Current approach of the gevernment to expert profession – key component of analyses in context of lifelong experts education standardisation

Autorka se v příspěvku zabývá aktuální tématikou znalecké činnosti z pohledu porovnání současného, tedy výchozího stavu (zákon č. 36/1967 Sb., vyhláška č. 37/1967 Sb.), jakožto právními předpisy, které upravují znaleckou činnost, a stavu, který nastal po aplikaci správního řádu (zák. č. 500/2004 Sb.) do problematiky soudního znalectví. Autorka vysvětluje základní pojmy znalecké činnosti, otázky postavení znalce v soudním řízení a zároveň se zabývá znaleckým posudkem jako důkazním prostředkem v procesním řízení. Příspěvek obsahuje základní pojmy dotýkajícími dané problematiky, porovnává počty soudních znalců z jednotlivých oborů dle krajských soudů, vč. otázek souvisejících s poradními sbory.The author in her article considers current topics of expert profession from the point of view of comparing existing, i. e. original situation (Act No. 36/1967 Sb., Regulation No. 37/1967 Sb.), as the legal rules regulating the experts´s activities, and conditions which occurred after applying the Rules of Administrative Procedure (Act No. 500/2004 Sb.) into the issues of judicial experts, expert witnesses or forensic experts. The author explains basic terms relating to this profession, and status of such experts in court proceedings. As well, she deals with expert´s appraisals, expertises, reports and opinions as types of evidence for procedural acts. The article includes basic concepts relating to the given issues, compares how many experts are engaged in particular specializations, and how many are listed with single regional courts, including problems solves by advisory boards of these courts

Body image and body dissatisfaction in patients with anorexia nervosa

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu body image a nespokojenosti s vlastním tělem u pacientek s mentální anorexií. V teoretickém úvodu práce přibližuje konstrukt body image a dále se zaměřuje zejména na popis základních mechanismů jeho vzniku. Je zmíněna také dobová a kulturní podmíněnost tohoto fenoménu. V západních společnostech narůstá nespokojenost s vlastním tělem, kvůli všeobecně přijímanému ideálu štíhlosti. Tato skutečnost je dávána do souvislosti s nárůstem poruch příjmu potravy, mezi které patří i mentální anorexie. V práci jsou zmíněna specifika mentální anorexie ve vztahu k body image. Práce obsahuje návrh výzkumné studie zaměřené na porovnání body image (Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire, MBSRQ), nespokojenosti s vlastním tělem (test siluet podle Dosedlové), způsobu situačního sebeuvědomění (Situational Self-Awareness Scale, SSAS) a typu rodičovského attachmentu (Parental Bonding Instrument, PBI), mezi výzkumným vzorkem 40 pacientek s mentální anorexií ve věku 15-18 let a srovnávací skupinou žen z neklinické populace. Předpokládané výsledky studie jsou v závěru práce diskutovány s výsledky předchozích studií.The bachelor thesis deals with body image and dissatisfaction with own body in patients with anorexia nervosa. The construct of body image is described in the theoretical introduction and furthermore the focus is mainly on the description of the basic mechanisms of its formation. The historical and cultural conditionality of this phenomenon is also mentioned. In Western societies, the dissatisfaction with one's own body is growing, thanks to the universally accepted ideal of slenderness. This fact is associated with an increase in eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa. The paper mentions the specifics of anorexia nervosa in relation to body image and subsequently includes a proposal of a research study focused on comparison of body image (Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire, MBSRQ), dissatisfaction with one's body (Dosedlova test silhouette), state of situational self-awareness (Situational Self-Awareness Scale, SSAS) and type of parental attachment (Parental Bonding Instrument, PBI), among the sample of forty women's patients with anorexia nervosa at the age of fifteen-eighteen and a comparative group of women from the non-clinical population. Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením systému talent managementu ve významné české strojírenské společnosti ŠKODA TRANSPORTATION a.s.. Práce je segmentována do sedmi oddílů, tematicky ji však lze rozdělit na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Virtuosity in the etudes of Frédéric Chopin, Franz Liszt and Sergei Rachmaninoff

