The role of private military and security companies in contemporary politics

Praca poświęcona jest współczesnemu zjawisku w stosunkach międzynarodowych - roli prywatnych firm wojskowych i ich powiązaniu z interesami narodowymi państw, co jest przedmiotem badań. Artykuł definiuje prywatne firmy wojskowe, proponuje klasyfikację, opisuje listę oferowanych usług. W głównej mierze zjawisko prywatnych firm wojskowych i ochroniarskich rozpatrywane jest z dwóch stron. Po pierwsze, jest to status historyczno-prawny prywatnych firm wojskowych i ochroniarskich, proces powstawania nowoczesnych firm oraz dziedzina prawna, w której one funkcjonują. Po drugie to bezpośrednie zastosowanie przez firmy na przykładzie polityki Federacji Rosyjskiej i teoretyczna analiza takiego wpływu.The work is devoted to a modern phenomenon in international relations - the role of private military companies and their connection with the national interests of states, which is the subject of research. The paper defines private military companies, proposes a classification, describes the list of services offered. In the main part, the phenomenon of private military and security companies is considered from two sides. Firstly, it is the historical and legal status of private military and security companies, the process of formation of modern companies and the legal field in which they exist. The second is the direct application by companies on the example of the policy of the Russian Federation and a theoretical analysis of such an impact
