    ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS AKTIVA PRODUKTIF DAN TINGKAT SUKU BUNGA KREDIT TERHADAP KEUNTUNGAN BANK

    This research is limited to the problem of earning asset quality and loan interest rates in affecting bank profits. This analysis is measured by profitability ratios of ROE (Return On Equity) on the banks to go public on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2003­2008. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the proportion of quality in earning assets and interest rates of loans to bank profitability that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The independent variables in this study is the quality in earning assets and interest rates on credit. Both of these variables investigated by partial effects (individual) and simultaneously (shared) to the dependent variable is profitability. Data from each variable were taken with the technical documentation by the end of the period during the years 2003­2008. Analisinyatechnique uses multiple linear regression. From the test results of significance test shows that the variable f earning asset quality and loan interest rates simultaneously significant effect on profitability as indicated by an f count 31.109> F table 4.050 at α = 5%. T test results showed that the quality in earning assets and the variable loan interest rate is partially a significant effect on profitability. Earning asset quality variable has a value of 2.729 t count> t table 1.9944 at α = 5%. While mortgage interest rates have t value 4.484> t table 1.9944 at α = 5%. Coefficient of determination (R ²) is 47.4%, this suggests quality in earning assets and the variable interest rate loans are able to explain 47.4% to 52.6%, while profitability is explained by other variables not included in this research model.     Word Association and Its Function at the Constituent Understanding on the Language Learning

    This paper aimed at describing word association and its function at the constituent understanding on the language learning. Word association is a relation between a word with other words because of the semantic relationship. A word association test appears when there is a stimulus word and someone mentions a response word that comes to mind firstly based on the stimulus word. The response words show someone’s mental lexicon as a result of language acquisition and language learning. Word associations can be used in the process of understanding constituents (linguistic units) with word association tests, they are (1) words, (2) phrases, and (3) sentence patterns. In word constituent learning, word association tests are carried out by asking questions so that the result can show the semantic networks of words that are classified by word type. Phrase constituent learning is also held by asking questions, but response words are included before or after the stimulus word so that these words form a phrase. Meanwhile, sentence constituent learning is held by presenting words that are located as predicate and then asking questions that bring up the subject, object, complement, or additional information that accompany the predicate. With this method, students do not only learn constituents as units that have levels from small (words) to large ones (sentences), but also understand that constituents have a patterned and interconnected system.   Keywords: word associations, constituents, language learnin

    Citra Kurikulum Baru: Kesiapan Guru dalam Menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka

    Guru dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dengan menerapkan kurikulum yang sedang berlaku. Akan tetapi, guru belum menerapkan kurikulum tersebut, tetapi sudah diminta menerapkannya dalam Program Profesi Guru Dalam Jabatan (PPG Daljab). Berdasarkan hal itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengalaman mahasiswa PPG Daljab dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian ini adalah narrative inquiry. Subjek penelitian adalah lima mahasiswa PPG Daljab Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa awalnya guru kurang siap dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka sebab para guru belum memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang cukup. Meskipun demikian, proses pembelajaran PPG yang menyarankan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka mendorong guru untuk terus berinovasi dalam pembelajaran dalam hal perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, hingga tindak lanjut. Pada umumnya, proses itu pun mengalami kendala substansial dan teknis, tetapi hal tersebut dapat diatasi guru dengan terus berupaya menggali pengetahuan dan menambah pengalaman secara konkret melalui praktik. Dengan demikian, guru pun memiliki kesiapan yang jauh lebih matang setelah guru selesai mengalami fase praktik pengalaman lapangan. Guru merespons bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka ternyata jauh lebih mudah diterapkan jika guru memiliki pemahaman dan pengalaman yang cukup.Teachers are required to have pedagogic competence by applying the current curriculum. However, teachers have not implemented the curriculum, but have been asked to apply it in the Professional Teacher In-Service Program (PPG Daljab). Based on this, this study aims to describe the experiences of PPG Daljab students in implementing the Independent Curriculum. This research method is narrative inquiry. The research subjects were five PPG Daljab students, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The results showed that initially the teachers were not ready to apply the Independent Curriculum because the teachers did not have sufficient knowledge and experience. Nevertheless, the PPG learning process which suggests the implementation of the Independent Curriculum encourages teachers to continue to innovate in learning in terms of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. In general, the process also experiences substantial and technical obstacles, but these can be overcome by the teacher by continuing to seek knowledge and add concrete experience through practice. Thus, the teacher also has a much more mature readiness after the teacher has finished experiencing the practical phase of field experience. The teacher responded that the Independent Curriculum was much easier to implement if the teacher had sufficient understanding and experience

