The aim of the study was to show the interrelation between the gradually increasing alexithymia traits and the integrative self regulation style of emotional, personal and cognitive interaction with the environment. The Toronto Alexithymia scale was used for examination of 356 students of a medical university. The students were divided into 4 groups in accordance with the alexithymia degree (69 - 94 scores for a high degree). The integral methods of estimation of an individuality were: Temperament Traits Accentuation, Differential estimation of Personal anxiety, Property Concept Discrimination and Copying Strategy. We noticed that the higher was the alexithymia degree the more marked was accentuation of asthenic temperament traits (emotional instability, social and objective passivity) and of personal anxiety (neural-psychic excitability and shyness). There was prevalence of inadaptive copying strategies and abstractive self-controlling style of intellectual activity. Alexithymia is the integral psychological phenomenon combining emotional, volutional, personal and mental parameters of an individuality as a whole. The structure of the phenomenon allows existence of different variants of the components and hence of its typology - the fact of scientific and practical value.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΡ: Π²ΡΡΠ²ΠΈΡΡ Π²Π·Π°ΠΈΠΌΠΎΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΌΠ΅ΠΆΠ΄Ρ Π½Π°ΡΠ°ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠΈΠΌΠΈ Π³ΡΠ°Π΄Π°ΡΠΈΡΠΌΠΈ Π°Π»Π΅ΠΊΡΠΈΡΠΈΠΌΠΈΠΈ ΠΈ ΠΈΠ½ΡΠ΅Π³ΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΡΠΌΠΈ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠ°ΠΌΠ΅ΡΡΠ°ΠΌΠΈ ΠΈΠ½Π΄ΠΈΠ²ΠΈΠ΄ΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ, ΠΏΡΠΎΡΠ²Π»ΡΡΡΠΈΠΌΠΈΡΡ Π² ΡΡΠΈΠ»Π΅ ΡΠ°ΠΌΠΎΡΠ΅Π³ΡΠ»ΡΡΠΈΠΈ ΡΠΌΠΎΡΠΈΠΎΠ½Π°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ, Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΠΈ ΠΊΠΎΠ³Π½ΠΈΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ Π²Π·Π°ΠΈΠΌΠΎΠ΄Π΅ΠΉΡΡΠ²ΠΈΡ Ρ ΡΠ΅Π°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΡΡΡΡ. Hippocampal neurogenesis in the new model of global cerebral ischemia
The study aimed to evaluate the changes of hippocampal neurogenesis in a new model of global transient cerebral ischemia which was performed by the occlusion of the three main vessels (tr. brachiocephalicus, a. subclavia sinistra, and a. carotis communis sinistra) branching from the aortic arch and supplying the brain. Global transitory cerebral ischemia was modeled on male rats (weight = 250β300 g) under chloral hydrate with artificial lung ventilation. Animals after the same surgical operation without vessel occlusion served as sham-operated controls. The number of DCX-positive (doublecortin, the marker of immature neurons) cells in dentate gyrus (DG) and CA1-CA3 fields of hippocampus was counted at the 31st day after ischemia modeling. It was revealed that global cerebral ischemia decreased neurogenesis in dentate gyrus in comparison with the sham-operated group (P<0.05) while neurogenesis in CA1-CA3 fields was increased as compared to the control (P<0.05)
Study of the Hydrocarbon-oxidizing Activity of Bacteria of the Genera Pseudomonas and Rhodococcus
The selective activity of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms with regard to the degradation of alkanes, cycloalkanes, arenes was presented. The hydrocarbon-oxidizing activity of microorganisms of the genera Rhodococcus and Pseudomonas such as heptane, cyclohexane, toluene within the hydrocarbons destruction was determined. The growth rate for various hydrocarbons differs. Thus, the average specific growth rate of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganism (HOM) of the genus Rhodococcus is twice more than these substrates
Anomalous Behavior near T_c and Synchronization of Andreev Reflection in Two-Dimensional Arrays of SNS Junctions
We have investigated low-temperature transport properties of two-dimensional
arrays of superconductor--normal-metal--superconductor (SNS) junctions. It has
been found that in two-dimensional arrays of SNS junctions (i) a change in the
energy spectrum within an interval of the order of the Thouless energy is
observed even when the thermal broadening far exceeds the Thouless energy for a
single SNS junction; (ii) the manifestation of the subharmonic energy gap
structure (SGS) with high harmonic numbers is possible even if the energy
relaxation length is smaller than that required for the realization of a
multiple Andreev reflection in a single SNS junction. These results point to
the synchronization of a great number of SNS junctions. A mechanism of the SGS
