusun Argosuko. Abstract: Elderly are people who are aged 60 years and over. The elderly will experience a decrease in health naturally or due to illness. Diseases that often occur in the elderly group include Diabetes Mellitus (DM) and hypertension. The Elderly Posyandu is a service media in health based on community resources (UKBM), where its task is to serve the elderly population and has a health screening program that aims as an effort to detect a disease early. This health screening program at the Posyandu for the elderly aims to help the elderly in Argosuko Hamlet, Argoyuwono Village in early detection of potential hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The results of the examination showed that most of the elderly in Argosuko Hamlet had the potential to be affected by hypertension and several other elderly indicated diabetes mellitus. Hypertension and diabetes mellitus are diseases that cannot be cured, but these diseases can be controlled so they need to be checked regularly. The health screening program at the Posyandu for the elderly is expected to help improve the health status of the elderly in Argosuko Hamlet

Si   Kata kunci: peran, lingkungan sekolah, anak dengan gangguan autistik   Salah satu program pendidikan yang berkembang bagi anak-anak autis adalah pendidikan  inklusi. Pendidikan  inklusi memungkinkan anak berkebutuh khusus dapat belajar di sekolah umum yang ada di lingkungan mereka. Semen ditunjuk  sebagai  sekolah  yang  melaksanakan  program  pendidikan  inklusi  p tahun 2002, SDN Percobaan 1 Malang mulai menerima siswa yang berkebutuh khusus,  salah  satunya  siswa  dengan  gangguan  autistik.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan untuk  mengetahui  peran  lingkungan  sekolah  terhadap  siswa  dengan  ganggu autistik di SDN Percobaan 1 Malang. Pendekatan  penelitian  yang  digunakan  adalah  pendekatan  kualitatif termasuk dalam  jenis penelitian  studi kasus. Subyek penelitian  ini adalah kepala sekolah,  para  guru  dan  teman  sebaya  siswa  dengan  gangguan  autistik  di  SDN Percobaan 1 Malang. Alat pengumpul data adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah, induksi, reduksi data kategorisasi, keabsahan data, menafsirkan dan penyimpulan.   Untuk pengecekan keabsahan  data  dengan menggunakan  triangulasi  sumber,  triangulasi  teknik  dan member check.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  lingkungan  sekolah memiliki peran yang besar terhadap siswa dengan gangguan autistik di SDN Percobaan 1 Malang. Kepala  sekolah  telah  berperan  sebagai  evaluator,  supervisor,  inovator  dan motivator.  Para  guru  telah  berperan  sebagai  pengajar,  menumbuhkan  sense  of industry dan  sebagai pelaksana program pembelajaran  individual. Teman  sebaya telah  berperan  sebagai  kawan,  pendorong,  pemberi  dukungan  fisik  dan  ego, sebagai  perbandingan  sosial  dan  membina  keakraban.  Lingkungan  sekolah berperan positif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi sosial, interaksi sosial dan memberikan bimbingan perilaku pada siswa dengan gangguan autistik di SDN Percobaan 1 Malang. Selain itu lingkungan sekolah juga berperan positif dalam menumbuhkan  rasa percaya diri  siswa. Lingkungan  sekolah kurang dapat berperan baik dalam mengatasi kekurang mampuan di bidang kognitif, dalam hal ini  sekolah  belum  menerapkan  sebuah  program  pembelajaran  individual  yang efektif.  Interaksi  dengan  teman  sebaya  di  sekolah  juga  memiliki  peran  negatif dalam megajarkan perilaku kurang terpuji seperti mengumpat, suka memeluk dan mencium. Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian,  disarankan  bagi  kepala  sekolah  dapat bekerjasama dengan pihak-pihak terkait untuk melakukan asesmen ulang terhadap siswa  dengan  gangguan  autistik  kemudian  menyusun  sebuah  program pembelajaran  yang  efektif.  Untuk  para  guru  hendaknya  dapat  lebih  fleksibel menjalankan  kurikulum  pada  siswa  dengan  gangguan  autistik.  Untuk  teman sebaya  hendaknya  dapat  menjadi  contoh  yang  baik  dan  dapat  memperlakukan siswa dengan gangguan autistik secara wajar.
