Transdiscursividad conceptual, representativa y figurativa de la obra de Hamlet hacia un contexto audiovisual. Estudio de caso : Hamlet como teatro televisado

In this process of translation from an original written discourse to an audiovisual adaptation, is the effect of transdiscursivity produced? Is it understood that each process of filmic adaptation - television or film - can lead to a different interpretation technique of the original work? ¿La representación televisiva de Hamlet, de William Shakespeare, emitida en 1970, en TVE, a través del programa dramático Estudio I, consigue el objetivo de trasladar un discurso original a una representación teatral y de esta a una narrativa audiovisual fílmica televisiva? Son algunas de las formulaciones iniciales que se presentan y contestan a lo largo del corpus de este trabajo de investigación y que configuran el propósito principal de esta tesis. Aquí se describen, sintetizan y explican, a través del análisis del discurso hamletiano, en su vertiente narrativa, retórica y semántica, los paralelismos, identidades y diferencias transdiscursivas, existentes entre la tragedia original y su adaptación teatral fílmica, a través de la única televisión existente en España. Entre las conclusiones más importantes se subraya la labor trascendental de esta incipiente televisión española, no solo como medio capaz de unir las virtudes y procedimientos expresivos y creativos del cine y el teatro sino como instrumento cultural, que da a conocer obras literarias a un gran público, que, de otra forma, nunca hubiera podido tener acceso a ellas.  

Inspección y evaluación de estructuras existentes: una tarea para ingenieros valientes

Comprobar una estructura existente comporta entenderla a fondo. En el ámbito de la Medicina, entender bien el caso del paciente se basa en una bien estudiada historia clínica, en un reconocimiento visual, en la analítica y, finalmente, en la formulación de un diagnóstico que explique la causa de los males. No hay razón alguna para no aplicar un modus operandi similar a las construcciones existentes. En este artículo se propugna una mejor educación de los ingenieros que les haga sentir que el entendimiento de una estructura ya existente es parte de un fascinante todo y no sólo un mero modelo matemático

Impact of post-fault flux adaptation on six-phase induction motor drives with parallel converters

The redundancy of multiphase drives provides an inherent fault-tolerant capability that is appreciated in applications with a complicated corrective maintenance or safety-critical requirements. Fault restrictions however force the system to be reconfigured to operate in a smooth and efficient manner. Previous works have been focused on the optimization of current waveforms to generate an undisturbed operation but still maintaining the pre-fault rated flux settings. This work shows that efficient controllers can improve the post-fault performance in six-phase induction machines supplied by parallel- connected converters if offline optimization is used to obtain a variable reference flux. Didáctica del podcast en el programa PMAR. Una experiencia de aula en la Comunidad de Madrid

Este artículo desarrolla un análisis de tipo experimental, transversal y descriptivo en el que se plantea la ‘didáctica del podcast’. Cuenta con una estructura monográfica de acuerdo con la contextualización, diagnóstico y justificación de un proyecto educativo, como una posible solución práctica a un problema real en alumnos de 2º de Secundaria, acogidos a PMAR (Programa de Mejora del Aprendizaje y del Rendimiento) y matriculados en un Instituto de Educación Secundaria de la Comunidad de Madrid (España). Un programa oficial que se concibe como una medida de atención a la diversidad, con una metodología y programación académica específica. Para ello, se optó por una investigación cualitativa, de acción participativa y dialógica, que tiene como base las perspectivas y acciones de los participantes a través del sistema podcasting. Esto ayudó a comprender y profundizar en el fenómeno específico de este estudio, cuyo fin es presentar un análisis de resultados y una serie de conclusiones. Se emprendió para ello un proceso práctico desarrollado con estos estudiantes, en el ámbito sociolingüístico, que nos permita determinar sus avances cognitivos y emocionales, y en qué medida los docentes utilizamos materiales didácticos innovadores, como estrategia lúdica, adecuada, en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

Learning Object Generation Using an Assisted Approach

El etiquetado de un Objeto de Aprendizaje generalmente es una actividad extenuante y propensa a errores, lo cual afecta directamente la reutilización e interoperabilidad del recurso. En este trabajo se describe un modelo que genera Objetos de Aprendizaje a partir de recursos digitales existentes. El modelo emplea la similitud entre objetos, así como reglas inferidas del conocimiento existente, para proponer metadatos y de esta manera facilitar la descripción del recurso. El modelo ha sido implementado mediante un asistente dentro de un sistema de gestión de Objetos de Aprendizaje. Los resultados de un estudio confirman la facilidad y usabilidad del modelo. El radioteatro en España: marco de referencia para una aproximación diacrónica