    Penguji IC PAL Berbasis PC

    Dalam skripsi ini dibuat peralatan penguji IC PAL yang belum diprogram dengan menggunakan PC sebagai proses utama. Dengan menggunakan program DELPHI pada PC, sistem pengujian IC PAL memiliki kelebihan karena bisa lebih mempermudah dalam pengisian program pada IC PAL, dan lebih mudah untuk mendeteksi kerusakan yang terdapat pada IC PAL tersebut, mengingat begitu kompleksnya gerbang-gerbang yang terdapat di dalam IC PAL tersebut. PC bekerja sebagai operasional dan analisa fungsi IC uji sesuai dengan sistem kerja yang dimilikinya. Untuk menentukan jenis IC yang di uji digunakan list program pada PC. Setelah jenis IC uji sesuai dengan jenis yang ditampilkan pada monitor, maka PC telah memberikan data uji dan analisa untuk menentukan kondisi dari IC yang di uji. Selanjutnya dalam menganalisa data, PC melakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara data yang dikirim dan data yang diterima dari IC uji. Apabila dalam membandingkan tersebut terdapat kesesuaian maka akan ditampilkan pesan kondisi IC baik pada monitor PC, tetapi bila terdapat ketidaksesuaian maka monitor akan memberi pesan kondisi IC rusak. Identifikasi IC rusak adalah IC yang mempunyai Inputan atau dan output berlogika rendah.     Motivasi Belajar Siswa dalam Berliterasi di SD Negeri Kebonsari Kulon 6 Kota Probolinggo

    Student learning motivation can be associated with information skills in learning Indonesian. The focus of this research is on three things, namely (1) the results of students' motivation in literacy; (2) literacy AKM (Minimum Competency Assessment); (3) the correlation between learning motivation and AKM literacy of students at Kebonsari Kulon 6 Public Elementary School, Probolinggo City. Quantitative research with descriptive statistical analysis was used as a research method for fifth grade students who took the AKM test by the Teaching Campus Program Batch 3. Questionnaires and tests were used for data collection techniques. In analyzing the results, it’s strengthened by the theory of learning motivation by Duncan and Mckeachie which has six aspects in measuring learning motivation including anxiety, self-confidence, belief control, task value, extrinsic orientation goals, and intrinsic orientation goals. The results of this study revealed that students learning motivation and AKM literacy were very high but the correlation value between the two was still very weak. This can be seen from several factors, which include students' understanding of the AKM Literacy question and the preparation of learning strategies that have high quality and are effective.Motivasi belajar siswa dapat dikaitkan dengan kemampuan informasi pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini pada tiga hal, yaitu (1) hasil motivasi belajar siswa dalam berliterasi; (2) AKM (Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum) literasi; (3) korelasi antara motivasi belajar dengan AKM literasi siswa di SD Negeri Kebonsari Kulon 6 Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis statistika deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian siswa kelas V yang mengikuti uji AKM oleh  program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 3. Angket dan tes dimanfaatkan guna teknik pengumpulan data. Dalam menganalisis hasil dikuatkan dengan teori motivasi belajar oleh Duncan dan Mckeachie yang memiliki enam aspek dalam mengukur motivasi belajar meliputi kecemasan, kepercayaan diri, kontrol kepercayaan, nilai tugas, tujuan orientasi ekstrinsik, serta tujuan orientasi intrinsik. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan AKM literasi siswa sangat tinggi akan tetapi nilai korelasi antara keduanya masih sangat lemah. Hal tersebut dapat ditinjau dari beberapa faktor yakni meliputi pemahaman siswa dalam soal AKM Literasi dan penyusunan strategi pembelajaran yang memiliki kualitas tinggi serta efektif

    PEMBELAJARAN MULTILITERASI DALAM KONTEKS MERDEKA BELAJAR DI INDONESIA

    The literacy ability of Indonesian students is still deficient. In addition, there is a gap in multiliteracy research to implement the concept of independent learning. This study aims to describe two focuses, namely (1) student competencies developed through multiliteracy learning and (2) the innovation of multiliteracy learning. This research is classified as a literature review with data from scientific articles sourced from accredited national scientific journals. Data was collected by using documentation technique by purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely (1) analyzing the title, objectives, methods, and results of the research, (2) analyzing student competencies and multiliterate learning innovations through coding activities in the Atlas.ti 9 qualitative data analysis application, (3) analyzing the findings with simple statistics with Ms. Excel, (4) compares the pattern of findings in the study with Atlas.ti 9, and (5) interprets the findings. The results showed that the competence of students developed in multiliteracy learning was dominated by language skills (60%), then literacy skills (18%), thinking skills (14%), and other abilities (8%). Based on the innovation, the development of multiliteracy learning (54%) was more than its application (46%). The development of multiliteracy learning is carried out by developing models, teaching materials, learning tools, media, and learning methods. The application is carried out in implementing learning in various subjects at various levels of education in Indonesia
