    Intelligent fault isolation and diagnosis for communication satellite systems

    Discussed here is a prototype diagnosis expert system to provide the Advanced Communication Technology Satellite (ACTS) System with autonomous diagnosis capability. The system, the Fault Isolation and Diagnosis EXpert (FIDEX) system, is a frame-based system that uses hierarchical structures to represent such items as the satellite's subsystems, components, sensors, and fault states. This overall frame architecture integrates the hierarchical structures into a lattice that provides a flexible representation scheme and facilitates system maintenance. FIDEX uses an inexact reasoning technique based on the incrementally acquired evidence approach developed by Shortliffe. The system is designed with a primitive learning ability through which it maintains a record of past diagnosis studies

    Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kewenangan Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) dalam pemberian hak atas tanah negara dan bagaimana tata cara pemberian hak atas tanah negara oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN).  Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, disimpulkan: 1. Kewenangan Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) dalam pemberian hak atas tanah negara yaitu BPN mempunyai kewenangan untuk menentukan luasnya tanah pemberian; kewenangan BPN dalam pelaksanaan program transmigrasi, reditribusi tanah, konsolidasi tanah, pendaftaran tanah, dan kewenangan BPN dalam pemberian hak atas tanah negara baik hak milik, hak guna usaha, hak guna bangunan dan hak pakai. Pelaksanaan fungsi pengaturan dan penetapan hak-hak atas tanah dapat dilaksanakan sendiri oleh Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia, atau dapat juga dilimpahkan kewenangannya kepada Kepala kantor wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi, atau Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten/Kota. 2. Tata cara pemberian hak atas tanah negara oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) yaitu meliputi hak milik, hak guna usaha, hak guna bangunan dan hak pakai. Sebelum mengajukan permohonan hak, pemohon harus menguasai tanah yang dimohon dibuktikan dengan data yuridis dan data fisik sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dalam hal tanah yang dimohon merupakan tanah kawasan hutan, harus terlebih dahulu dilepaskan dari statusnya sebagai kawasan hutan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Tanah-tanah tertentu yang diperlukan untuk konversi yang ditetapkan oleh kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional RI tidak dapat dimohon dengan sesuatu hak atas tanah.Kata kunci: Kewenangan, Badan Pertanahan Nasional, Pemberian Hak, Tanah Negara

    The article is oriented on the process modelling in selected company. The aim of the process modelling is a possibility to prevent the formation of future risks as a consequence of a wrong decision concerning a capital project. The analysis of actual state in society with the focus on the means of processing the lamination using computer numeric control technology is also a part of article. Based on the analysis mentioned above, the selection and the definition of the capital project have already been carried out. Final section evaluates the capital project using methodology of economic indicators by means of economic indicators of effectiveness and brings a decision whether to accept or refuse given investment

    Reconstruction of sub-wavelength features and nano-positioning of gratings using coherent Fourier scatterometry

    Optical scatterometry is the state of art optical inspection technique for quality control in lithographic process. As such, any boost in its performance carries very relevant potential in semiconductor industry. Recently we have shown that coherent Fourier scatterometry (CFS) can lead to a notably improved sensitivity in the reconstruction of the geometry of printed gratings. In this work, we report on implementation of a CFS instrument, which confirms the predicted performances. The system, although currently operating at a relatively low numerical aperture (NA = 0.4) and long wavelength (633 nm) allows already the reconstruction of the grating parameters with nanometer accuracy, which is comparable to that of AFM and SEM measurements on the same sample, used as reference measurements. Additionally, 1 nm accuracy in lateral positioning has been demonstrated, corresponding to 0.08% of the pitch of the grating used in the actual experiment
