Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyvinout aplikaci pro MS Windows, která bude zabraňovat spouštění nežádoucího a / nebo nelegálního softwaru v lokální počítačové síti. Aplikace musí být co nejméně náročná na systémové zdroje počítače.The aim of this thesis is to develop an application for MS Windows, that will prevent using of unwanted and / or illegal software in the local computer network. Application must be as least demanding on system resources as possible.

The manipulator design for KAMBot robot

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukcí malého robotického manipulá- toru pro robot KAMBot za využití 3D tiskárny. Součástí práce je i tvorba řídící jednotky a potřebné elektroniky s podporou komunikace přes I2C protokol. V teoretické části je zdokumentována volba mechanického a logického uspořádání s matematickým rozborem a popisem I2C protokolu . V praktické části je popsána stavba manipulátoru a návrh elektroniky s deskou plošných spojů. Poslední část se zabývá popisem obsluhy manipulátoru a shodnocením výsledků.This bachelor’s thesis deals with design and construction of small robotic manipulator for KAMBot robot using a 3D printer. The work also includes the design of a control unit and the electronics needed to support communications via the I2C protocol. The theoretical part documents the choice of mechanical and logical arrangement with mathematical analysis and describes the I2C protocol. The practical part describes the structure of the manipulator, the design of electronics to the PCB and implementation of I2C protocol. Last part documents the control of the manipulator and final results.

Heterogeneous Computer Network Administration and Management

Import 26/06/2013Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh a implementaci systému umožňující správu a administraci prvků heterogenní sítě (Linux, Windows), provozované na střední škole. Práce obsahuje rozdělení na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou srovnávány obdobné systémy podle základního rozdělení systému do skupin a jejich vyhodnocení splnění zadaného rozsahu. V praktické části je popsán samotný navrhnutý systém a postupně jeho jednotlivé části. První část se zaměřuje na monitorování sítě, síťového provozu a jejich statistik. Další část obsahuje konfiguraci zabezpečení a filtrování provozu. Poslední praktická část se zabývá záznamem událostí a zobrazením jednotlivých statistik. Závěr je věnován vyhodnocení implementace systému a jeho přínosu. Veškeré zdrojové kódy použité pro navrhnutý systém jsou na přiloženém CD/DVD.The central focus of this thesis is a proposal and an implementation of a system used in high school that allows an administration of heterogeneous networks components (Linux, Windows). This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, similar systems are compared. The evaluated systems are divided into several groups based on their main functions, and evaluated on how well they satisfy the criteria. In the practical part, the proposed system and its parts are described. The focus of the first part is a monitoring of a network, its operation, and the statistics. Another part includes a configuration of the security and content filtering. The last practical part is dealing with an event logging and displaying of individual statistics. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem optického bezkabelového spoje a vlivu atmosférických jevů (především větru) na útlum signálu. Dále tato práce obsahuje výsledky statisticky zpracovaných dat z experimentálního spoje na Milešovce a porovnání s anemometrickými záznamy rychlosti větru.This bachelor work deals with the description of free space optics communications and the influence of atmospheric phenomena (mainly wind) in the signal attenuation. Side channel attacks

It is very difficult in real-time breaking the cryptographic algorithms used at present. The Classical cryptoanalysis is based on finding weaknesses in the mathematical structure of the algorithm. Discovery of side channels caused a substantial change in this science. Side-channel attacks are based on incorrect physical implementation of cryptographic algorithms. This new way attack changes notions about cryptography and security of systems. This master´s thesis contains a detailed description of the whole problem of side channels and deals with side-channel attacks on the RSA asymmetric algorithm. This thesis includes the design and realization of laboratory exercise, which is focused on the time attack on the RSA algorithm implementation

VC5 and Vision Designer platform visual system

Za účelem interního vývoje průmyslových kamerových systémů ve společnosti Tyco Electronics Czech s.r.o. jsem ve vývojovém prostředí Cognex Vision Designer navrhl programovou šablonu. Šablona bude sloužit jako flexibilní základ pro další vývoj konkrétních aplikací kamerových systémů na průmyslovém počítači Cognex VC5. Funkčnost šablony byla úspěšně ověřena jejím upravením na konkrétní aplikaci laboratorního ručního testeru, který slouží pro měření parametrů vyráběných konektorů. Pro ruční tester byla vybrána a instalována kamera s objektivem a osvětlením. Mezi jednotkou VC5 a řídícím systémem PLC byla zprovozněna DIO komunikace. Aplikace byla zkalibrována a jako měřicí systém ověřena pomocí standardních metod MSA typu I. a Capability Study.For the purpose of an future machine vision system development in Tyco Electronics Czech s.r.o. I have developed Cognex Designer template. Template will serve as a flexible basis for further development of camera applications on the Cognex VC5 industrial computer. The functionality of the program template has been successfully verified by modifying it to a particular application of the laboratory manual station used to measure the parameters of the manufactured connectors. A camera with lens and lightning was chosen and installed on the station. DIO communication was put into operation between VC5 and PLC system. The application has been calibrated and verified as a measurement system using MSA Type I and Capability study standard methods.

Algae and blue-green algae as mosquito food

Ten genera of cyanophytes and 73 genera of algae were found in the guts of Aedes, Culex, Anopheles and Culiseta larvae collected in various breeding places of the Elbe-Lowland (Bohemia) and Prague. The quality and quantity of blue-green algae and algae found in mosquito guts depended on their presence in the water of mosquito breeding places and on the feeding type (filter fieders, scrapers) of mosquito larvae. Chlorophycean algae possesing cell wall with sporopollenin and algae with a mucilagenous (jelly) envelope appeared undamaged by the digestive process. Also spores and resting stages tended to pass undamaged through the larval intestine tract
