    Innovative value creation in BRICS

    Get PDF
The main scientific problem is the development of the cost modeling methodology of value-added accounting for the purpose of obtaining estimates of the value-added level of innovative products, which is necessary for making managerial, investment, production and other decisions at all levels of management and for monitoring the results of such decisions. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for accounting for the value added of innovative products, regarding the technology readiness levels for commercialization based on the analysis of problems and growth points of the national economy using the example of the BRICS international collaboration. The article revealed the features of innovative development of leading and developing countries, the need for the national economy in international collaborations to intensify innovative development, the existing problems in accounting for the value added of innovative products, the developed proprietary methodology for accounting for the value added of innovative products, regarding the technology readiness level for commercialization. The theoretical significance lies in the development of methodological foundations for accounting for the creation and distribution of value added, and the practical significance is determined by the fact that for the first time the methodology takes into account the technology readiness levels for commercialization, which gives a new approach to the practical assessment of the value-added innovation.peer-reviewe

Influence of the C and Mn concentration on the grains size of the Fe-Mn-C alloy

    Get PDF
In the study of the material, the detailed study of the structure in the initial state is an important task. In the present study was studied the influence of Mn content on the average grain size in the hardened alloys with different carbon concentrations (1. C ∼ 1 wt. %, 2.C ∼ 0.4 wt. %) in the Fe-Mn-C alloys with the addition of alloying elements Cr and V. The grain structure of alloys was studied. It was revealed that after quenching the alloy has regular grain structure. The average grain sizes are within the ranges of 20-45 microns. It is found that in the alloys of the first group (about 1 wt. % C), the grain size decreases with the increased Mn concentration, there is no such relationship in the alloys of the second group (∼ 0.4 wt. % C)

Cooperation with China plays an increasingly important role in the foreign policy of the Russian Federation. The article deals with the joint activities of the two States in the field of natural resources extraction and environmental protection. The purpose of the research is to study the legal framework in the field of environmental cooperation, as well as to measure the possible consequences of joint economic activities for the Russian Federation. For achieving this goal it is necessary to carry out the following tasks:• to analyze the most important regulatory documents of the Russian Federation and China in the field of ecology;• identify the main China’s and Russia’s aids of economic and political cooperation China and Russia;• to highlight the most controversial agreements between the two states, as well as to find the causes of discontent among the population;• to predict the possible consequences and results of the Russian-Chinese partnership in the environmental sphere.Research methods: comparative analysis of regulations, analytical study of scientific articles on the subject of research, interpretation of factual information and opinions covered in the press. The practical significance of this work lies in the fact that this article can be used to analyze the existing problems of Russian-Chinese environmental and economic cooperation, as well as to adjust the policy of environmental agencies.Scientific novelty: the main emphasis of the article is made on the negative consequences of Russia's policy towards Chinese production, the actions of the Russian and Chinese governments that can potentially destabilize the situation in the region. Results of the study: during the writing of the article, the most important normative documents of the Russian Federation and China in the field of ecology were analyzed, the main objectives of economic and political cooperation on the part of China and Russia were identified, the most controversial agreements between the two States were highlighted, as well as the causes of discontent among the population, in addition, the possible consequences and results of the Russian-Chinese partnership in the environmental sphere were predicted. Conclusions: according to the data obtained, the domestic and bilateral environmental legislation of the Russian Federation and China has a number of shortcomings that impede cooperation between the two States, as well as hindering the protection of the environment; the joint economic activity of the two countries contributes to the development of the Far East, and is also beneficial for Chinese business, but there is a threat of development and appropriation by China of part of the Russian territories

Application of mathematical models to optimization of the methane fermentation of fowl dung

    Get PDF
We applied mathematical modeling to the optimization of the methane fermentation of dung obtained from the breeding of farm animals in preceding research we carried out/Baykov, 1987, Baykov & Tyravska, 1991/. In the last few years compost is of greater interest as a resource for increasing soil fertility. The conducted research /Baykov, 1987/ indicates that the compost, obtained from the methane fermentation of fowl dung, is a source of biogenic chemical elements in optimal proportions. In the Ordinance for the organic production of plants /Ordinance №22/2001 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry/ it is stated that the manure that can be used is produced from just a few farms. These are the reasons to carry out a research on optimizing the methane fermentation for a little farm, breeding 5000 laying hens without any litter, by applying mathematical modeling

Assessment of the compost from the methane fermentation of litter from broiler production with a view to its utilization in organic plant production

    Get PDF
The aim of the present research is to make an ecological assessment of the compost obtained from litter from broiler production /LBP/ according to the requirements of Ordinance №22/2001 for the MRL/Maximum Residue Level/ values of toxic elements and according to the Norms of the Canadian Ministry of Agriculture /2002/ with a view to its utilization in the organic production of plants. This research is necessary because, unlike broiler dung and domestic organic waste, LBP is heterogeneous in content and it includes different sources of cellulose / in Bulgaria hay is the most common as well as some part of the fodder/

OPPORTUNITIES AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT FOR THE DIGITAL ECONOMY IN THE WORLD AND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Implementation of digital economy tools in the new information environment is a catalyst for innovative development of the economic environment of the state as a whole. It is obvious that not all the available opportunities and resources for the development of the digital economy have found their vectors of implementation, many of them have not been studied sufficiently and haphazardly, the existing potential and prospects have not been disclosed.Understanding of the need to develop elements of the digital economy has come to a head in the Russian economic and legal environment, as evidenced by the development and implementation of priority areas of the strategy of scientific and technological development of Russia. The mentioned problems determine the relevance of the research study of the possibilities of applying the positive foreign experience of digitalization of the economy in domestic practice. The paper provides an overview of the main categories of the digital economy, examines the features of its widespread distribution in the countries of the world, assesses the opportunities and prospects for the development of digitalization in Russia. New technologies, criteria and approaches to assessing the level of the digital economy, its institutionalization require effective regulation and management.