origin in two-dimensional arrays of SNS junctions, involving the processes of
conventional and crossed Andreev reflection, is proposed.Comment: 5 pages, 5 figure
Methodological Approach to Evaluation of Individual Contribution of Specialists in Implementation of Administrative Consulting Projects
The article discusses the task of assessing the contribution of individual specialists working in the consulting services group. To date, such problems are solved mainly using the expert method. The article proposes a quantitative solution to this problem, based on the application of the mathematical apparatus of the theory of cooperative games and the theory of fuzzy set
Resource-efficient methods for predicting and selecting heat-resistant alloys
The power plant resource efficiency is largely dependent on heat-resistant alloys and is limited by the standard turbine operating temperature, which is slightly greater than 1000Β°C. These temperature limits are dependent on the characteristics of the heat-resistant alloys used in power plants. The current research aimed to discover new heat-resistant alloys using computer-based models to simulate the various properties of such materials. The first-principle methods were initially used in this study. These methods can determine the most important properties of alloys with a high degree of accuracy. This study presented an overview of the software used for first-principle simulation. Using RuAl as the demonstration alloy in this study, we provided step-by-step instructions on how to effectively study the properties of the heat-resistant alloys. Using the first-principle methods, the phonon spectrum and density of the phonon states of B2 RuAl were assessed. We use the parameters of the phonon spectrum to calculate the GrΡneisen constant, volume coefficient of thermal expansion, Debye temperature, and temperature dependence of the heat capacity to estimate the melting temperature. Based on the RuAl alloy, the bulk moduli of the elasticity and equilibrium values of lattice parameters were calculated. The simulated results showed good agreement with the experimental data. The calculated parameters of RuAl were compared with those of the NiAl heat-resistant alloy. Using these results, we presented a method for selecting an alloy based on the replacement of ruthenium with nickel in the RuAl alloy. Selection was performed by analyzing the bulk modulus of elasticity and the electron structure of the Ru(Ni)Al alloy
Observational Evidence for the Associated Formation of Blobs and Raining Inflows in the Solar Corona
The origin of the slow solar wind is still a topic of much debate. The continual emergence of small transient structures from helmet streamers is thought to constitute one of the main sources of the slow wind. Determining the height at which these transients are released is an important factor in determining the conditions under which the slow solar wind forms. To this end, we have carried out a multipoint analysis of small transient structures released from a north-south tilted helmet streamer into the slow solar wind over a broad range of position angles during Carrington Rotation 2137. Combining the remote-sensing observations taken by the Solar-TErrestrial RElations Observatory (STEREO) mission with coronagraphic observations from the SOlar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) spacecraft, we show that the release of such small transient structures (often called blobs), which subsequently move away from the Sun, is associated with the concomitant formation of transient structures collapsing back toward the Sun; the latter have been referred to by previous authors as "raining inflows." This is the first direct association between outflowing blobs and raining inflows, which locates the formation of blobs above the helmet streamers and gives strong support that the blobs are released by magnetic reconnection.Peer reviewe
Proximity effects and Andreev reflection in mesoscopic SNS junction with perfect NS interfaces
Low temperature transport measurements on superconducting film - normal metal
wire - superconducting film (SNS) junctions fabricated on the basis of 6 nm
thick superconducting polycrystalline PtSi films are reported. The structures
with the normal metal wires of two different lengths L=1.5 m and L=6m
and the same widths W=0.3m are studied. Zero bias resistance dip related
to pair current proximity effect is observed for all junctions whereas the
subharmonic energy gap structure originating from phase coherent multiple
Andreev reflections have occurs only in the SNS junctions with short wires.Comment: ReVTex, 4 pages, 4 eps figures include
