Detached House with Two Flats in Uhřínov

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu se dvěma bytovými jednotkami, které jsou vzájemně propojeny. Stavební pozemek se nachází na kraji obce Uhřínov u Velkého Meziříčí. Novostavba je určena pro pětičlennou rodinu a dva prarodiče, z nichž jeden je na vozíčku, proto je první bytová jednotka řešena bezbariérově. Objekt je nepodsklepený, má dvě nadzemní podlaží. V jihovýchodní části pozemku je navržena garáž s dílnou. Budova je navržena z konstrukčního systému KM BETA. Konstrukce stropu je ze železobetonu a konstrukci střechy tvoří dvě vazníkové střechy se sklonem střešní roviny 10°.The bachelor thesis deals with a design of a detached house which includes two interconnected apartments. The property is situated on the edge of the town called Uhřínov, near Velké Meziříčí. The house is intended for a 5-member family and two grandparents, one of which is wheelchair dependent that is why one of the apartments is wheelchair accessible. The building has two floors and no basement. In the southeast part of the property a garage with a workshop is designed. The building is designed to be built from the construction system KM BETA. The construction of the ceiling is designed from reinforced concrete and the construction of the roof is made of two girder roofs with its incline of 10°.

Kindergarten in Netín

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh mateřské školy na konkrétním pozemku v Netíně. Záměrem je vytvořit funkční dispoziční řešení zohledňující každodenní provoz. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený s kapacitou 40 dětí. Budova je navržena z konstrukčního systému KM BETA a zastřešena na jednopodlažní části plochou střechou a na dvoupodlažní části pultovou střechou.The diploma thesis deals with the design of a kindergarten on a particular building site in the village of Netin. The aim is to create a functional layout suitable for everyday use. It is a two-floor construction without a cellar which can accommodate 40 pre-school children. The building has been designed using the construction software system KM BETA and is sheltered with a flat roof on the one-floor part and with a shed roof on the two-floor part.

Byty jsou porovnány z hlediska dispozice a typu bytu ve třech vybraných lokalitách města Šumperk. Celý trh je zhodnocen podle počtu inzercí, které se dělí na inzerce v daných lokalitách podle typu bytu na cihlové a panelové a podle typu vlastnictví. Jsou porovnány průměrné ceny bytů dle vlastnictví a průměrné velikosti bytu. Cíle byly splněny a lokality byly porovnány.Theme of my Bacherol thesis is analysis of housing market. SCENOGRAPHY AS A USAGE OF SPACE

This bachelor thesis discusses the matter of using space in theatre scenography. There is a description of non-traditional usage concept of scenographic space in the 20th century in the theoretical part of the paper and my experiences with the organisation of space usage, work with lights and sound, costumes making during the creation of the following pieces - Sarajevo and Endgame - in the practical part of the paper, including the part of working with actors in various space (rehearsal phase and the piece itself). The possibilities of how to make the theatre "non-theatrical" and how to close up with the audience are also discussed. Import 04/07/2011V předložené práce je zpracována finanční analýza čtyř českých těžařských společností zabývajících se těžbou písku a štěrkopísku. Finanční analýza má posoudit jejich finanční zdraví, bonitu a pravděpodobnost bankrotu. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány vybrané společnosti a vysvětleny metody finanční analýzy. V praktické části je zpracována jednorozměrná finanční analýza všech firem, dále finanční analýza jednotlivých firem pomocí poměrových ukazatelů, vertikální analýzy, bonitního a bankrotního modelu a indexu důvěryhodnosti. Pro mezipodnikové srovnání je v další části práce provedena Spider analýza a Kralickuv Quick test. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky analýzy jejich hodnocení a prognóza dalších let.The submitted work discusses the financial analysis of four Czech companies concerned with quarrying sand and gravel. The financial analysis should assess their financial health, solvency and the probability of bankruptcy. The theoretical part of the work describes the selected companies and explains the methods of the financial analysis. The practical part contains a one-dimensional financial analysis of all the companies, as well as a financial analysis of individual companies using differential indicators, vertical analysis, a solvency and bankruptcy model and a credibility index. A Spider Analysis and Kralick’s Quick Test are performed for inter-company comparison in the next part of the work. The Effects of Bilirubin and Lumirubin on the Differentiation of Human Pluripotent Cell-Derived Neural Stem Cells

The ‘gold standard’ treatment of severe neonatal jaundice is phototherapy with blue–green light, which produces more polar photo-oxidation products that are easily excreted via the bile or urine. The aim of this study was to compare the effects of bilirubin (BR) and its major photo-oxidation product lumirubin (LR) on the proliferation, differentiation, morphology, and specific gene and protein expressions of self-renewing human pluripotent stem cell-derived neural stem cells (NSC). Neither BR nor LR in biologically relevant concentrations (12.5 and 25 µmol/L) affected cell proliferation or the cell cycle phases of NSC. Although none of these pigments affected terminal differentiation to neurons and astrocytes, when compared to LR, BR exerted a dose-dependent cytotoxicity on self-renewing NSC. In contrast, LR had a substantial effect on the morphology of the NSC, inducing them to form highly polar rosette-like structures associated with the redistribution of specific cellular proteins (β-catenin/N-cadherin) responsible for membrane polarity. This observation was accompanied by lower expressions of NSC-specific proteins (such as SOX1, NR2F2, or PAX6) together with the upregulation of phospho-ERK. Collectively, the data indicated that both BR and LR affect early human neurodevelopment in vitro, which may have clinical relevance in phototherapy-treated hyperbilirubinemic neonates

Experiencing of meaning of life and values of students of humanities – results of the first part of the pilot study

Cílem předkládaného příspěvku je seznámit odbornou veřejnost s analýzou, jak skupina studentů humanitních oborů vnímá smysl života a hodnoty (tvůrčí, zážitkové a postojové) kategorizované z vlastních písemných prací v kurzu Logoterapie a existenciální analýza. Studující společně s vyučující z nich následně provedli kvalitativní obsahovou analýzu prizmatem konceptu logoterapie a existenciální analýzy. Prostřednictvím této analýzy jsou předloženy názory vybrané skupiny studujících humanitních oborů a vyvozeny důsledky pro pedagogickou praxi.The goal of presented paper is to introduce to the public outcomes of the analysis, how students of humanities perceive meaning of life and values (creative, experiential, attitudinal) categorised on the basis of own written reflections from the course Logotherapy and existential analysis. Students and the teacher then carried out the qualitative content analysis with the prism of logotherapy and existential analysis. Through the analysis there are the opinions of the limited group of students of humanities submitted and deduced the conclusions for teaching practice