The main objective of this article is to give a contextualization of radio drama in Spain, over a period of three decades in the last century, between the 1940s and the 1970s. Through retrospective analysis on its history some of the keys related to narrative and drama genres implementation are assessed. The research methodology used can be classified as theoretical-conceptual, since it has been based on the search, compilation and analysis of documentation that have allowed radio theater to be contextualized in those three decades. As a result of the research, the relationship between radio plays and social context is revealed and the contributions of the main Spanish authors and directors of radio drama in those decades are referenced. The final conclusion points to the fact that radio drama throughout radio history has been appearing and disappearing conditioned by programmers and public demand. Despite this, even by the end of the seventies, when radio programmers stood up for informative content, some radio dramatic serials would continue in the radio programming: La Saga de los Porretas (Cadena SER) or Sobrenatural and Historias (RNE).El objetivo del presente artículo es ofrecer una contextualización del radioteatro en España entre las décadas de los años cuarenta a los años setenta del siglo pasado. A través de un análisis retrospectivo de su historia, se hace hincapié en algunas de las claves de su implantación como género narrativo y dramático. Se utiliza una metodología teórico-conceptual, basada en el análisis documental, que ha permitido circunscribir y referenciar temporalmente el radioteatro en el periodo señalado. El resultado del análisis pone de manifiesto la relación de los radioteatros con la situación social y la importancia de su legado literario y cultural. Igualmente, se referencian las aportaciones de los autores y realizadores españoles de radioteatro en esas décadas. La conclusión pone de manifiesto que, a lo largo de la historia de la radio, el radiodrama aparece y desaparece condicionado por sus programadores y por la demanda del público. A pesar de la apuesta de la radio por los contenidos informativos en su programación, a partir de finales de los años setenta, se mantuvieron en antena algunos seriales, como La saga de los Porretas (1976-1988), en la Cadena SER, y Sobrenatural (1994-1996), o Historias (1997-2003), en Radio Nacional de España

Comparison of Current Control Strategies Applied to a Boost-Rectifier Connected to a Direct Drive Wave Energy Converter

Direct drive wave energy converters are characterized by a direct conversion of the wave energy into electricity with no intermediate mechanical conversion system. For this reason, optimization methods for maximizing the absorbed power have to be designed for acting on the electrical generator. Besides, this type of system requires power electronics to be connected to the grid. This paper evaluates three different current control strategies applied to a boost-rectifier in the ac-dc stage as part of an optimization method. The system is implemented and simulated in MATLAB/Simulink with real random waves. In direct drive wave energy conversion, unlike the original application of these controllers, the input electrical power is highly variable, both in amplitude and frequency. Open-phase fault operation on multiphase induction 3 motor drives

This is due to their usefulness in a niche of applications where the reduction in the total power per phase and, mainly, the high overall system reliability and the ability of using the multiphase machine in faulty conditions are required. Electric vehicle and railway traction, all-electric ships, more-electric aircraft or wind power generation systems are examples of up-to-date real applications using multiphase machines, most of them taking advantage of the ability of continuing the operation in faulty conditions. Between the available multiphase machines, symmetrical five-phase induction machines are probably one of the most frequently considered multiphase machines in recent research. However, other multiphase machines have also been used in the last few years due to the development of more powerful microprocessors. This chapter analyzes the behavior of generic n-phase machines (beingn any odd number higher than 3) in faulty operation (considering the most common faulty operation, i.e. the open phase fault). The obtained results will be then particularized to the 5-phase case, where some simulation and experimental results will be presented to show the behavior of the entire system in healthy and faulty conditions. The chapter will be organized as follows: First, the different faults in a multiphase machine are analyzed. Fault conditions are de tailed and explained, and the interest of a multiphase machine in the management of faults is stated. The effect of the open-phase fault operation in the machine model is then studied. A generic n-phase machine is considered, being n any odd number greater than three. The analysis is afterwards particularized to the 5-phase machine, where the open phase fault condition is managed using different control methods and the obtained results are compared. Finally, the conclusions are presented in the last section of the chapter

Optimal Fault-Tolerant Control of Six-Phase Induction Motor Drives with Parallel Converters

Multiphase drives and parallel converters have been recently proposed in low-voltage high-power applications. The fault-tolerant capability provided by multiphase drives is then extended with parallel converters, increasing their suitability for safety-critical and renewable uses. This advantageous feature, compared to standard threephase drives, has been analyzed in the event of open-phase faults. However, when using parallel converters, a converter fault does not necessarily imply an open-phase condition, but usually just a limited phase current capability. This work analyzes the fault-tolerant capability of six-phase drives with parallel converter supply. Different scenarios considering up to three faults for single and two neutral configurations are examined, optimizing off-line the post-fault currents and modifying accordingly the control strategies.