The bachelor thesis Virtuosity in the etudes of Fryderyk Chopin, Ferenc Liszt and Sergei Rachmaninoff deals with the study of virtuosity and virtuoso elements in the etudes of Chopin, Liszt and Rachmaninoff. The work first explains what piano virtuosity is and what it consists of. Based on this, the following chapters of the above-mentioned composers are examined and analyzed in the following chapters, as an ideal example of virtuosity. Chopin's Etudes are divided according to the issues that dominate them. Liszt's and Rachmaninov's etudes are not divided according to the issue, as they are more complex. They often contain a combination of multiple problems, and it is difficult to determine which one prevails. Despite the fact that they are not divided, they are treated in the same way as Chopin's etudes. According to the specific problems, the work finds out how to practice the etude and what pitfalls need to be overcome for the interpretation to be successful. At the beginning of the chapter, the author outlines the life destinies of the above composers. Thanks to a brief introduction of each of them, it is easier to understand the way in which each of them composed and what is characteristic of their creation. The thesis emphasizes that virtuosity is not just a technical matter, but a summary of...Bakalářská práce Virtuozita v etudách Fryderyka Chopina, Ference Liszta a Sergeje Rachmaninova se zabývá zkoumáním virtuozity a virtuózních prvků v etudách Chopina, Liszta a Rachmaninova. Práce nejprve vysvětluje, co je klavírní virtuozita a z čeho se skládá. Na základě toho jsou v následujících kapitolách zkoumány a analyzovány jednotlivé koncertní etudy výše uvedených skladatelů, jakožto ideální příklad virtuozity. Chopinovy Etudy jsou rozděleny podle problematiky, která v nich dominuje. Etudy Liszta a Rachmaninova nejsou rozděleny, neboť jsou více komplexní. Často obsahují kombinaci více problematik a je náročné určit, která z nich převažuje. Navzdory tomu, že nejsou rozděleny, je s nimi pracováno stejným způsobem, jako s etudami Chopinovými. Podle konkrétních problematik práce zjišťuje, jakým způsobem danou etudu cvičit a jaká úskalí je třeba překonat, aby byla interpretace zdařilá. Na začátku kapitol autorka práce nastiňuje životní osudy výše uvedených skladatelů. Díky stručnému představení každého z nich je snazší pochopit způsob, jakým každý z nich komponoval a co je pro jejich tvorbu příznačné. Práce klade důraz na to, že virtuozita není pouze technická záležitost, nýbrž souhrn vícero faktorů. The morphology of human body in relation to selected behavioral and psycho-social aspects

Anotace: Disertační práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část práce zahrnuje úvod a analýzu literatury shrnující výsledky současného výzkumu zaměřeného na problematiku vztahu lidské morfologie, behaviorálních, psychosociálních aspektů a testosteronu. Druhá část práce obsahuje kapitolu Historické poznámky. Ta pojednává o vztahu duše a těla v širším historickém kontextu a byla publikována v rámci odborné knihy Lidský obličej. Dále obsahuje pět odborných článků, z nichž dva byly publikovány v impaktovaných časopisech a tři rukopisy, které byly odeslány k publikaci. Publikované články se týkají výzkumu poměru 2. a 4. prstu ve vztahu za prvé k psychologickým vlastnostem a za druhé k přítomnosti parazitické infekce - toxoplazmozy. Další tři předložené články řeší problematiku vztahu morfologie lidské tváře a psychologických vlastností člověka. V prvním článku byl zkoumán vztah maskulinity mužské tváře a osobnostních faktorů Cattellova dotazníku, jehož výsledkem je nalezená souvislost mezi maskulinitou a faktorem Dominance. Tento výsledek je diskutován především v kontextu evoluční psychologie. V dalších dvou článcích je řešena problematika sociální percepce tváře a to schopnosti správného rozpoznávání psychologických vlastností Cattellova dotazníku na základě jejího vzhledu. The first part focuses on introducing and analysing the literature summarising the results of the contemporary research on the relationship between human morphology, behavioural, psycho-social aspects and testosteron.
